They are a phenomenal team, in a fantastic office, equipped with cutting edge technology, and perform to the highest standards every time. Their front desk staff are paperwork/insurance wizards and have always kept it simple and smooth for me. Kildonan Crossing Dental sets a standard to which every dentist office should strive.

Amazing staff here, front desk staff are welcoming, helpful, and very person-centered, dentists are excellent, informative on all aspects of the process, and they make the process completely painless! I am someone who needs to visit the dentist fairly often, I highly recommend this dental center! Dr. Tim Lin is fantastic and I actually followed him from his last practice for this reason, zero pain even when freezing. If I could give 10 stars I would ✨✨✨✨✨

Called to make an appointment as a new patient and they were very helpful and accommodating as I had to shuffle around my appointments due to starting a new jo. Once I had gotten there the staff were very friendly from the get go and all throughout the duration of the appointment. I felt nothing....well, as a self insured patient, I might have felt a slight tweak of pain when having to pay the bill but they even made that somewhat entertaining. I know I’m not the only one who has a fear of dentist I went in yesterday not having an appointment as I was in a lot of pain I left there feeling very happy and I know for a fact I will be returning for any other work needed the staff is super friendly and very attentive the dentist Dr Tim is excellent and made me feel very comfortable he assessed my mouth came up with an action plan and put that plan in motion within minutes keep in mind I called in and had never been here before I would definitely recommend this dentist and I will for sure be returning when needed

I called The clinic asked if they could accommodate me, it was an Emergency, one side of my face is swollen coz of tooth infection. They scheduled me the next day. The staff were very accommodating, from receptionist , Pat the dental assistant and Dr. Michael. Pat answered all my questions and put me at ease. Dr. Michael is so nice and professional. He explained what procedure needs to be done. In other words he helped me or should I say he saved me from my tooth infection. Thank you guys! Without hesitation I decided that we will be transferring to Kildonan Crossing Dental.

I , like many people, have had some pretty bad experiences at the dentist. To say I was a little anxious for todays appointment would have a huge understatement. So, like many of you, I was trying to come up with a good excuse not to go, but I summoned up the courage and went in white knuckled. The friendly staff are amazing. Dr Tim Lin and his very capable assistant (so sorry I cant remember her name as I was just too scared) were so calm, kind and patient. I have never had a more positive experience. I sat down in the chair still very anxious and close to full out panic attack mode. By the time I left that chair ( 1 hour later) I was so surprised to find my fears had all subsided. ( I even fell asleep (kinda embarrassing)). It was totally painless. I can not say enough good things about Dr Tim and his team! I highly recommend him.

Tim is the best dentist I have ever had. I went to Tim because of the issues I was experiencing from my last dentist not being Trust worthy. After mentioning to my past dentist that I was looking at the teeth in a day he started telling me that I had to pull out a bunch of teeth and when I said no he gave me a partial root canal that 3 weeks later gave me a gum infection and a lot of pain. Not too mention that my tooth felt like there was sand paper on it. My awesome new dentist Tim not only gave me a great root canal but never said he had to pull my tooth out once.
