Dr. Sonoiki and her staff are absolutely wonderful and very professional. Her hygienist was so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Sonoiki took extra time with my daughter, on her first birthday, to make it a special first visit with no tears and lots of giggles! It was an exciting milestone and the staff knew how important it was for me, and made ever effort to celebrate it with me. I avoided the dentist during Covid but their in-office protocols made me and my family very safe! I highly recommend! Top secret bonus of visiting Kilcona Dental is the delicious donut shop next door ;) just don’t get a cavity and blow our cover, hehe.

Friendly & patient front desk staff and great hygienists. They do a great job and I felt very little discomfort. Receptionists were both very patient with my insurance issues. For a guy like myself who gets anxiety around the dentist, from the front desk to sitting in the chair, they really made me feel at ease.

Been to this dentist for over 8 years.Dr.Rattie is a very good dentist and i would trust him work all the time.The staff at Kilcona Dental are very friendly and always greets you as soon as you walk in and staff would and would bend over backwards t.rying to get you in as a soon as possible for a emerency

This a family friendly dental center. We have young children and Dr. Sinkala is very good with them. We recommend this place to all our friends and they are happy with the services they are getting. Its very clean, friendly service and easy to find parking. They are very accommodating on appointments bookings we very much enjoy the flexibility.

I had a GREAT experience at Kilcona Dental!!! Staff were great and made me feel comfortable since I’m scared of cleanings. 100% covered since I have a GOOD insurance plan!! I will be going back for sure. Very clean and modern inside too. I would recommend them definitely. Keep up the great work!! ????????

I had my first visit to this clinic and noticed the front staff were affable and efficient. I was roomed very quickly and when they got down to work they were very professional and talked me through every step of the way and that removed any anxiety I might have had. Overall, it was a great experience.

Horrible. First they told me my bill was covered under insurance. I stressed I was a student and lived off minimal. I had to pay out of pocket and was left no money for food. I'm now going to PLESSIS DENTAL (AMAZING- THEY ALSO HAVE NEW CLIENT PROMOS). Kilcona shaved a tooth down too far (they said by shaving it, I would have a better bite). Now I need a crown on that tooth, that Kilcona better cover the cost of! Will be posting on Winnipeg pages. GO TO PLESSIS or REGENT. I even tried to call Kilcona a couple months to resolve, called twice and "manager was going to call me back" never did! **They also delete negative reviews often. Search their name on Facebook, lots of complaints.

Took my 5 year old daughter and they were amazing with her. She felt very at ease and was excited to make her next 6 month check up appointment. Had a TV for her to watch while they were doing everything and were very kid friendly.

It was our first dental visit and the children loved it. The staff were very friendly and explained to the kids what was happening with each step in the process. I liked that from the reception to the x-ray area, the dental hygienist and finally the dentist, every one was patient and took time to interact with the children. We enjoyed the entire process and will now visit more often. Thank you for the gifts too
