Karen always makes a visit to the dentist brighter. I was scheduled for an appointment, we both didn't know why but she used the time well and fitted me for an appliance while I was there.

While going to the dentist is not usually my favourite thing, it is a much more pleasant experience at Kenora Family Dental. I have had numerous appointments over the last 6 months and have always had a positive experience. Lauren and Dr Rahini are always so friendly and extremely patient in explaining procedures.I enjoy chatting with them and am so impressed that they always remember what we chat about and always ask about ppl and events that are important to me. I highly recommend this dental office.

I absolutely love walking into the clinic, and seeing all the friendly faces. The staff are so personable and accommodating to my children. The service is wonderful. My children I and always walk out of the office feeling more knowledgable, and supported with our dental needs. We are continually encouraged, to keep up the good work, and find ways to make coming to the dentist fun. Dr Rahimi takes all the time it requires to answer additional questions and concerns I have and really instills a belonging with my kids in his chair!

I moved to Kenora 6 years ago. Dr. Reidiger was originally my dentist and was my husband's dentist since he was a child, until his retirement and now I have Dr. Rahimi. Every time I go there I always have excellent service from Kim, the lovely, funny receptionist. And I get to catch up with my birthday twin dental hygienist Karen, but we always have the greatest conversations, and she does such a great job with my teeth, despite have a wire glued to the back of them to keep my teeth straight that poses an obstacle ????. Now, my son's get to go and they absolutely love the treasure chest! Thank you for everything you do, you do such a wonderful job!! ❤

My teeth were completely neglected for years out of fear due to dental surgery trauma I experienced ( ...think saw video), and recently, I had no choice but to see a dentist as I broke a tooth. Reluctantly, I googled dentist in the yellow pages, and in a very "pin the tail on the donkey" fashion, made an appointment at Kenora Family Dental. Though I was nervous, Dr.Rahimi and his staff were very understanding, they went above and beyond to make my experience and time with them as gentle and calm as possible. One of the most important aspects of the visit, I felt, was that the staff displayed a very GENUINE sense of caring and compassion toward my plight. They gave their utmost attention to what I was saying, and feeling - I felt heard, which is paramount for someone having gone through what I had. The level of professionalism, expertise, and passion that Dr.Rahimi presents is of a calibre that is not only very rare, it is in a league of its own entirely. Dr. Rahimi cosmetically (and painlessly) fixed my two front teeth in which I had a rather large and unsightly cavity. Previous to the amazing job Dr Rahimi did, I would not smile in pictures, and it was greatly effecting my self esteem, however now, my front teeth look perfect. I am so happy, and so very very thankful that I can smile with confidence again, and more importantly, that I have found a dental professional that I can trust. I can't believe I'm saying this, but i am actually looking forward to getting the rest of my teeth addressed so that I can get my flawless smile back. With the staff at Kenora Family Dental I am 100% confident I will. I give this crew a standing O!

Never a bad experience, from the reminder call, the checkup and/or work to the billing on the end. I am treated well to spend what I can, when I can with full disclosure and respect. Sorry that I am bad with names but often it runs so smoothly that I never need to remember anything about it.

Hello, I am from Alberta & was staying at my cottage in near Kenora. Called to try to get an appmt. Lacey this receptionist had a cancelation available the very next day. Jenna did a great job ???? (best ever cleaning) and Dr. Rahini reviewed my x-rays & offered several good suggestions for my next dental appointment on my return home. All, were encouraging, helpful & friendly. I really appreciated their skill and assistance.

I’ve never felt more comfortable sitting in a dentist office. 54 years old and finally not afraid to go to the dentist, actually look forward to it. Brought my wife with me for an appointment yesterday and she said the same. Kenora Family Dental truly are the best. As always, Kenora Family Dental delivers excellent care. The text reminders and Kim's friendly greetings on arrival are great. Karen's knowledge and experience shine through, her chit chats during cleanings make you feel very comfortable, and you know Dr. Rahimi is smiling behind his mask!
