5 stars, and here’s why: The office and dental areas are always clean, and the decor and atmosphere is contemporary and comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable and always very friendly. They take the time to explain any process or medical context behind whatever work is being done. Appointments are well organized and booked in advance. However, if you have any sudden issues, Swift Dentistry always tries to do their best to accommodate. We’ve had a couple of dental emergencies with members of our family and Swift Dentistry has always gone above and beyond, putting patient care first. I’m thankful for that and why I trust them with my children. Speaking of which, the team is great with kids! My children have no reservations going for their cleanings or for any other work that needs to be done. In short, anyone who may the have reservations or anxieties over a trip to a dentist office can simply relax. Dr. Sean Swift Dentistry breaks the stereotypes and provides a relaxing, stress free experience where you know you can count on the commendable team to get the job done... and done right, the first time, based on all our experiences so far over the years. No such thing as a pleasant dentist experience when you have had massive trauma to your mouth as I have! But the team always make sure I’m as comfortable as humanly possible. A few years back I suffered a massive infection and was rushed to the hospital and had to have emergency surgery.....Dr. Swift came to the hospital and made sure the ER doctors took care of me and made me comfortable and infectious free! The staff are well educated and professional. It doesn’t hurt that Sean is a Yankees fan as well! Any other dental facility would have probably let me die or made me suffer through unnecessary procedures. My wedding photos were amazing thanks to him and his team! There’s a reason after 12 years I keep going to see Mr. Swift and his team. Even when my family and I were going through financial difficulties a few years back, Barb made sure a payment plan fit my budget and my family was taken care of. Keep up the good work guys. The world needs more professionals such as yourselves. Anyone can have a dentist but Sean and his team are truly family friends!

Dr Swift Dental team is by far the best clinic I have ever had the pleasure to visit. Dr Sean Swift was able to call in a prescription to Shoppers for my oral lichen plantus, which was greatly appreciated. The team at Swift dental are very knowledgeable, courteous as well as kind. After my TKA, informing me that due to my oral lichen plantus, to check with my Surgeon Dr. Cassandra Dielwart for a prescription to take before teeth cleaning. Bleeding of gums can lead to a blood infection and after TKA can be detrimental to the Striker Triathlon implant. The office staff were also able to mail me out my teeth whitening kit at no extra charge for shipping. My grandchildren love going to see Dr Sean Swift and his hygienists. I cannot say enough about this clinic as so professional and excellent updated dentistry. Thank-you Team Swift!! Merry Christmas and all the very best for 2022! I’m looking forward to seeing you in February for my dental cleaning and check up!!

My husband and just retired and moved from White Rock, BC to Christina Lake. We haven't been able to go to our recommended Grand Forks Dentist, Dr. Tracy Tambosso, as her practice was flooded last May and may not open for some time yet. However, her Receptionist recommended Dr. Sean Swift in the event we were in the Kelowna area. I was able to book a cleaning today with their Hygienist (newly returned to work after Maternity leave. She was fabulous! Very professional, competent, gentle and friendly. As luck would have it, my husband was also able to book a cleaning with the other Hygienist tomorrow morning! The front line staff are amazing. Barb helped me over the phone a few times trying to arrange appointments, and Christine filled in the questions I had when Barb was away. Directions were great, and we were both very pleased and comfortable when we arrived. Upon paying, Barb was able to bill our new insurance company direct and we only had to pay our 20% balance. Bonus!!! Next visits will be with Dr. Swift for checkups, when we return to Kelowna. By this time, our previous dentist will have been able to transfer our records. The next decision will be: do we stay and travel to Kelowna or stay close to home when we can get into Dr. Tambosso? Hmmm...

After adapting my nieces and nephew from Ethiopia as their parents passed away, and shortly after arriving in Kelowna ,one of my niece had a terrible accident causing injury and sever damage to her teeth. A family friend recommend Dr. Swift who not only restored her beautiful smile, self esteem and confidence but told us he felt blessed to do this for her as we didn't have dental insurance at the time. He went on to restore the kids teeth that were stained due to minerals in the water. we are so amazed at his kindness and how willing his office has been to work with us over the years!!
