I have huge dental anxiety and this office won me over! It started with Dr. Larter's MOA at the front counter, very understanding and pleasant to talk to. I was extra pleased when I got into the chair and met the DA as well as the Dr. They did an amazing job on an emergency trip in, they were very easy on me and quite quick, explained everything along the way and threw in some funnies too. Dr. Larter is the first dentist I've ever been comfortable with in my life. This will make regular checkups a breeze for my anxiety. I highly recommend this office!!

Dr.Berg and Dr.Larter have both worked on my teeth at different times.The work is really second to none! I would recommend them to any one.They are the only dentists I have been to that my mouth feels 100% the very next day! And the time in the chair is probably the most pleasant you can expect from a dentist visit.For the first time in my life I don't dread dentist appointments.

Two Enthusiast Thumbs UP! I have spent a life time trying to find a dentist that really knew their craft. I was really afraid of dentists, mistakes and pain. Many moons ago I was referred to this office by a friend and finally decided to try them out. I won’t boar you with the details but this team never makes mistakes and will never stop until it’s perfect for you. They honor their work and they are really sticklers for details. After all your mouth is a really touchy thing and its rocket science to get it right! I have lots of friends whom are top rated people in the dental industry that agree with me. super friendly and accommodating office and staff. take all concerns and physical limitations seriously, help with making sure comfortable with frequent check ins, I have multiple physical limitations and they make sure each one is addressed before starting. they even help if my baby had to come with me.

We have about 7 yrs of service here and are completely satisfied. Thx. MH This is a great office. I had to have a crown replaced. Dr Alisa Edmond is fairly new at the office and young and very nice. Past 2 appointments I have booked I have came to and have had to sit in the waiting room for at least a half our until I get in to see the dentist as other people that show up after me are quickly helped and get in. Just seems like there priorities aren’t straight or something else

I had not been there for a long time but had to come in for a couple tooth extractions and was quite nervous. They were so great at making me feel more relaxed and comfortable. They were so helpful with any questions and letting me know what was going on throughout the whole process. Will go back, maybe not so long in between. lovely staff.

I was traumatized as a kid from the dentist, I went a year with two broken molars out of fear. I had a consultation about my options, Dr Berg was amazing and calmed me down. Went in today for a root canal and it was the best day ever, if you can believe that. My pain is finally gone, my tooth looks amazing, zero pain. Dr Berg and Kristine are my dream team. Dr Darren Berg is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Been a patient off and on for several years as am between Kelowna and Vancouver. He is very knowledgeable, patient, attentive and extremely accommodating. Just had a crown prepped on Monday and completed on Thursday of the same week. Fantastic efficient service. His work is impeccable and he tries hard to ensure his clients leave happy. My veneers look like they were just done and he did them back in 2005. Couldn’t ask for a better dentist. The staff are thorough, courteous, professional and friendly making dental visits enjoyable.

He and Dr Edmonds were able to get me in right away for two appointments to fix the issues. Dr Berg, Dr Edmonds and all the support staff did an amazing job making me feel comfortable through all of my visits and I highly recommend their services.
