Not only a beautiful and inviting office, Dr Perry and his team have the latest and greatest in technology where they created and explained with ease my plan for major tooth and jaw reconstruction. Orchard Park Dental goes above and beyond any other practice in Kelowna! They made me feel so very comfortable throughout all my procedures! Experience = A1

My first time coming here for a cleaning and it was a great experience! I made an inquiry on the website and Kim got back to me right away and found a time and day that that worked for me. The office staff were very friendly when I arrived. The lady that did my cleaning was very nice and personable. Dr.Head saw that I needed some follow up and made sure that it fit my needs. I would highly recommend coming here!

I have been a patient for about 15 years, they are just awesome!! Not many clinics are open until 9pm. The front end are always pleasant and they do a wonderful job. I’ve had to schedule emergency visits at midnight where Dr. Perry fixed a chipped tooth before an early flight. I’ve recently had a root canal (no fun) and they did such a great job helping ease the pain and making it (as good as a root canal can be) I highly recommend OP Dental they are awesome!!

How can you say you loved the Dentist Office? Well, with great staff and up-to-date equipment you can. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. Lots of laughs. My last visit I had a crown replaced, "in house". They can now make up the new crown while you wait. The process is fantastic, I think it's like 3D printing. Instead of coming back a week later and then having to make sure the crown fits, it's all done the same day, and basically with no adjustments, fits right the first time. Thank you to everyone there.

I have severe dental anxiety and the entire team at Orchard Park Dental have been nothing short of exceptional. I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in within a couple hours. The front reception staff are incredibly kind and always welcoming. The multiple dental assistants I've seen are very understanding and comforting (special shout out to Pam S who I suspect may be a literal angel). And finally, my dentist Dr. Greg Head, is the BEST. Knowledgeable, patient, gentle, kind, and always making sure I don't leave with any questions. Also open Saturdays which is a plus! I'd highly recommend this practice.

Check your invoice. These guys charged me for a filling they didn’t give me and then the before X-rays(that I paid for) “disappeared” when I called them out on it. Also if you have an emergency dental situation they will book you in for a consult within 24 hours but bill you for that (more than other dentists in town by $20) and then they will tell you something is wrong (which is apparent) and then book you in to get it fixed at another time in the future. Their “emergency” dental is sub par and you can expect to suffer more than needed before something actually happens. Went in with an obviously abbsessed tooth and they didn’t even prescribe antibiotics when my face was swollen and I couldn’t talk. I had to go to my GP to go get antibiotics so the infection didn’t spread and to get something for pain management. This dental office has no customer service. You are just a dollar figure to them. Go somewhere where you will actually get help and dentists that care about your wellbeing. Call around town and compare pricing and services with other dentists in town. Have given Orchard Park Dental multiple chances to redeem themselves and they continue to disappoint.

I came in for an emergency filling. I reached out via the online form and was contacted within a few hours. During my visit, Kim at front desk was very kind and helpful. I then met with Hailey (one of the dental assistants), who was very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Jose performed my procedure and he went above and beyond with explaining the process, enquiring about if I had any pain throughout the procedure, and just making sure I was comfortable.
