I've been a patient of Dr. Ian Leitch since 2009, he came highly recommend and I can say I have never met a dentist more driven to ensure the best outcomes for his patients! Dr. Ian saved me from serious dental implant infection from work done in another country, and ensured I had the highest standard of care with my replacement implants. I cannot recommend him enough, from the basics of every day care, to the most serious dental cases I trust him. Dr. Ian inspires confidence because his knowledge and passion for quality of care is obvious from the first time you speak with him. You see it in every aspect of how Okanagan Dentistry operates, from the reception staff, to the hygienist, and dental assistants, they are all striving to deliver the best service possible. I can't imagine my family and I going anywhere else. Thank you all!

I have been a patient since 2015 and have been very happy with Dr. Bose-Roberts! She was exceptionally helpful in diagnosing an issue I was having, and didn't stop until we found the answer. She's always very friendly and easy to talk to; she has a great bedside manner. The only reason I haven't given the office 5 stars is that they request all fees upfront, even if you have insurance...which is a hassle. I hope they will update this practice as a way to stay competitive with other dentist offices in town. Keep up the good work Tash & co.

Good experience with dentist, however dentist office charges WAY above fee guide so insurance doesn't cover what you expect and because of that the dentist also makes the patient pay upfront and wait for insurance reimbursement instead of taking payment from insurance direct. If you don't mind overpaying would recommend, however be upfront with your patients about your billing practices.

I have dealt with Okanagan Dentistry from when Dr. Leitch first took over the practice. Normally going to the dentist can be an uncomfortable experience but I have always felt welcome with the front desk staff, the hygienists and especially Dr. Leitch who has always gone out of his way to make sure I get the best care possible. I recently dealt with Dr. Wiens, when Dr. Leitch was unavailable and he too went out of his way to be patient, caring and very knowledgeable in the situation I was faced with. I would highly recommend Okanagan Dentistry for anyone who needs a dentist or would like to switch from their dentist to this clinic, you would not be disappointed!

I’ve always had amazing experiences with this dental office and love the friendly staff there. I really appreciate that they pay so much attention to detail and patient care as I’ve had bad experiences with other offices. I have confidence in having quality work done on my teeth because it’s something I really care about. I even had concerns about my previous orthodontist’s work I was ranting about, and a couple of the hygienists and assistances talked to me about what options I had, what they could do to help, and even emailed my orthodontist for me for a referral. They went above and beyond and I’m very impressed with the services!

Dr.Leitch and Dr.Weins are outstanding dentists. I use to have a fear of dentists when I moved to Kelowna,due to a dentist wanting to break my jaw to fix my bite. I switched to Okanagan Dentistry 9 yrs ago and it's been a godsend. Dr. Leitch referred me to Dr.Stewart an orthodontist by Starbucks on Gordon and hghwy 97. I went through invisalign and am extremely impressed with the results. As for Dr. Leitch and Dr.Weins office,I am no longer afraid of the dentist. I am always greeted by my name and the warmest welcome. The dentists and dental hygienists take the time to actually know me personally as a patient,and to know how my life is going. I think that's extremely important, as it can help the dental team understand your physical health as well. Dental hygienists are always gentle and cognizant of how you feel during the dental work. I honestly could fall asleep.during my dental work,that's how relaxed I am at the dentist. I highly recommend Okanagan Dentistry and Dr Leitch or Dr.Weins!!

Best dentist I have EVER been to! Honest, kind, caring, informative, professional. I have been a patient of Dr Weins for 3 years and have found his level of care to be phenomenal. I came to him after some very negative experiences with other dentists and he was incredibly reassuring and understanding. He always takes the time to explain all my options, does not pressure me into anything I am uncomfortable with, acts as an advocate on my behalf with other dental professionals and always performs his work to the highest level of excellence. I have had root canals, a crown, extractions, fillings - you name it, he's done it all and I have never had a problem. He even calls me afterward to make sure I'm doing OK. The whole staff at Okanagan Dentistry are helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to make your experience with them the best it can be. Our whole family (including two children) love Okanagan Dentistry. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I was very nervous to ever go to a Dentist again after multiple bad experiences at another office in town. I thought that I would only ever go again if I required a hospital visit. Long story short my husband required dental surgery and after quite a lot of research he went to Okanagan Dentistry. He had such a wonderful experience (even after a rather painful procedure) that he insisted that I visit as well. I'm beyond impressed by my visits (three in total so far). From the moment you arrive it is comfortable and professional. Every single person is so kind and qualified. During my first fillings here I actually thought to myself that I could take a nap as that was how relaxed I was. The work was perfect and Dr Robert's and team were even able to fix prior fillings that were bugging me for years! These guys have completely changed my feelings on the whole dental field. I'm grateful to you guys for the wonderful work you do. I highly recommend them to anyone who is nervous or has previously had a bad dental experience. These guys set the bar high ????

This is one fine dentistry office! I had the misfortune of breaking my tooth last fall and required an implant. Having recently moved to the Okanagan, I was somewhat concerned about starting with a new dental practice with such an issue. However, from reception through dental assistants to Dr. Wiens I was made to feel comfortable and got on with it. On each visit the skill and professionalism of all of the staff was readily apparent. They truly care about their patients and the result is a relaxing experience. If you are looking for a new dental office, I most highly recommend Okanagan Dentistry.

I'm beyond impressed with everything about this dental office. The front staff, the dental hygienist, and my dentist are all fantastic. I came in with a broken tooth, and was given options on how to take care of this. They gave me all the information to make an informed choice, plus checked to see exactly how much my insurance covered and how much I'd have to pay. It's a very laidback office, but they are extremely educated and were able to handle my extreme health conditions without any added stress. When I had asked around, I was given numerous recommendations for Okanagan Dentistry, and told that every one of their dentists are skilled dentists and great human beings.

My dentist was away on holidays… I broke half of my tooth.. they were my dentists contact while on holidays. I called late evening, and they called back right away and got me in the next day. Dr Reimer and her assistant filled and reshaped my tooth… it turned out beautiful and amazing and the care they took in looking after me was amazing!!! My tooth turned out perfect!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I am always greeted with a smile and by name as I walk into the office. Everyone is always cheerful and VERY willing to help with any problems you might have. They are as accommodating as can be which makes me feel valued as a patient. I had been away from a dentist for 14 years prior to my first visit here a year ago, and as such had need for quite a bit of work. However none of it was ever forced on me. It was always a suggestion made with good reason to back it up. They make you really feel as though they are there for you, to help however they can to make sure you get what you need. The quality of work done matches the service they give. I have had no problems with any of the work I have had done to date. I have also never had to return to have something fixed, not even to file down any excess on a filling! They do the job right on the first visit! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. I have never left feeling uncomfortable, they are always available to ask questions, are professional, kind, and even enjoyable to visit with!

Hands down the best dentist office in Kelowna. The front dest is always a pleasure to go through. Always happy and friendly when I come in or on the phone. Dr. Wiens is wonderful. Very caring of individual needs. I have pretty high anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments and he always makes a point to talk with me and explain everything were doing in as much detail I need. I've never felt rushed through an appointment here. I wouldn't say I look forward to dentist appointments, but this team make the experience much better :)

Gave me a personal cell number to call through the night if I had any concerns and took the time to follow up the next day to see how I was feeling! Also direct bills to first nations health authority so I paid nothing out of pocket for my tooth extraction. 10/10

Dr Weins is one of the most knowledgeable dentists I have ever seen and is wonderful with children and adults. Dr Reimer handled the attempted saving and finally extraction of 3 teeth with my three year old and was amazing. I wish I could give 10 stars. My family will not go elsewhere.
