This is a very professional and pleasant practice to come to. I've been treated by a different hygienist every time, but they are all very good at their jobs. Doctor Benson Wong is always a joy to see, and puts you at ease even if he's giving you bad news. They are usually on schedule for appointments so the wait times are very short. The front desk staff are very helpful and can provide quotes for treatment very fast usually. They are part of the StudentCare Network for UBCO which makes life a lot easier. They are open late on Monday and Thursday which is great if you work until 5. I've been coming here for multiple years and I have no complaints.

Right of he bat, I just wanna say these guys rock! Take if from a dude who does NOT like going to the dentist. These guys are nice. Dr Wong put together a full treatment plan for me. He explained everything to me plain and simple, and worked with me so we could get it all done in as few visits as possible. I’ve even started going for my hygiene maintenance regularly.. Definitely a top choice for a dentist!

The staff here is amazing! First off, the reception is super welcoming, friendly, helpful, and thorough. The dental assistants and dentists try to work with you and do whatever it is you need to improve your dental health, and try to make it so that the procedures are as quick and painless as possible. The environment is so welcoming and comfortable, and that and the amazing staff make me a lot less nervous about coming to the dentist. I will never go see another dentist as long as I'm here in Kelowna!

Front staff is always really nice, welcoming, and helpful. I’ve had multiple dental hygienists and they were all very nice, gentle, but thorough. The first appointment was really thorough with many pictures taken as well as xrays and a physical examination, I’ve never had this done at any other dental office, so I was very impressed. I usually see Dr. Benson Wong and have always been pleased with his evaluations and check-ins. Just had Dr. Linda Wong for the first time and I was also happy with her check in. Overall great dentist, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely impressed with Mission Park Dental. I am a new patient and my first appointment a few weeks ago was great. Dr. Wong was reassuring and the dental hygienist was amazing and not judgmental at all. She kept chatting with me to distract from any discomfit I was feeling. My boyfriend wasn't yet a patient but they were kind enough to get him in for an emergency appointment since he was having terrible, painful toothache. (Thanks Tammy for setting that up!). Easily the best dentist in Kelowna and the best ive been too personally. The amount of care they take in there patients is insane and love to take care of peoples insecurities that they may face. Dr. Benson Wong extracted my four wisdom teeth on Nov. 7th. Here are the positive things about my experience: - got in for dentist appointment asap - consult for wisdom teeth was booked within a week - appointment for extraction was made within 2 weeks - procedure over within 2 hours of coming into office, no issues whatsoever - Dr. Wong called that evening to make sure things were going well Overall, super happy about my experience!

I have been going to Mission Park Dental for about 5 years. Since my first visit I have been very impressed by the professional and caring attitude of all the staff. They treat all their patients as one big family. During this time Dr Benson has done extensive restoration work. I have had many extractions, fillings, and an implant with upper and lower partial. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of care. I am covered by Veterans Affairs for dental work. Dr Bernson’s office staff are extremely knowledgeable in dealing with private insurance. Their work ensured I received the most amount of coverage possible. I had a relative visit Kelowna from Rwanda Africa who had never been to a western dentist. I am so happy that Mission Park dental was his first experience. He raved about the caring and professional attitude of all the staff. Thank you for the care you provided.

From walking through the door, everyone at Mission Park Dental are fabulous and extremely professional. I always love the smiles and hellos I’m greeted with but also the feeling of being cared for at my own pace. Never a pressure to do anything but helpful advice and knowledge of what is most needed. Many little hidden gems work here, from Bobbi at the front desk, Davine who handles inquiries for benefit packages, Tanya, a hygienist, who keeps my teeth looking good and of course, Dr. Benson Wong, who has always been wonderful to me, especially when I popped off a temp. He came in on the weekend and fixed it so that I could carry on my days until my permanent was put on. Thanks again for that, Dr. Wong. All in all, I highly recommend ( and have to a fellow co- worker ) this wonderful dental clinic, that you will find in the Mission, in Kelowna, BC.... (I love where I live and I love my dentist office????)

In my first dentist appointment in 8 months, my visit was relatively negative at Dr. Benson Wong office. My family is new to Kelowna, so we were looking for a new dentist accordingly in the city. During my first visit, I immediately spotted on the walls in each cabinet signs saying: "... if, you give them a excellent 5 star rating on google, they will give you a $20 Starbucks gift card....". This got me worried a little right away, since one of the triggers to go to mission park dental place were excellent google reviews.....First check up was rather painful for me since his assistant took detailed pictures of my teeth almost in any position possible with professional picture camera, and my mouth was widen in various possible position to get good view of each tooth (this painful procedure took around 30min!!!). While most dentist use regular x-rays picture to determine the status of teeth, Mr.Wong needed more (and boy he charges very well for this procedure.... w/o warning, so be prepared for good bill if you agree to this....). He counted more that 14 cavities with my teeth + 4 wisdom teeth removal and 6 crowns! I was shocked, since my last visit to dentist was not 8 years ago, but only 8 months ago... When I asked why wisdom teeth need removal - I received no explanation whatsoever from Mr. Wong.... Afterwords I went to 2 other dentist for check (both dentist used only x-rays pictures, which Mr.Wong office provided reluctantly by asking other clinics unnecessary questions....), and both counted max 7 fillings, and 1 wisdom tooth removal and 2 crowns.... Why dentist at mission park dentist give his decision on so many issues on my teeth???.... I can only guess - my insurance covered most of the work fully, and that is why, most likely, I was charged for work which was not really necessary to be done.... In case you have no insurance coverage, be prepared for nice chunk of expensive pay out after Dr.Wong each visit.... Also my daughter did few fillings in this office (before my visit, and after my visit, she never and will never visit him again or my family....), which were not correctly done (at least 1 tooth) according to the current dentist we are currently at.... + when my wife asked why such and such teeth needs to be removed from my daughter mouth, he never replied or give proper explanation...., just told her if you need an explanation, book an appointment for check up, pay for it, and I will explain then.... I would strongly recommend avoiding this Dentist as I have found him to be dishonest about work that needs to be done (+ some of his done work as well). At the very least, I would always encourage anyone to get a second opinion before investing in a large number of interventions with him.... Why he gets good ratings on google? - probably coffee gift cards explain most of them....

All of their staff here are welcoming and friendly. It feels like they go above and beyond everytime I go in. I have gone in on a time limit and every staff member I had contact with knew and they made sure I got out on time. They were all gentle and understanding when I had to have a wisdom tooth extraction and other work done as I have anxiety to needles. They were lovely and acommitating. Dr. Wong did a great job of explaining EVERYTHING and I never felt pushed to do any work that was unnecessary. I was referred to here and will continue to refer others.

Had a cavity a couple months back and went to see Dr Benson. Normally I am terrified of going to the dentist, let alone getting a filling. However, throughout the entire process, Dr Benson and his staff made sure I was ok and comfortable. He didn’t rush and made my experience the top priority. This resulted in a painless freezing, which normally isn’t pleasant, as well as a pain free filling. It’s been a couple months and I’ve had no complaints about the filling, don’t even notice it. All in all, would recommend Dr Benson and the staff at Mission Park Dental.

I have been going to this dental office for over 11 years. The receptionist staff are always pleasant and welcoming, Dr Benson is very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I have had several hygienists and all of them are friendly and excellent at their job. I have some gum recession and they are so careful, gentle and understanding. I am currently in the office with my five year old while Brenda Dickson cleans her teeth. Oh my word she is amazing. She took the time to talk through her anxiety, is cleaning her teeth three at a time, made up some strawberry toothpaste special for her and on and on. I’m blown away.
