For years and years I've had nothing but nightmares about my past experiences with dentists and pullling teeth. I've had to deal with some outright butcher type dentists in my past. I have nothing to to say about those trips from back in the day. I needed an extraction because it was to much pain. Long story short. I called "LandMark Dental Centre" this is the day after my trip there. Tooth is gone, but more importantly is that my past nightmares of bad dentist work are erased my my mind! From the start with the first interview and ex-ray session to getting out of the chair when it was all done. I was treated 100% by all concerned there. zero pain, plenty of concern as to how I was doing and everything they said and did there kept me calm and relaxed through it all. in the end I have one word to discribe my experience there and that is "EXCELLENT" I will not hesitate to Call Landmart dental centre in the furure. They have made a difference in how I view Dental issues!!! Thank you Again Landmark Dental Centre.!

I've been a patient of Dr. Brent for over ten years now. His team is exceptional, which matches his standard of dentistry. Besides his thorough examinations, he is very talented at wisdom teeth extractions. I had mine out with Dr. Brent and I cannot say enough about it! He used his laser during the extraction, which he explained would promote better healing - and he was so right! No bruising afterward, hardly any swelling, and barely any downtime. If you need your wisdom teeth out, Dr. Brent is the guy to see!

Amanda, Leah and Quinn are very cordial, fast and entertaining. I also have had headaches for the last 7 years of my life (unbeknownst to me it was from cavities) I've tried changing my diet, took tests, even scheduled and MRI. My headaches are gone and I am so thankful (also kind of embarrassed) how much of a life changing experience this was for me. Thank you.

Went in for my new patient exam today. I had another dentist for 20 years, and he just retired, still with the ziggy posters on the ceiling. So I was looking for a new dentist. Loved the fresh new look of this office. Very modern looking. TV's on the wall instead of hanging cat posters. You are welcomed with a tablet to input all your information, instead of a paper clipboard. The dental exam was so modern with all scans and digital imaging equipment. They check for early cancer signs, and photographed every tooth. It was amazing. THEN after all that, I finished with a cleaning. Left feeling brighter and shinier than ever. Thanks guys.

She made time to meet with me promptly then made the extra effort to rebuild my tooth on the first visit. Very professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived for a root canal. Dentist Jordan immediately put me at ease with his respectful and confident approach along with his assistant Brianna. Outstanding environment. I booked in as new client and from the moment I reached out, everything was lovely. Crystal helped me sort out appointments with ease and was so very nice to talk to (laughter is such a special thing to be able to share with administrative staff). I was taken to the back by a dental assistant named Anneleise, she was extremely warm and nice to talk to, she eased my anxiety the moment I sat in the chair, and was very informative when I asked her questions. Dr. Brent Parkins is a stellar dentist. He was very easy to connect with and answered any questions I had in detail. He made sure I felt informed and comfortable through the entire appointment. Angela, Carolle & Sherri in patient coordination were all also so helpful with helping me understand billing and insurance. I highly recommend giving this office a try, It was an highly enjoyable experience & that isn't normally something I've been able to say about the dentist in the past. I look forward to my next visit!

I saw Dr. Salaberry and she was extremely thorough and talked me through everything that she was doing. Her assistant, Lorena was competent and professional. I had a cracked filling from a previous dentist and some decay had started under the old filling. Once the work was done the photo showed an almost perfect match to my tooth and there was no indication that a filling had even been done. The replacement filling was much better than the original. I would recommend Dr. Salaberry to anyone looking for a detail oriented dentist and a team that represents the profession well. I'm glad I was recommended to try Landmark Dental.

The actual dental services are fine but keep a very close eye on your health insurance submissions....not ideal to get a phone call 3 months after the service date stating you owe them a large sum of money because they made a clerical error.

Super unprofessional and unethical. I had two fillings with them, and I was so frustrated with back and fort visiting them. Now they want me to do a root canal on one; how convenient for them. Please be advised, do your own homework. Do not be fooled by their nice lusters and decorations.

Dr. Corlazzoli has been our family dentist for the past 10 years or more. It all started with a random meeting at the Coast Hotel over 10 years ago and I decided to use him as a dentist since my wife and I had just moved to Kelowna and didn't have a dentist at the time.. His care is exceptional and we have been really happy with his work.

I have JUST started treatment for invisalign with Dr. Suzuki and I can tell you I spent weeks doing homework on which ortho to go with. The clinic is extremely modern, clean, and full of competent professionals from administrators, assistants, dentists, to orthos. The technology used to help me see where invisalign can take me was great to see and help me decide that the treatment was right for me. I look forward to my treatment progressing with Dr. Suzuki and I'm sure Ill finish it smiling!

I recently went in for my new patient exam at Landmark Dental. The space is modern, welcoming, spa-like and HUGE. The staff is very friendly and I was welcomed with an iPad to input all of my personal information and medical & dental history. During my exam, Dr. Corlazzoli and my hygienist did a 3D digital scan of my mouth, and lead me through a detailed view of my teeth which is very cool to see firsthand. The single thing that impressed me the most and made me feel like I’m truly taken care of and in good hands was the detailed cancer screening. I highly recommend Landmark Dental and Dr. Brent. He is outstanding dentist, well versed on all of the cutting edge technologies and his continuing education is beyond impressive.

The front office staff was friendly and welcoming and I loved the paperless i-pad new patient registration. The process was easy and convenient. Dr. Corlazzoli took the time to go through my history thoroughly, was very professional and made me feel comfortable during my first exam. We give 5 stars to Dr. J. Suzuki the orthodontist on staff but for the rest of the clinic I need to give a lot less. Since expansion, personal attention to service has dropped dramatically. We were shuffled from dentist to dentist to dentist. Our regular cleanings were cancelled twice, without an offer to rebook. We simply became a number instead of valued patients. My kids and I went without regular hygiene appointments for 1.5 yrs due to cancelling our cleanings. Growing pains? Not sure. Nonetheless we chose to move to another dental practice.
