Dr. Steven recommended that I fill a few gaps I had in my teeth because my teeth are too small for my mouth. It was something I had been told about before but the dentists I had before had never sat down and talked with me about what the procedure actually entailed. He assured me that they would look perfectly natural and that's exactly how they turned out! I'm extremely pleased with his precision and attention to detail. You'd never know I had the procedure done!

Horrible business, they always intima date me about missing appointments that they claimed I made 6 months ago, and threaten me for cancel fees. I never made these appointments. They text and call you all the time. They are predators looking to make a profit by intimidating costumers.

Today is Thursday March 26..I visited the office due to a dental emergency..my tooth is broken in two and hurts ..the woman in the office would not open the door and could care less about the pain I'm in.i thought this was my dentist and they cared about my well being. Man was I wrong.

Went in to get my wisdom teeth pulled (which they squeezed me in right away). The whole staff was all very nice and helpful. They provided me a blanket, magazines and water while I waited for the medications to kick in. They even turned on relaxing music and shut the lights off so I could relax! They always asked how I was doing throughout the procedure and reassured me that I was a really good patient. Thank-you to Steven Johnson and his wonderful staff :)

I absolutely love this Dental Group. I get all my dental work done here. I have been going here for years. I've gone in, I had a short visit, longer visits and every time it's been great. They do fantastic work and they have great technology to work on your teeth. It's a very clean and quiet Clinic . The staff are wonderful and easy to deal with and always work something out with me. I had years of bad teeth and now they are in great shape thanks to doctor Steve Johnson's Dental Group.

I have had some major work throughout my life. Dr Johnson will always fit you in, Best Rates, Reliable, Emergencies, Great Employees and Assistants and a very comforting facility to relax before your appointment. one thing I'm very thankful for is his knowledge in the industry and absolute care when working in your mouth. There Is nothing Dr Johnson can't handle. I highly recommend his "TEETH WHITENING" package. I was blown away by the before and after pictures. around 7 shades whiter! I highly recommend this for anyone who smokes and likes their wine ;P I'm 100% confident with my rating!

I was very fortunate to be one of Dr. Eason's patient's during his last 2 yrs at UWO in London, Ont. Dr. Eason was always very couteous & friendly as well as punctual with our appointments. I have a very strong fear of needles & dentists and he always made me feel quite at ease & accomodated my need for being sedated when working on my teeth. He was always very thorough & played close attention to detail when it came to both repairing & cleaning my teeth. I needed extensive work done & Dr. Eason was was very patient with me & made sure I always knew what was going on with my teeth & what the plan of the day was. I have not had any issues with any of the work Dr. Easson performed on me. I was also in need of a partial denture as I had no back teeth left on the bottom jaw. Dr. Eason worked hard & diligently to ensure my partial was a good snug fit & comfortable for me to wear. I have had my partial for about 7 months now and it is still fitting as comfortable & snug as it did since my last fitting. I would highly recommend Dr. Eason as a personal dentist and would not have given following him to his new position a second thought if he had stayed in the area & had he not moved to the other end of the country.

Dr. Johnson and his staff are fabulous!! They are friendly and tell you what they are doing. Dr. Johnson suggests things that will help you with you teeth but does not push you to do procedures you can't afford or are not comfortable with.

The treatment I received was a minor filling just less than 3 years ago. The filling fell out with normal use 2 months short of the 3 year period - the tooth was not misused. When visiting the office to see what could be done I was told they guarantee their work for 2 years and that I could have it looked at. Poor patient care and support.

Horrible experience with Tracy. I wentt int o get work done before my insurance expired. I let themknow the end date and we got all the work done before hand. Then they sent me a bill a month later saying my insurance expired and I owe them becaus ethey were late billing. Tracy laughed and laughed at my frustration when I called about the second notice after I had already addressed this. Unorganized as well as super poor customer service.

I have been a patient for a few years now. I was fitted in the same day that my tooth broke for a crown. What was great is that they are able to make the crown right in the office that day, so I did not have to get a temporary crown done and come back weeks later to get the permanent one on. Very efficient, and the front staff are amazing and friendly :)

I called this place because I have a swollen and bleeding tooth. Rachel called me back, when I said that I was having problems, she said they were only taking people with swollen, bleeding, infectious teeth. I told her that my tooth is swollen and bleeding. She said to call back in the morning and they could fit me in. I then asked if I could do a payment plan and she said they were only taking full payments at this time, then told me I would have to wait until next week( for an emergency) I asked if she could recommend someone and she told me to call around to other places and hung up o me.

I thought all dentists were the same..now I know there are some really bad ones.. dr steve johnson is one of the bad ones.. he maybe good at fixing something absolutely no doubt... and he is very personable and slick like a car salesman. However when you go in with one problem(on more than one occasion)and then coincidently have other problems spring up after, it's not good, it's shady. Each time I could tell right away that he had hacked away at other teeth/previous other dental work in the area he was working. Literally on more than one occasion a filling would fall out right after leaving his office. OriginalIy I came to him with a simple problem, new to Kelowna, and since then he literally messed up the whole right side of my mouth.. I came back 5 times after having 3 fillings fall out.. each time I saw him another filling would fall out. Every time I had one thing fixed the same kind of thing kept happening, fix the one problem and create another, great business. And I really had no real problems until I saw him. I had a fourth filling fall out the last time and decided to stop the cycle.. I can only say that I think he does this to get more business/money, taking advantage/thinking people don't know better. I believe malpractice .. should be in suit.. I doubt it happened just to me... never happened to anyone else?

Taisia, my dental hygienist, is kind, gentle and does a thorough cleaning taking a full hour plus rather than only 20 minutes which I have experienced previously. She provided glasses to protect my eyes from the bright lights following my cataract surgery. I have had Taisia clean my teeth twice and it was a positive and pleasant experience. I have requested Taisia for my next cleaning.

Never have I had such a great experience at / in a dentist chair. I was dreading going to the dentist ( as I always have! )...had a very sore tooth ...no choice .From the moment I called ,got in right away ,when it was convenient to me (they never made me feel like they were doing me a big favour, unlike others I have dealt with).Went for appointment ,filled my paper work ,even though I was early ...my name was called very soon after .So many great smiles and fabulous personalities make up this staff, right way puts a patient at ease.
