Not only are the staff knowledgeable and professional, they are also understanding and compassionate. I had to bring my 5 weeks old baby with me to my appointment and of course she began to get fussy. The hygienists and receptionist took turns holding and snuggling her so I could get through my appointment. They went above and beyond what was required and I am SO thankful. I will continue to return for these reasons!

Wonderful practice focused on patient care and satisfaction. A genetic disorder that went undiagnosed until my late 40's affects my gums which left the roots of my teeth exposed. I was at a high risk of losing my teeth but the quality, skill and ability to think outside the box by Colin, my dentist, has halted the progression and saved my teeth. Colin was straightforward with me. My genetic disorder makes freezing my mouth very difficult and this had left me with severe anxiety since my childhood. I even had a full blown panic attack at my first appointment. Today, I would now say that with the options available for pain management and thanks to this amazing team of professionals attention to patient care and the strategies used by those involved with my care I would consider my anxiety levels at an all time low level.

My entire family will no longer be call Creekside Dental our dentist. It was never stated when I booked my husbands appointment that he would have to wear a mask... my husband then showed up for his appointment & was told to wear a mask, he explained he was medically exempt. They degradingly made him stand out in a hallway... this is a dentist office by the way... how does it even make sense to wear an (ineffective) mask in the hallway to sit down for perhaps two minutes just to TAKE IT OFF & sit with his mouth open for the remainder of his appointment ? As he stood in the office, Nicole approached him & aggressively demanded he leave as though he had done something wrong, by simply breathing. He was DISCRIMINATED for a medical reason. My husband was going in for a potential filling that has been causing him an excruciating amount of pain just to be rejected for his medical condition. I called & spoke to someone who I was told is in charge of creekside. He asked me, which he has no right in doing, what my husbands medical condition is.. he then said he did not know about the medical exemption rules... as a business operator you should be familiar with this, he then apologized that there was nothing he could do & hung up on me. I will be filing a complaint with the human rights tribunal & proceeding with a small claims court claim for discrimination. This is the most cost effective route for legal action for any that has been bullied by a business & rights disrespected. It’s not the government that is paying these businesses, it’s their clients/customers & too often these days we are witnessing discrimination & unfair bullying.

One of the top 2 worst experiences I have ever had at a dentists office. Even though this was the only dental clinic to fit me in before my tooth progressed to needing a root canal before I went back to camp (it was very close) I will NEVER return here. I have severe anxiety and panic attacks as well as a gag reflex when it comes to the dentist so I came here to get an anasthetic. The receptionist booked me in and failed to tell me not to eat or go over any instructions with me the day before over the phone and yes I have been through this before and never ate because I was always going in first thing in the morning and really nervous and am prone to puking at the dentist so I don't eat anyways. I had one bite of yogurt and had 3 family members coming from an hour away to bring a driver to drive my vehicle home and plus someone to drive their vehicle since I wouldn't be able to drive after the anasthetic. She tells me I can't continue that day due to the one bite of yogurt so I had to try to reach everyone coming from an hour away to cancel who had already gotten to the dental clinic to wait for me. Yes it was my fault for eating and not reading the directions the first time from the last dental clinic I had went to for anasthetic but it was bad on her part for just making my appointment and getting me to show up and not going over anything with me over the phone. The receptionist was extremely rude and couldn't book me in until 4:30pm the next day or a few days later so I had to go without eating all day that day and then she had the nerve to be rude to me that day also when I was already feeling anxiety about being there and had to cover a wasted day of fuel costs and a breakfast outing for 2 days total for drivers to come help me out. Nobody there did anything or seem to care how the receptionist was to me and it took 15-20 tries roughly for the dentist that did work on me to get my IV in.

This dentist is absolutely amazing. I’ve only gone to one other dentist which I had gone to my whole life. I had no idea the care I was receiving my whole life was so awful until I went here. The care I received from the moment I walked into creekside dental was seriously phenomenal. My first appointment I was blown away at the professionalism of the front staff alone! When I got in the chair the equipment was top of the line super comfortable and clean. Every single moment I was more and more impressed. I’m actually shocked at the treatment I received from my old dentist how awful it was in comparison from the staff to the equipment. I’m so glad I changed dentists and I would be glad to recommend anyone to this dentist. I would implore anyone to try this dentist and I know you will be more than impressed. They are truly amazing. They took ten minutes maybe even less to take out my wisdom tooth on my last visit ! I’m so happy with this dentist ! I can’t say enough good things :)

I broke a crown off on a Saturday, after driving all over West Kelowna to find an open dentist, I googled dentists in the area. Got to Creekside at about 1:50, and was out by 2:20 with my tooth fixed. Due to medications, they could not freeze me, and the dentist was excellent at not blowing cold air directly onto exposed nerves. the staff was excellent, friendly and all around excellent. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

I approached my first pandemic dental appointment with apprehension, but left relieved and pleased. Upon arrival I was cordially greeted and given a spritz of disinfectant spray to cleanse my hands before my temperature was taken on my wrist, a surprise location to me. I sat in a physically-distanced chair and waited perhaps three minutes before I was called for my appointment. The hygienist asked covid-19 screening questions and then invited me to remove my mask and select a television channel in preparation for the cleaning by the hygienist and dental checkup by Dr. Gillian. Those procedures were as I remembered them from pre-pandemic days. The distraction provided by watching my selected t.v. news channel and the competence of both professionals further eased my novel anxieties during my novel appointment. I will approach my next appointment, even if the novel corona-virus is still in circulation, with far less apprehension. I'd recommend Creekside Dental Clinic to anyone who needs dental care in a safe, reassuring professional environment.

Simply amazing. I had not been to a dentist in 15 years due to anxiety over needles and the pure fear of knowing I would at a bare minimum need my wisdom teeth removed. From the first appointment to assess the extent of how bad my teeth were, right to today after having IV sedation for 8 extractions, I can't say enough good things about this amazing team of knowledgable and professional people, especially Angela who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. For anyone at all putting off going to a dentist out of fear, I can't recommend Creekside Dental and the IV sedation enough. I had laughing gas whilst the needle was being put in for the IV sedation and had zero anxiety or any cares in the world while that was happening. within 30 seconds of the needle going in, next thing I know I'm waking up 4 hours later at home with no memory of the extractions, feeling great and wondering why was I silly enough not to have came to Creekside Dental sooner. Thank you guys so, so much.

Had a molar extracted yesterday by Dr Multari. Pretty painless, not what I was expecting. She explained the procedure, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and thorough with post care instructions. 1 day later I have very little discomfort, no bleeding, no pain meds needed. Also use this clinic for hygiene, all the staff is great from front counter to the Dr's. Parking is convenient.

Dr. Trevor Onishenko was our dentist in Calgary before he moved to Kelowna and we loved how professional, caring and understanding and gentle he was. He always explained what he needed to do and we never felt pain. Thus it was time for our daughter to get her wisdom teeth out. So we of course made a trip out to see him in Kelowna as we know he'd take great care in doing it and he did! The staff there was amazing and welcoming! I’m embarrassed to say that it’s been probably 20 years since my last clean, due to extreme dental anxiety. Darcy has been our family dentist since my daughter was young, and it’s always been a struggle for me to finish a clean. Well I decided I had to do this, yesterday was the first of my 2 appointments. My Hygienist was beyond patient, caring and never judged me for being super anxious ❤️ I shed a few tears and was met with only kindness and compassion. I spent 2 hours with her yesterday and there was an opening again today, at first I declined today’s appointment and booked for February. I didn’t even make it half way home and changed my mind and got in today. She spent another 3 hours with me and we had to do some freezing, Darcy came in and again just soft, compassionate care ❤️ The level of care I received here was above and beyond exceptional !!!!! As I left, the girls at the front were truly proud of me and made me feel like a rock star ???? Please for anyone reading this with dental anxiety, please go see this amazing team !!!!!

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed recently by Dr.Greg Magee he was fantastic from my consultation through to the actual day of removal answered all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable by explaining how the whole process would work. I did my removal under IV sedation which was completely painless, once i gained my bearings again i was about to ask when are we going to get started? And to my surprise we were already done!

Dentists are a hard place to love to visit, but the staff and environment here have changed my perspective. I trust their clinical advice, as it is honest. The clinic is classy, professional and clean, the Covid protocols are on point and the staff is pleasant, cheerful, and skilled. More importantly, the dentists are top notch; specifically Dr Ramsey Jaswal is absolutely outstanding, he has exceeded my expectations, I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone as he is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. I moved to Kelowna last year, shortly after starting invisiline treatment (purchased on Vancouver island). My orthodontist had given me all the liners and transferred my file to Okanagan Orthodontics where I went for an initial consultation and was told I had to re-purchase invisiline from them for another $6500. Subsequently, I decided to continue with the treatment on my own (changing the liners weekly). The treatment completed March 2020 but due to the pandemic, all dentists were closed for a few months and I was unable to get an implant and retainer required to finalize my treatment. Unfortunately, my teeth shifted back to original location. Creekside was highly recommended to me by colleagues and I was in getting my teeth cleaned, I explained the invisiline situation to Dr Jaswal. He then contacted the regional manager direct at Invisiline, got me new scans and liners for free and the end result is much better than the original! If you're looking for a dentist that truly cares about his patients, and takes pride in his work Dr Jaswal is honestly the best there is! Thank you!

I was given the opportunity to shadow at this clinic for two days and I have to say it is the most well run clinic I have ever seen. The way they cared for patients and accommodated them was very impressive. If I were living in Kelowna I would definitely be a patient here!

The staff here seem very nice but I had two unfavorable experiences with this establishment. For my first appointment I showed up to find out my appointment was cancelled. I completely understood the reason (dentist's wife had a baby) but I was a little upset when I was told I was called and a message was left for me yet I was given no message. I offered to show the staff my phone but no one was interested. In my second appointment, which was late, I was told by the dentist that he could not help me and that I need to come back another day to see his colleague. The dentist knew beforehand exactly what I was there. The job I was there for is not difficult and I felt like I was given the run around. From his questions, I got the impression the dentist does not want to see me because I was not interested in an examination, x-rays or a cleaning, services I did not go to see this dentist for. I took time off of work for both appointments, for nothing. I will not give this establishment a third opportunity to make another mistake with me.

When I needed a dentist with an emergency the team took the time to talk with me and listen, they got me into to see Dr. Ramsey with in the hour and my painful tooth was taken care of.
