They offered me beverages when I came in and my choice of Netflix in the chair, but all of that means nothing without customer care follow through. She was so kind, even called me on an off day to schedule me in. Then when I got there, I was matched with Holly who did my cleaning. What a beautiful person inside and out! CARE dental goes above and beyond for both myself and my son. We both suffer from extreme dental anxiety and the team at CARE totally gets it! Never felt more supported and heard, before, during, and after cleanings and even fillings. CARE was able to fill 2 cavities for my little one without needles or pain, but they were ready with the nitrous if we needed it! I just can't say enough great things about CARE dental!

I picked Care Dental randomly last year and it was the best decision I have ever made. Having previously worked administration in a Dental office i had pretty high standards. Care Dental has blown them out of the water since day one. My most recent experience was the best for several reasons. The last 24 years I have absolutely hated my smile. After an accident when I was a kid, I have had two front teeth made up of composite material. Unstable, ugly and easily stained. Today I can smile again. Because of my Amazing team(and finally dental insurance) - Dr Justin and all star Dental Assistant's Meg and Lauren, I can proudly smile for the first time in 24 years. The amount of work they put into my crowns, I have never seen before. Heck Meg and Justin had my temporary crowns so perfect, they could have been the final result and I would have been happy. All three of these amazing people made sure everything was perfect. It was like they were doing work on family. Just the little extra ya know? I also don't think I have laughed so much in a Dentist's chair either. Every person I have met, Admin, Hygienists, Dental assistants and Doctors, have just the most outstanding attitude. This isn't just a paycheck to them. They truly , truly care about the patient and the work that they do. I would a thousand times recommend anyone to go to Care Dental. You are in great hands. I am one of those people that dread sitting in the chair...and i knew i needed an extraction!! i was as nervous as nervous gets, but i have never, repeat never felt so comfortable in a chair as i had in Care Dental. i was finished and out in under 30 minutes and the next day i went about my business as usual with nothing but a huge smile. i will recommend Care Dental to anyone who has that anxious feeling about dental work. ps. the place is beautiful!!

By far my most interesting experience at dental facility. For starters I had to take off my shoes. Strange but acceptable. Then the Charming Vanessa offered me a sparkling water. I have never been treated so terrible by any dentistry in my life. I had done some work on my teeth and after 6 months they reach out to me to let me know I owe them money because my insurance ran out. When I spoke to the office manager she said I could pay with their instalment system. Unfortunately the owner is very prejudice against me and won’t allow me to pay no matter how many times I’ve called to pay. He will allow other people to use the installment system but not for me. When I spoke to him he wouldn’t allow me that time of day and refused to let me use their instalment system that is there for customers use. Not just that but he even had the audacity to make fun of me on the phone and then tell me he will be sending a collection agency after me even though I was trying to plead with him to pay my bill. This is surely the last time I ever come to this place and for those who won’t better treatment think twice about going to care dental. If the owner himself can treat customers like garbage what does that mean for the practice itself? The worse part is that I sent emails and called multiple times to ask for help using their instalment system which I was told by the office manager that I could, but instead of helping me the owner just kept threaten me to send my bill to the collections even though I told him several times that I want to pay him but he won’t even listen. It’s sad when the company you owe money to said that I could pay in instalments then for no reason the owner starts being agressive and decided to not let me pay in instalments.

Why one star? Because my son spent the whole night in pain, needing an extraction. They said they couldn't pull it and sent us away. They are our dentist, and had his X-ray's on file. As we were leaving the secretary tells me I owe her $50. I said "for what "? She said it was for sending us elsewhere. Yes they actually charge money to not help you.

This is not my dentist. That being said, it will be very soon! I have two little girls that had their first fillings there. There were tears going in, but once we were there the calm atmosphere really soothed them. They took my crying girls to the back and 40 minutes later I had two smiling girls happy about being at the dentist! My wife has severe dental phobia, needing sedation for even minor work. Care Dental is the first team that has been able to assist her with no sedation, thank you Dr David. That is huge! I can't say enough great things about them. The latest interaction for my wife with dental assistant Tanniel was the best yet. She was very calming and professional. Tanniel really cared about not just the dentistry, but about how my wife felt. I have recommended these folks to anyone who will listen to me talk about "The Dentist"! Amazing team for kids AND adults.

I had a cracked filling that was giving me a lot of pain. I booked my appointment online on a SUNDAY! Within an 1.5hr I got a call to come in. It was the quickest trip to the dentist in my life. Dr Danny ZARE did a fantastic job. Everyone was super friendly here. The clinic its self is immaculate and brand new.This clinic truly caters to the working person being open on a weekend. I didn't lose a days work to get this much needed treatment done. This will be the new clinic that my family will go to. Straight up professional service. 5 Star all the way!

Is this a spa? no it's a dental office but you might be surprised as the level of care and the atmosphere could fool you... sparkling water upon arrival into the very modern waiting room... standing while you get a 3d imaging of your teeth without gagging.. and wait for it... NETFLIX while you get your teeth cleaned.. and I'm not kidding!! makes the time go by so much faster and makes it somewhat more enjoyable (as enjoyable as a dentist can be anyway). Plus the Dentist was super friendly, personable and just made me feel special. I've already told so many people about my experience and I was just in yesterday! Definitely recommended.

The Gold standard in service!!! The service here is well above the bar and has definitely raised it for me! I have had a couple of good dentists in my lifetime, as well as some average and a couple of really bad ones. And it’s not until you have the really good ones or bad ones that you realize how good the good ones are. So, when I say that my visits with Dr. Dan Kobi and his staff have exceeded expectations, They most definitely have! It’s not just a friendly environment and staff, but a happy one. Dr. Kobi knows how to surround himself with the best staff and colleagues and it shows! Dr. Kobi’s knowledge, honestly and friendliness let’s you know you are in good hands. My dentist visits with Dr. Kobi are by far the best experiences I’ve ever had in a dentist office. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist or to find out what great service is really like! This is most definitely a well above average experience! Came in for a check up and a cleaning a few weeks back with Dr. Jesse, that went great but had to come back for a root canal. After getting into the tooth it became clear that it was to far gone to save. (I appreciate that he consulted another dentist quickly for a second opinion) He went over my options and at their suggestion the tooth was extracted. It did not come out without a decent fight and though I didn’t feel a thing was nervous about post procedure pain. The morning after now and there is very minimal pain, just a little soreness. Will be back for future work and happy to recommend. The front staff is great from reception to billing. (Quick on the insurance billing!) Thanks.

So glad I switched over to Care Dental! Each time I go in for an appointment is a lovely experience, and I feel very welcomed and taken care of. They really go above and beyond to ensure that all of my dental needs are met. My last visit, I mentioned my constant tension headaches, and they recommended therapeutic botox to treat them. Dr. Dan made me feel very confident about moving forward with the treatment, as I've never had it done before, and made it super quick and painless! My headaches have disappeared, so if you are looking for someone knowledgeable and experienced to do a similar treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Dan.

It is very aesthetically pleasing, please do not let that fool you. The dentists are terrible, the cleaning I received also only took no time and was not done properly. I will explain what happened below in point form so you can think twice when they tell you that you need something done. 1. I was told I needed multiple fillings so I had them filled by Chad, who left thank god while he spoke about other staff and was very unprofessional during my cleaning.the fillings seemed great until... 2. A few weeks later I started having a ton of pain, I couldn’t even bit anymore or chew on the left side. I called them and went back for a follow up. They said that my tooth had been cracked, that Chad had left and that I needed a crown. I asked them how this could happen as this tooth was fine until I got my filling and they said it just happens. I was really upset because crowns are expensive and I would rather keep my real teeth that are in amazing shape. So I decided to get a second opinion. Thank god.. 3. I went to Alpha Dental in Springfield and saw the dentist there for a quick look over. Funny thing, they didn’t even fill the right tooth on the other side of my mouth and it was complete decayed, it was so obvious I could easily see it, how could the other dentist fill a tooth next to it and missy he Brown decay on my molar, it was right there? So I booked back with this dentist to fill that new molar and he ended up having me bite down on some paper for the side which I had pain, he said there was no crack and they simply didn’t grind it down properly? Which is insane considering Care told me the exact opposite. Do not go here, the dentists are obviously not trained and they actually don’t Care. If you want a real dentist got to Alpha in Springfield.

Dr. Todd and his assistant have been nothing but a pleasure to come see! There was an issue with a remaining balance and they went above and beyond making arrangements so I could get caught up. They really do put their patients first in every way. I needed to get a tooth pulled, and i emailed at 1030pm one night, thinking I'll hear back the next day or so, which is cool. but i heard back 20min later, with apointment booked. tonight, after my appointment i had a follow up question, its 930pm now... same thing, emailed them, thinking ill get an answer tomorrow, which is cool. 20 min later i got a call and an email..... what buisness these days offer that kind of customer service?? ... i know of two or three now. couldn't be happier with my experience with them.

As much as I appreciate they were one of the first to open after lockdown I super glad I reached out to my dentist after my consult with Care Dental and found out my dentist is now open. I could have had my filling done that same day while at Care Dental but by the time the consult and x-rays were done there was no way I could keep holding my full bladder to stay longer. They are NOT allowing people to use the washroom. Seems funny that they can get in your face and look at your teeth but wont let you go pee if you need to. They also like to push for extended services. Even though I said no at the beginning to a root canal or crown and said I would opt for the tooth to be pulled before those, they still tried to sell it at least 4-5 more times. The ladies at the desk and on the phone were awesome though. I had no work done so can't comment on that part.

Then repeatedly harassed for $50 overcharge for removal then called 24th December harrassment for the money then sent to Collection's. They've got a great team at Care Dental and everyone cares very much about making sure each patient has a good experience - from the receptionist, to the friendly dental assistant, to the dentist herself. They also try to streamline your visits so you always get to work with the same dental assistant to make sure you've got a familiar face in there with you. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly staff in the front and from there, you're greeted by the wonderful, smiling and friendly dental assistants, hygienists and dentists. It doesn't stop there. Once you are all finished, the benefits and administrators are the last smiling faces you see! Each of them has been so kind, thorough and just overall amazing. You really feel welcome coming into Care dental and I highly recommend that you make the switch. I'm glad I did and I'm super happy to have found my forever dentist office. Like most people, I’m not exactly thrilled to have to visit the dentist. I had my first cleaning at Care Dental in January of this year and it was a great experience. I had to go back today for a sensitive tooth that was really bothering me. I was so afraid of what the outcome was going to be. The whole team made me feel at ease and I just needed to have a filling re-done. I was in and out in under an hour and it was the easiest and most comfortable filling I’ve ever had done - and I’ve had quite a few! I love that this doesn’t feel like a dental office. From the second you walk in, the atmosphere is friendly and calm and I always leave feeling happy I took care of something I always used to dread. However, I was not comfortable with the company policy that I need to give my credit card information through the phone. I supply all my person info except my credit card and they told me that they need my credit card on file. I never heard this policy before for a dental place. I've been coming to Care Dental for nearly two years and LOVE it! Everyone who works here is upbeat, fun, and professional. I highly recommend Kiana for dental hygiene/teeth cleaning – she's thorough, gentle, and literally doesn't stop until your teeth are cleaner than they've ever been. Plus, I don't know how she does it, but she remembers details of our last conversation (even though it's been six months) and we just pick back up where we left off! If you're not a talker, all the chairs have TVs with Netflix, etc.... but I prefer conversation. The dentists are great too. There's always ample parking. The entire building is spotless and modern. I appreciate that they've switched to paper bags/bamboo toothbrushes in their care bags to be more environmentally conscious. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

I have been a few times now and Kiana my hygienist made sure to remember that I like to have a ‘security blanket’ on, she set up Netflix with headphones so I could zone out, and explained what she was doing to ease my mind. She explained all the COVID protocols that Care has implemented, and the systems that they put in to purify and keep their patients safe. What a fantastic office, everyone is so welcoming. The Care Dental team has went above & beyond for my fiancé since day 1. We were new to Kelowna a few months back & my fiancé started having severe tooth pain. I quickly and desperately googled nearby dental offices hoping we would end up at a good practice. That morning around 7:30am I called them, they weren’t even open yet & we’re booked up all day but they welcomed us without any hesitation. When we arrived, they had informed us that her tooth was to close to her sinus cavity, impacted and that we would have to wait a month for her to see a surgeon. During our visit they requested that they take xrays to see where exactly the tooth was, we explained to them that we couldn’t afford the X-ray and they immediately informed us not to worry & there would be no charge. Throughout the month, they called us several times, checking in. My fiancé finally got the procedure on the 23rd, she has major anxiety when it comes to dental work, the staff were so understanding & reassuring, they also went above & beyond to make the surgery affordable. I would recommend Care Dental over and over again. ❤️

Terrible experience,,I had 3 crowns done by the owner of care dental,,,,every one of them needed to be adjusted 5 different times,,,my bite was off, they were not straight and I was having cold and hot sensations badly,,,he kept adjusting them and now im at another dentist getting them off and replaced with traditional crowns,,,the one visit, its all good method is bad,bad,bad. I paid him 4,000 dollars out of my own pocket and got bubble gum machine crowns,,,,,,they did nothing to fix my teeth,,,,and his assistant,,meg,,is very rude,,,,i highly recommend not going there,,,,it should be called,,,I don't care dental,,,,,there was no follow up or apologie for what they did to me.

Very bad service. Please make sure you give your credit card info before you book this dental office. I called to book an appointment in matters regarding my root canal issues, and the front desk person named Taylor booked me for the next day Dec 19 at 4 pm for consult and she said I can get my root canal appointment on Dec 20 at 1pm. she wanted my credit card info, since I do not have a card, I told her that I will call her back. After 20 minutes later I called her and said my friend is at work and I do not have a credit card number to book the appointments. She told me that she need a credit card by 7pm tonight. I promised her I will get back by 5 pm with a credit card number. Taylor said ok. When I called back to book the same appointments after 15 minutes later I was upset to know that my bookings were changed. This is very unethical behavior because I was specifically needing dental help and I was treated badly. It shows that they are after money not caring for someone's pain. I talked to the Manager named Allie who at last came to the phone and rudely told me that I am not fit to get treatment for in their office. This is my right, its not a free treatment. The office denied my right to book an appointment with them. It is really very frustrating. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD. I have called around different dental office to no avail, but they do not ask your credit card info before they book. I asked this to another dental office whether they want credit card info to book, they said no. Service is very bad, I do not know whether the dentist is aware of what is happening. Dr. Danny and Karley are both amazing! I was told Dr. Danny had magical hands, and they don't lie!! When he was putting the freezing in he said there would be a "zap" and boy there was! He hit the right nerve that froze everything and I didn't feel a thing! He is gentle and kind and very meticulous when cleaning out root canals. He is not a talkative kinda guy, but when he does talk he tells you what is going on, and takes care of your pain. Karley is also amazing! She is gentle and kind and has an awesome sense of humor. Today was my first experience at care dental and WOW!! The waiting area feels like you are at a spa but for your teeth. Holly was my hygienist and was so sweet and warm. I felt I was in very good hands. Karly also took some photos of my teeth and was absolutely wonderful. Justin did the final check on my teeth and he was super nice and fun. Everyone in the place was so positive, outgoing and really put me at ease. The last part of my visit was with Seren. She has such a nice smile, and really put the cherry on the whole experience. 12 out of 10 will be back for the root canal!!

I contacted Care Dental back in February as a new patient. I was contacted nearly immediately to begin intake procedures. (I have not been to a dentist in several years due to being traumatized as a very young child.) I was up front with my anxiety. All the staff I have encountered are very professional, caring and attentive. Over the last several months I have been to the clinic numerous times. Dr. Chad has been absolutely wonderful and gentle and his assistant Tobi is amazing. When it came time to see Dr. David he took the time to calm fears which stemmed from childhood. He is a truly amazing individual and genuinely cares for the well being of his patients. The staff are diligent, explain what is being done and are very open and honest to the work that needs to be done. As for billing, staff confirm what was done and bill accordingly. This is truly an amazing dental clinic which definitely puts the patient first. If you are needing caring dentists come see these guys and gals and they will take great care of you! (Honestly, if you have anxiety about visiting the dentist just let them know and they will work with you.) I could not have picked a better dental group to care for me. Thank you so much!

Nice, new, clean office. My hygienist was awesome and kept me laughing through the whole cleaning, though I'm sure it made her job more difficult! The whole staff has been wonderful and helpful. I really like the approach of technology being used to communicate with patients, as I don't always have time to take a call at work a quick confirmation text was much easier. My dentist was a bit rushed on the first visit, but it was clear she was pretty busy. On the second visit she was very kind and understanding when I showed my fear of needles, and made sure I felt perfectly normal being afraid. This is huge for me! I've had horrible experiences with being shamed for this very thing, and she made sure I didn't feel horrible at all. I hope to have more great experiences in the future.

Having not been to a dentist in many years I can’t even begin to explain how nervous I was! The moment I walked into Care Dental it was unlike any Dentist office I’d ever been in! I honestly felt like I was entering a spa! The ambiance is so relaxing, the decor is stunning! Right from the moment your greeted and asked if you’d like a refreshment - sparkling water or still, coffee or tea! I instantly felt at ease. My experience with the team itself I can’t praise enough! I first saw Dr Fletcher whom I was so impressed with his gentle manner and reassuring me that things were not as bad as I thought, taking the time to break it all down what was needed and showing me up close with pictures what the condition of my teeth were. I needed an extraction so i was referred to Dr Kobi, now yet again I m over the moon with how I was treated! I actually for the first time in my life was so excited for the work Dr Kobi was going to preform! Not only that, I got to watch a crown made right in house for one of my teeth!! Took 15 mins it was so cool!! ???? I’m still smiling from the excitement and experience!! Now how many people say that about the dentist! Lol the hygienists are so much fun and keep you relaxed and calm , I can’t say enough! Just go there!!! these Drs are AMAZING!!! ????????

I broke my front tooth on the Saturday night of a long weekend and had no idea where to go. Care Dental was suggested to me, as they're open seven days a week. I'm naturally an anxious patient and, being on a budget, was very worried about incurring extra, holiday/weekend surcharges. Dr Dan Kobi and his staff were phenomenal and highly skilled. All correct covid-related procedures were followed; they were kind and compassionate and I was out of the office (without having to pay any extra fees!) with a fixed tooth, a lighter heart and a new family dentist. First visit to Care Dental and it was truly up to the high standards I'd heard about. I walked in with a broken crown and need of a regular cleaning and walked out with a perfect grin again. Dr. Kobi, Meg & Ashley took great care in ensuring my comfort and explained all the covid procedures they've implemented as well as what was going on during the course of the tooth repair. Allowed me to nerd out in front of the milling machine to see my new crown being sculpted and they even arranged my appointment timing so that I could zip across the parking lot for lunch between repair and cleaning. The office is beautiful, the amenities top-notch, the staff universally enthusiastic & friendly and as a bonus, they've risen above the minimum standard of protection in regards to airflow & aerosol management in these weird pandemic times. Care Dental almost makes going to the dentist fun, and I would certainly recommend them as the go-to practice in the city.

Sadly writing this review after being a long term client (I've been attending this clinic since they first opened). They are recently under new management/ owner-ship, and despite the manager (Allie) making multipul attempts to make thing's ok/ better, the support staff fails at the simple tasks of documenting client communications and recording proper (not to mention legal) medical notes. I have had a few discusting interactions with the new staff and the doctor Danni Zare. My last most recent visit, I left the office in tears and shocked with the way I was treated and spoken to by a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL! Dispite my last visit I decided to continue care here with the hopes of possibly seeing a different doctor. Working in the medical feild myself, and having a busy/ rotating schedule I was unable to attend a booked appointment. So naturally I called and cancelled my appointment and appologized for any inconvenience this may have caused. A few days later I recived a confusing email from Allie stating she could send my x-rays eles where. Implying I was now fired as a client and to take my service somewhere eles. I attempted to contact Allie multipule times only to be ignored. I have no other reason to belive I was fired as a client because I voiced my concerns about Dr. Danni Zare and his horrible beside manner. Being a long term, loyal client this behavior and treatment is uncalled for and without reasoning. This clinic in my oppinion NO LONGER provides the amazing dental care and experience it used to. I will gladly be taking my services elsewhere. Be cautious with voicing your opinions and who you voice them too.

I've had a horrible experience with dentists. And I'll be the first to admit. I'm probably not the easiest patient. For a dentist to deal with.. but i recently had an expirience(s). At care dental, that is hard for me to not write a review. I started all this in December of last year.. and went to another local practice. They never seemed to really want to do the job.. my teeth are horrible.. dental is not cheap, no matter where you go. Just the nature of the business. But after having to wait, and wait, and wait.. I finally had enough, and called around. Care was the first call, and the last. Not only did they get me in. In a very short amount of time.. but i can't say enough good things. About the people I have dealt with there. Dr Todd, was awesome!!! Patient, positive.. and although the procedure was horrible.. he did everything he could. To make it as easy as possible.. Dr. David, was kinda short, and to the point.. just busy I guess.. but hands down. Professional in every aspect. The procedures were horrible.. there was nothing that could be done. To make it any less painful.. but he certainly tried, Just about everything. To make it as easy as possible.. Megan, This lady... is worth her weight in gold. She is by far.. one of the best dental assistant's. I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the first visit, she has been very kind. Very professional, and always awesome to see. The first visit, she wouldn't let me leave. Until I had another appointment. (My teeth are just that bad.) She's always very helpful. And her conversations, definitely helped get me through.. a lot of things. Yesterday was day three... of having 6 extractions done. And if it wasn't for Megan. I would have probably left after the filling.. i started off the day feeling horrible. And she really understood what was going on. From simple distractions.. to offering a blanket. She definitely did her best. To make things at least a little easier. Can't thank megan, and Dr. David enough.. for having the ability.. and professionalism.. to be able to help me get through that.. They are both, top notch professionals.. that make it obviously apparent.. they are not just there for the cheque.. Judge for yourself, take a chance! I have no doubts.. on any given day. You will be absolutely impressed. With every aspect of Care Dental.. from entry to exit.. i would highly recommend.. any one of the team members at care.. My original dentist left, so I was passed onto Dr Jessie Grewal. He installed a bridge for me, and since the day it was placed in my mouth, I had pain when I chewed. Went back several times for him to file it down but the chewing pain never went away. It eased, but never went away. They could never find a problem with it, and tried to blame the pain on grinding my teeth at night. My husband says I don’t grind. Also, why the pain right from day 1? Sorry, but I am moving to a new dentist. I already saw Dr Kobi and he also felt the pain was from my non-existent teeth grinding. Again, the pain while chewing, started the first day I got my bridge.

Had a cleaning and check up today with Dr. Chad and Rachel. Was great! My pearly whites feel awesome. Chose them as they are rated so well, and have been driving by the practice now for months. The coffee was on point, the appointment started when it was supposed to, the music, the building, all was incredible. Firstly, OPEN ON SUNDAYS! That is grwat news for the mon-friday worker. Secondly, Madison was honestly the best, most gentle and 'real' hygienist I have ever had. She was incredibly thorough and professional but also suffered my questions and conversation with much grace. I liked the dentist as well but as I was only in for a cleaning I didn't see much of her. The building and modern decor of the building was also very impressive, it felt more like going to a European spa...except for the mouth open and pointy metal bits. See you in 6 months!

I just wanted to share my experience with this company. I came to care dental with a chipped tooth that was causing me quite a lot of pain and discomfort, I was given an X-ray and told that my best option was to see a root canal specialist to save my tooth (which they don’t do) That visits was $80 After a 3 week wait I goto the specialist for another X-ray, he proceeds to tell me I do not need a root canal and that I need a tooth extraction and crown. Basically completely contradicting the original dentist initially said. A complete waste of time and money That visit was $250 The Next morning I awoke with the worst pain I have ever felt in my life and I was literally in tears from the pain. That same morning at 8am I Went to the care dental office And explained that this was emergency I felt something was wrong and how I hadn’t worked or slept in days and that I really needed this tooth pulled as I was in a ton of pain. I was told “they were to busy to see emergency Walk in appointments and that it would be along process to extract a tooth. And that the usual guy isn’t here” I left, actually disgusted. I called another dentist and explained the situation and had an emergency appointment that day and the tooth pulled in 45 min. I have never in my life been treated so poorly, they made a bad situation much worse I spent $330 for ZERO help, two of the same X-rays and a prescription. And when I really needed help I was sent away like a second class citizen. Would not recommend ever

I visited Care Dental to have a broken cap repaired. From the moment I entered the clinic I was treated in a friendly, professional manner. The team of Tobi and Chad worked on my broken cap and were able to glue the broken piece back into place. There was never any pressure put on me to have an entirely new cap installed. They stand by their mission statement of empowering the patient to choose the course of dental care based on their own lifestyle and budget. I woke up with a huge abscess. Care Dental managed to fit me in by noon. During the exam they took my Blood Pressure and found it to be very high. The dentist immediately showed concern for my general health and advised I go to emergency. I had no one to drive me so they insisted the assistant would drive me. After receiving BP meds and antibiotics for the abscess I returned to get the tooth extracted. The original dentist was not available so another came in on her day off! She discussed the procedure plus costs and was able to do it affordably for me. Only extraction I've had with practically no pain. Thank you Care Dental Team! You really went above and beyond!! I highly recommend this clinic and will be returning for all my dental needs:)

This is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. Lets start with when you walk in, the place doesn't smell like a dental office and the waiting area is comfortable and inviting. For filling out my initial paper work I was expecting a clipboard and a mediocre pen, but was instead presented with an iPad! Much easier to use! Upon being brought to the examination room I was expecting an isolated prison cell like room but was pleasantly surprised to find a naturally lit, welcoming, exam station. During my appointments one of my biggest issues with other dental offices is the giant spotlight that is shined in your face. I was happy to find that the dentist wore a light on his glasses that only illuminated the specific area of my mouth that he was working on thus elevating this issue!! WAHOOOOO! Lastly while I was having my appointment the dental assistant set me up with a set of Bose noise canceling head phones linked up to a flat screen tv that was pulled over my chair so that I could enjoy How I Met Your Mother through my whole appointment! No scrapping, vacuum, or buzzing sounds, it was amazing! Thus I would highly recommend Care Dental to anyone who would listen, this place is amazing and the staff are the friendliest in Kelowna by far!

Everybody at care dental is always so kind! They will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home! I have been a client of Dr. Dan Kobi and meg for about 6 years now! I just can’t begin to express how thankful I am for them! They truly are the kindest people and will go above and beyond to make sure you feel good and are happy with your results! For my case personally it was a huge confidence boost and I can finally smile without having to worry about my messed up teeth, and it is all thanks to them for making it happen!! They truly are the best!

This place is AMAZING!!! Dr. David, Ally (sorry if I spelled that wrong) and Lisa were so great! My daughter, Madison had to have all four of her wisdom teeth removed all at once. Not only did the staff here make everything easier for us emotionally but financially as well. They called multiple times a day to follow up and see how she was doing. My daughter and I both agree that we will never go anywhere other than Care Dental again. On a different note the office is BEAUTIFUL! Thank you guys!! You also earned our vote on "Kelowna Now" ♥️

Amazing staff and super clean layout- Dr Justin and Lauren were amazing! I had to get some cavities filled and they were both super friendly and gentle, and they let me know what they were doing at all times. Highly recommend!

Office is new and clean. Staff are friendly but...... front staff should not be texting on personal phones kinda weird having to remove shoes to enter a dental office was scheduled with Dr Dan Kobi but upon arrival was told he was not in that the other dentist would see me after being there for 2 hours for a simple cleaning they had to reschedule me to come back to finish up Loved Dan's office in salmon arm but I don't think this is what he's going for here.....maybe because its to new working out the kinks?? hope he reads these reviews and not just the office assistant

Shocked by the impoliteness! Allie should be ashamed of the work and care she brings to the CARE Dental team. The fact that she has the audacity to be so rude is mind blowing. I will never be back and never recommend. Love going to a dental office and feeling disrespected... Continued... Thank you for your response; I’m not shocked by the continued hostility from this office. In regards to my account, I have never felt the need to write a review aside from my experience at Care Dental. I was a new patient walking in the doors, with questions and didn’t make it farther then the front desk due to the displeasing attitude I received. I will not reach out to you... There’s nothing you can do to get to the bottom of this but hire staff without a “mean girl” attitude. I have already walked into another office that had more time and a better attitude to answer all my questions readily.

My family and I are very impressed with everything about Care Dental. Everyone takes the time to discuss some health information. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Super atmosphere! From the initial phone call, to the hygienist and dentist, I was blown away with the level of professionalism and care that the staff at Care Dental treated me with. From cleaning and check up to fillings and crown inserting, we were very comfortable throughout the whole process. The facility is very modern as well.
