I think the one star review is talking about a different dentist not Dr. Bhattal. He is Very gentle and has done fillings, crowns and an implant for me. He does exceptional work. And his English is very good. The only problem I have had was with his receptionist. She no longer works there. Yay! All the staff are fantastic now.

I absolutely love the atmosphere and the staff here. Very welcoming and friendly but most of all very caring and attentive. My daughter gets anxiety and still has some even with the gas, and they were so calming and supportive and eased her fears, and made her feel comfortable and that she was in great hands. They answer all my questions with great detail and make sure I am an active participant in both my and my children’s care. They invite you in as if you’re a part of their team/family and are just awesome!!!

Quick, friendly and effective. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. However, Dr. Joey and the Lakeside Dental team have really improved my perception of a "visit to the dentist." Dr. Joey and his assistant had me in and out the door for a filling in just under 30mins and nothing felt rushed or compromised. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the team at Lakeside dental!! They are always so friendly and polite every time I go in or take my kids in. They are very patient with my kids and I can really appreciate that. They are so accommodating with scheduling appointments and they really do care about their patients. My daughter gets anxious sometimes and the friendly and encouraging atmosphere really helps. Today I had the best experience with Dr. Rai and dental assistant Alana. I went in for three fillings, one of which I was extremely self conscious about and wanted fixed not only for cosmetic reasons but for my overall health. I was so extremely pleased with Dr. Rai’s work. Absolutely flawless and the whole experience was a breeze. Everything looks and feels fantastic. Highly recommend this dentistry. All staff are so welcoming and professional!!

Kumar & Suman are incredible dentists with their own specialties - they are an amazing duo. Kumar has successfully fixed a lot of deep dental carries and smoothly extracted 3 of my wisdom teeth (4th currently booked) and a 2nd molar. I couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else. Absolutely had another amazing experience at Lakeside Dental. I arrived to another positive experience knowing they are conscientious with their Covid protocol. Once they started my work, I needed gas but they did not know. Instead of rebooking me, they made the time and found an assistant to do so and carried on with my work. Here's where it gets good. I have never had gas and refuse to go to the dentist because of my fear. There was no problem with my procedure. The dentist did an amazing job calming me and taking the time with me to make me feel assured. The assistant did the same. I could care less what they were doing and that is the absolute first time ever, I can say I did not melt into the chair and my finger nails did not meet in the middle of the arm rest. I have been ridiculed and yelled at in the past at other dental offices, but the other day at Lakeside Dental was in my opinion, the most excellent of experiences one can have getting their teeth worked on. :) Thank you Lakeside Dental Rhonda Baksh

I used to be prescribed lorazepam to attend my dentist. My anxiety was so bad. I started seeing this team and I no longer have anxiety about going. They are wonderful and truly put you at ease. They don't shame you if you have a cavity and they do a great job. So happy I found this team. Both me and my husband are patients now.

Dr. Kumar is an excellent dentist. Not only is he knowledgeable and up to date, but he is also a very nice man who takes time to talk to patients. I've never written a review on google before. That being said, if I could rate 10 stars I would! I am terrified of the dentist! But Dr. Cybulski puts you so at ease. I recently had my second baby and, thanks to hormones, got an infected taste bud that turned into an awful tumor on my tongue! I could hardly eat or swallow! Dr. Cybulski saw me the SAME DAY and used a co2 laser to remove it painlessly! No bleeding no scar and most importantly NO STITCHES! She and her team were professional, kind, and reassuring that it wasn't something awful (like tongue cancer). Seriously the best dental team around! Worth switching dentists for!!!

Need a Dentist? Have you neglected your teeth? Are you scared to go to the Dentist? You know you need to go but it’s going to hurt! Perhaps my story will help. It is more than a little embarrassing to admit that I had completely neglected my teeth and had never seen a dentist. I had many cavities and had suffered many instances of swollen aching teeth but yet refused to see a dentist. Finally, during a particularly painful episode and at the urging of my family, I agreed to seek some help. That is when I first met Dr. Cybulski. I had already resigned myself to the fact that I would need to have all my teeth removed and replaced by dentures. I was so embarrassed to open my mouth for her to see my shame and I can only imagine her thoughts. To my surprise, she did not criticize nor did she admit I was a lost cause – “I can help you” were the words I heard. She told me I still have several healthy teeth but it would take several visits to complete the work if I agreed. She was giving me hope and a second chance – of course I agreed. She made a plan and I had appointments every week for many weeks. I knew this was going to hurt so I was prepared. I think the impressions of my fingers are still in the arms of that chair. She told me she was going to freeze me with a shot – oh God here comes the needle – but to my surprise, she applied something to numb the area before the needle and I hardly felt anything more than a little pinch. Okay, in a few minutes it’s time to start the work. Here comes the drill and everyone knows this has to hurt so I tightened my grip even more but to my surprise, the pain never came. Some teeth had to be pulled and others drilled and filled. Every visit, I prepared for the pain but the story was the same – nothing. I soon started looking forward to the next visit because I was starting to feel so much better. What kind of a person is Dr. Cybulski? She even took time out from her vacation to make one of our appointments. When she filled the cavities in my front teeth and built them back up to look as they should, that was such a turning point. I could smile. I never smiled without covering my mouth. I couldn’t believe the change. Now it was time to straighten these front teeth. Braces – at my age? Of course! I was proud to wear them and I was so surprised at how quickly I saw results. What a change from day 1. She made partial dentures by taking impressions with a putty like material. I had visions of these loose in my mouth but she made these fit so well, I never even think about them. I even had my teeth whitened! To say that I am grateful to Dr. Cybulski is the understatement of a lifetime. I ended each visit with a sincere “Thank you for helping me”. I affectionately call her Dr. Painless. I can honestly say she has never hurt me even with all the work she has done. Looking back, I don’t know why I ever feared the pain – what could have hurt worse than all the pain I had with all those cavities! I think everyone can look back and think of a few people who have had a big impact on their lives. Dr. Cybulski gave me the smile I never had. She gave me the self confidence I never had – the confidence to find and meet the love of my life. Yes, Dr. Cybulski is a very special person to me. A more kind and caring person you will never meet. She has surrounded herself with an equally caring and talented staff. If you are in need of a dentist, do yourself a favor and give her a call.

Dr.Carter and his team are awesome !! I have always been so scared of the dentist and felt pressured to go when cleanings were due, but these guys are amazing and make you feel so comfortable and explain everything before doing anything. They are also great with kids !! Found my forever place to go that’s for sure. (They also don’t ask to have reviews but I felt like they should have it after the experience with them) ☺️

The ladies at Lakeside Dental are FABULOUS! My family are patients there, and not only are they professional, and profitient in their jobs, they are also warm, with a welcoming smile upon entering the office, calling you by name. My 6 year old granddaughter needed a cavity filled, so they sat her in the chair and explained EVERY step of their process of removing "sugar bugs" so she wouldn't be frightened. They even let her fill a mock tooth! My grandchildren, aged 3 and 6 consider Lakeside an indoor playground and have asked to just go "chill" with the ladies. From someone who, for 43 years had a phobia of any dentist office, I now can go and see these ladies and actually enjoy myself like a visit with a life long friend. Go see them, you too will fall in love with them like we have!

Dr. Carter who took over for Dr. MacDonald is a great Dentist. Dr. Carter is very thorough and explains things more than other Dentists i find. My whole family goes to him for that purpose. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I will never go to another dentist again! Lakeside Dental went so above and beyond, I am amazed! After 8 years of being terrified of every dentist, I have finally found a dentist that understands my anxieties and works through them with me. They even held my hand when I felt very uneasy. They explained every step, gave me approx. times on how long each step would take and didn't once make me feel ashamed for the intense anxiety I had. All of the staff are SO friendly and caring. I felt so welcomed. On top of that, every dentist told me I needed veneers to fix the damaged and stained front tooth I had. Lakeside Dental fixed my tooth within seconds and gave me a brand new smile, without pricey veneers. I cried when I got home and saw my smile again.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist...not at all. When Dr. Drysdale was recommended to me I went thinking it would be the same experience as usual - not being listen too about my very sensitive teeth and loads of pain. I had the best dental experience ever. She listened, understood and took awesome care to discover how sensitive my teeth really are. Every person on her team has been amazing and every experience I have had in the past 7 or so years has been exceptional. My whole family comes here and everyone loves all the staff. I actually look forward to going knowing that it doesn't have to hurt. I will not be taking my teeth anywhere else to be cared for, so Dr Drysdale you can't get any ideas about retirement for a really long time.

I visit Dr.Drylsne. She is kind and respectful. Her work is painful and the reception is unprofessional. She referred me to a root canal professional and her reception told me don't need to wait for insurance per-estimate which then I ended up paying from my pocket. I'm going to find a new dentist :(
