All the Staff are so nice and very skilled at their job. The receptionists are always very friendly, listen to any concerns, and compassionate. The dental hygienists are very kind, understanding, and patient with young children. Our Dentist is Amazing!! He is friendly, easy to talk to, and has a lot of expertise. Talks about prevention, treatment and his work is high Quality. My girls love to go to the Dentist and so do I. Always friendly and helpful. My family has been going to this clinic since 2007 when we moved to Kamloops. They are great with adults and kids. They are amazing with insurance- they seem to know my dental plan better than I do. And they direct bill to insurer which is so convenient. Highly recommend Thompson Valley Dental.

Moved to kamloops from vancoiver and picked this place to go to. Been there 3 times and each time I try and get Bob, he's very funny down to earth guy and so are the rest of the staff! All of them want the best for you and will recommend what to do from tooth paste to brushing! Haven't had a bad experience since I've been coming to this place would highly recommend if your thinking of getting your teeth looked after! :)

The first time I went to Doctor Behmanesh, I hadn't seen a dentist in quite a few years due to my severe anxiety disorder. The receptionist, the dental assistant and Dr Behmanesh himself did not see this as an inconvenience to their job. They were very calm, slow and reassuring. They kept checking on me throughout treatments, explained thoroughly what they were doing as they were doing it. I'm extremely grateful for their professionalism and their patience. They view you as a person with feelings and needs, not just the next appointment in the chair. I'm definitely grateful for their understanding.

I was up visiting in Kamloops for some family business, when sudden chronic tooth pain came on. Thompson Valley got me in the next day. Turned out to be a failed root canal. After a quick x-ray and some numbing, the tooth was extracted. The Dr. was friendly and efficient and I was in minimal pain in the days that followed. Thanks for the excellent work on short notice, really appreciate it!

Today I took my 16 year old son here for the first time. They were extremely professional and courteous. He was in for a cleaning and check up. They found some cavities but because they finished his cleaning early they were also able to fill a couple then and there. I am very impressed with this office and so was my son. He was quite nervous at the beginning but said they were very nice and helped to quickly ease any anxiety he had. The receptionist was calm and comforting and when I finally went in, the dental assistant saw my nervousness and she did amazing to keep me calm. The dentist was so patient with me and made sure I had a good experience. If you are anxious about dental work, go to Thompson Valley Dental, they know their stuff for sure.
