My experience at this clinic was horrible! Client care was subordinate to how much money the dentist could extract from my bank account. The preparatory work for the bridge was deficient and she was extremely reluctant to discuss total costs for the procedure. If you cross paths with this dentist, run very fast in the opposite direction.

I was looking for an emergency Kamloops dentist as my tooth broke unexpectadly , Empire Dental Kamloops took care of me in no time and got my crown put on in same appointment ! I have a bit of dental anxiety but Dr.Dhaval was very gentle and the assistant was checking on me time to time throughout my dental procedure to make sure I was comfortable.I would not go to any other Kamloops dentist than Empire dental!

I think it’s safe to say no one enjoys going to the dentist but everyone at Empire Dental is AMAZING! Dr. Dhaval has the best bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. He fixed my front 4 teeth which I was so self concious about for years , Now you can't even tell a difference and I can't stop smiling in pictures ! I don’t even know where to begin with my compliments about their amazing staff!!! They make me feel like I’m a friend—and the hygienists make sure I leave with a shining smile!! Everyone in the office so pleasant-they really make a dreaded thing such an easy experience. I’ve been a patient with them for 2+ years and I never want a new dentist!!!

My experience at the empire dental is one I would highly recommend to others. I had been wanting to change my smile for years, after a long time of lacking confidence. I was nervous to start the procedure, with it being something so focal to my appearance. As soon as I met with Doctor Dhaval and his assistants I felt I was in confident hands and that this could actually become a reality. Through the entirety of the procedure I felt the dedication and care from all the staff at the Empire dental . No shortcuts were taken or attention to detail spared. You can tell the staff really have a passion for what they do. I will be continuing my dental care at the Empire dental.

Amazing Dentistry. My entire life I dreaded the needle. Hated going to the dentist. I Had a mouth full of problems by the age of 32 and thought my face couldn't be fixed. All of the associates at Empire Dental clinic provided a very supportive, calming environment where I was comfortable with them proceeding to fix my teeth. Dr. Dhaval is wonderful at what he does and I've never felt a thing during his procedures, Including the needles. Even a root canal was painless and done properly the first time. From now on this is the only dentistry I'll ever visit.

I was on the prowl for a new dentist after my previous one ticked me off one too many times. Dr Dhaval Admar is AWESOME. He's got such a great demeanor, very pleasant and calming...Complete opposite of his predecessor. He walks you through procedures and listens to your concerns before doing procedures to make things easier on you. They even gave me a big fuzzy blankie before my root canal! Their comfort and calmness, made it such an easy experience. The entire staff is so genuinely friendly!

I am a new client and just had two crowns done. I get a lot of anxiety with dental work but the staff and Dr.Dhaval were excellent and very kind, everyone is very personable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The 3D technology is amazing to be able to complete crowns in one appointment is very convenient. Very easy to get an appointment unlike other clinics with long waits. They were great with billing, my last clinic had me contact my insurance myself and charged higher rates than my insurance covered, but Empire has standard rates, direct bills and explains everything, and even a discount for paying early up front. And the views are great. 5⭐️

They have checked off all the boxes! They were gentle with my fussy boys, they were experts at direct billing and breaking down and explaining benefits and bill. They have tablets and distractions for the kids, beautiful office..comfortable, everyone here is ridiculously kind. Also, we have always had booking issues with previous dentists but these guys fit us in all of the time!! Im very picky about Dentists and this office has exceeded our expectations and then some! I highly recommend them for families. Very impressed.
