Being new to the area I took a chance and found a dentist with google reviews. It paid off! I am so happy I found Dr. Summers and her staff. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. The office is bright, clean, and professional and they offer up to date/innovated services that quite impressed me. Dr. Summers is warm like an Aunt you'd like a hug from and the staff made me feel relaxed and cared that I was comfortable as I get quite nervous about going to the dentist. A truly positive experience!

Accurate Window Cleaning

Dr. Summers and her team are incredible. She has been the one dentist I go to for the last ten years, and for a reason. She is compassionate and friendly, and makes your comfort an absolute top priority. The office is comfortable and welcoming. Her assistants are equally passionate about their careers, and it all comes together as the perfect package. I can not recommend this practice enough. I was dreading this day for months. I just had four teeth removed, and the freezing has worn off, and I am experiencing no pain at all. I can say with confidence that I am grateful for everything Dr. Della Summers and her team have done to help me on this journey towards having a smile I want to show to the world.

Amazing service, staff were incredibly welcoming and funny. Facilities were above and beyond what I had seen in any other dentist. They made me feel at ease and safe. I had a great experience at Dr. Della Summers Dental Solutions. The staff are friendly and happy and not judgmental. It had been awhile since I had been to a dentist (due to a crazy busy period in my life) and the staff took that information in order to do their job but did not reprimand or judge me for it. The simply explained the extra steps they would take to reverse any damage that occurred in the time between visits but that it happens and not to worry they would take care of me. I was also impressed with how thorough they were. They asked me numerous questions to determine how best to help me and my situation. Would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a dentist.

First time in Canada came to this dental clinic after a year being in Canada. This clinic is very nice and personnel are very nice and helpful. They very friendly and answer all of your questions. They also fully scanned my teeth and jaw, which is very amazing. I didn't even have stress haha ????

I finally found the best dentist and may be transferring out of town. My office visits have always been so positive that I would consider driving 3+ hours to keep any future appointments. I'm always well informed what is being considered for future visits, what is best upkeep of my dental hygiene and what options there are at hand. Too bad didn't quite work for me as i found her really unprofessional. I think she needs to work on her schedule and be more attentive towards the prospective or new clients. I had a 11am appointment. Considering i was there 10 mins ahead of the time, one it was hard to find out the address and no one was picking up the phone at her reception. Anyways, i made ahead of the time. I was all set to go in for the check up at 11, turns out i will have to wait until someone's available. It was 11:25 when the reception person suggested that they will have me do the just, " normal check", not the full the dental check up which i booked in for as they have another appointment at noon. She told me, "since you are in hurry, and we have such less time we have to reschedule" I am thinking, you have to learn to value people's time and be more punctual. It's not my fault that you are short staffed or have too many patients or you are running behind. I have schedule i had to follow because of my classes. Also, I am not gonna be paying you twice for getting the same service in parts. Second, i am a student and had a few meetings during the day which i had to postponed to another time of the day for my appointment, come all the way down from where i live, finding the building to a non responsive phone number was really irritating. Since, i take transit and my bus was just around the block, I had no choice but, to leave and say, " i am sorry, i am gonna go somewhere else" as i had to be in school by 12:30 for my presentation preparation and a few other things. I am sorry, but please be respectful of other's time and money. Get yourself a calendar and appreciate the commitments you make.

Horrible experience. Two and a half hour routine cleaning, sat in the chair with nobody in the room majority of the time yet was charged over $300 for nothing. Went back to get a filling done but somehow she injected anesthetic into my muscle and pushed my jaw open too far so now I have to go to a jaw specialist and may need jaw surgery because I can not open my jaw more than an inch. To top it off, I had to get my filling redone elsewhere. Will never be going back.

Dr.Peng was amazing yesterday. My first visit and it was so calming and relaxing. He is very good at what he does and explains everything. All the ladies that were there assisting were great too! Can’t actually rate Dr Summers, as they pulled a bait & switch. Booked first appointment specifically to meet Dr Summers. Told receptionist that I had a friend who highly recommended her. Arrived today, tech taking X-rays when a gentleman asked her when I would be ready. When I asked who that was I was informed it was the dentist I would be seeing. Someone who “recently joined the practice”. Thought slimy car dealerships were the only places that sort of thing happened.

Erin was very kind today, I had some hard plaque but she was as gentle and understanding as she could be regarding my sensitive gums, sensitivity to cold water and my TMJ jaw issues. She even put an extra coating on my gums to protect them from exposed bone and nerve pain. Della, the dentist, suggested Botox injections for my TMJ and even gave me advice on how I could get it less expensive by a doctor referral. I am always happy to go to the dentist office with Della and her team by my side.

I have known Dr. Summers for almost 10 years, and just recently have had the privilege of being able to be a patient of hers again. Her team is incredible and their skill and level of care is hard to be matched. Della is an incredible lady who not only cares about the well being of your teeth and dental health, but also cares about you as a person. She will remember who your kids are, what your hobbies are, and what is important in your life! I like that I am a person to her, not just a bunch of teeth ;) She has a wealth of dental knowledge and still has incredible drive to keep learning new techniques and procedures. I have the up most faith in Della and her team will all of me and my family's dental needs!

Kind staff! Dr. Peng is amazing! I've had some pretty negative experiences in the past with dentists, which lead me to be low-key anxious about every visit that I booked.. Never had I imagined I would actually ENJOY going to a dentist! Dr. Peng never pokes or prods around in your mouth, nor does he make you feel self-conscious about your teeth, even if they're not perfect. Always makes sure you're comfortable! He's knowledgable and recommends procedures based on practicality and not on price. Highly recommended - Did I mention fair pricing?

I was very impressed at Dr Summer's treatment. She used a rubber cover when fixing my old filling. I have never seen it but it was such a nice idea to prevent saliva and bacteria from the treatment area. She and her assistant was attentive, informative, and friendly.
