My daughter was a little bit scared of getting her filling. Dr Omar and the hygienist explained everything to her and settled her down. The hygienist even showed her all of the equipment they used.

We’ve been going here since we moved to Kamloops 5 years ago. They have always been super friendly and accommodating with our 4 kids, who actually love going to the dentist now. The staff and doctors are courteous, knowledgeable, and make the experience of being at the dentist not fearful. They walk you through everything so that you feel comfortable. Thank you Cedar Dental Centre for being so great to our family.

They were super respectful while asking about my medical history, and they were super fun to talk to. Going to a new dentist I was worried they may try to upsell me on procedures I did not need. But when they reccomended I have my wisdom tooth pulled they also told about how I could go about cleaning it better so I can keep it and avoid having to get the procedure!

I was unable to go to the dentist for several years due to lack of coverage and cost. When I was able to go again I was nervous as I've always been prone to cavities due to poor enamel and deep grooves. All of my experiences at Cedar Dental have been excellent. I have always been made to feel comfortable and respected and never feel 'judged'. I would absolutely recommend Cedar Dental to anyone. Big thanks to the whole team :)

Pretty standard as far as dental offices go. It’s a nice big building and the receptionists are usually very friendly. The parking lot is gravel which makes it very difficult for wheelchair accessibility though.

The staff at Cedar Dental are very friendly and really made me feel at home. Darryl convinced me to try the high pressure water tool again after I had a bad experience with my previous hygienist and I've had no pain when he uses it on my teeth. Now I actually don't mind getting my teeth cleaned!

Make sure you ask everything on the phone. I wasn't able to make my 1st appointment. This dentist has no interest on helping people out who are on persons with disability. (PWD) They only accept cash up front for the job. It is their policy. They say they worked with The ministry. But I hear differently telling me that the ministry will Reimburse me of everything I pay up front for.. But if you know as well as I do being on persons with disability for years that the ministry Does not reimburse your money of anything you spend out of your own pocket. Preauthorizations are so important before you pay. But I didn't even get that far with this dentist clinic. I was also told that they do immediate Dentures taking mold impressions sending them off getting it ready. For when you need immediate dentures for when you get your teeth pulled. A few days later they don't do that policy??? Tell me it's been like that for a few months??? To my experience lack of empathy to a customer no trying to help out. Just says I don't think this is the right dentist for you. So If you're Rich you can go here. Pay 1st & hope you can get reimbursed.

For the last 22 years I've been going to the same dentist in Ashcroft and he always made it a bad painful experience. I moved to Kamloops and switched over to Cedar dental and had some fillings done today and I'm happy to say my anxiety of dental work is gone. They were quick and painless, really nice and professional people. I wished I went to them sooner because my old dentist made me never want to go see a dentist again. Thanks Cedar Dental, I really appreciate your staff.

After having gone here for many years while the ownership was under Dr. LeBreque, I decided to switch to another dental provider. My reason for this is that many of their long time staff quit due to harassment issues while working under Dr. Hill. I do not appreciate hearing reports that the new owner of my long time go-to dental clinic is mistreating his staff to the point where they would actively seek new employment. This affects quality of service too drastically for me to consider Cedar Dental as a viable option for dental care and it's just disrespectful to your clients.

After avoiding the dentist for 15 years I had three troublesome teeth. They got me in the day after I called and were amazing. I have some anxiety from past dentists. Dr Hill and Denise were calm and helpful but they also listened to me. The call to check up on me the next day was also greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for giving me a great dental experience. I recommend this place for sure!!!

Unimpressed. Services started out good, but quickly changed. I was told I owe hundreds more than what I was originally told, AFTER the work had been finished, and I paid my balance. Got a temporary veneer tooth put in, and I had to go in every two days to get it reattached. I should add that it is a front tooth and without the temporary in, I look like an addict. I have to go a month like this?! Not apologetic in the slightest. Will not recommend and will be changing dentists after this is over.

We just started seeing the dentists at Cedar Dental and they have been so amazing. Monica is so sweet and is always so welcoming. The new patient appointment is so thorough and they go through everything with you and set up a plan that works perfect for you. I also had a filling the fell out after a year of having it done from my previous dentist and they got me in extremely fast to fix it. The filling turned out perfect and I am now able to eat and drink without discomfort. I would recommend cedar dental to everyone!

I wouldn't recommend thus place at all! They grossly overbilled my plan, only dealing with easy work, leaving priority work to get worse. There bills aren't clearly understood, leaving me confused as to what exactly had been done. I won't go back.
