Vous m'avez envoyé au laboratoire pour faire faire la couleur du nouveau pont qu'on à pris bien soin de prendre le temps nécessaire pour trouver exactement la bonne. J'étais satisfaite du résultat. Quand vous m'avez fait l'essai je vous ai dit que je la trouvait belle que je ne voyait pas la différence même que c'était difficile de dire c'était quelle dent tellement elle était identique. Vous avez dit NON!je vous renvoie au laboratoire elle n'est pas à mon goût je vous pose pas ça et j'ai demandé pourquoi mais ce fut juste ça la raison. J'ai quand même fait confiance et je suis retournée au laboratoire. Ils ne comprenaient pas pourquoi et n'étaient pas d'accord d'y retoucher, finalement ils ont retravailler la couleur et fallu que je finisse par en accepter une. Après votre essai j'ai vu toute suite la différence c'était pas à mon goût à moi et vous vous êtes comme dépêché de coller le pont définitivement. Je vous ai mentionné que je trouvais ma dent pas de la même couleur et demandé si il y avait un moyen d'y retoucher vous avez dit non on ne peut plus et ensuite vous avez ajouté vous avez deux choix soit vous allez dire aux autres dentistes compétiteurs que je suis un pas bon ou soit que vous continuez avec moi pour vos autres traitements. Je suis allez voir un autre dentiste pour avoir un avis sur ma dent et on m'a dit que le prix que j'ai payé était trop élevé pour ce pont et que la couleur avait un aspect particulier. C'est ça le pourquoi de mon insatisfaction.

Point positif : Clinique était propre et en bonne état. ---------- J'ai fait supprimé mon dossier il y a quelques années quand il m'on rappelé pour un nouveau nettoyage.
