Tout d’abord, on sent bien l’aspect corporatif des centres dentaires Lapointe avec l’impression d’une multinationale de dentistes où les patients sont traités comme des numéros plutôt que comme des clients importants. J’ai eu deux obturations au courant de la semaine et suite à mon rendez-vous je voulais savoir si je pouvais avoir du liquide de blanchiment. Comme je suis nouveau client, le dentiste devait valider le bon fonctionnement de mes gouttières avant de me donner le produit. Alors le réceptionniste m’avait dit à la fin du rendez-vous de repasser un soir au courant de la semaine afin de faire valider mes gouttières puisque le dentiste était sur place toute la soirée. Je me présente comme prévu et le réceptionniste en question n’est pas là. Résultat, la nouvelle réceptionniste me dit que ça ne fonctionne pas comme ça et que le dentiste n’a pas le temps de me voir et que je dois prendre un rendez-vous pour faire valider le tout. Dernière visite pour ma part à cette clinique que je ne conseille aucunement d’ailleurs. Vivement les dentistes privés de quartier qui offrent un service personnalisé à leurs patients et qui font attention à leur clientèle.

Mzis pour me rassurer, je me suis dit que je vais quand même voir le centre dentaire lapointe pour avoir un autre avis. benh là c'est la catastrophe. J'ai mal ... bref je ne vous conseille pas d'y aller.
