The staff and Dr Knight are friendly and they make you feel at ease. All my worries immediately dissipated with there warm welcome. It does not hurt that the location is close to me.

Very "Ghetto" - low brow. Her work is comme ci comme ca! She recommended me to a root canal specialist and they had no idea what they were doing. Then I came in one day with a broken filling she had done. She was very disrespectful and I ended up actually leaving her office because their table manners were terrible and things seemed unclean. She was accusatory and very paranoid about insurance providers. I think her business is falling so she is scared her patients cannot pay - but this also means that patients who can pay feel rushed and attacked. I ended up walking out, and being in pain for another day because I could not in the end deal with this human being. Never I have seen someone be so stubborn, and unapologetic. I would really not call what she does "Services". Do yourself a favor and go to Ottawa for all medical and dental services. Ontario services are more premium and well renowned. This experience proved that you go to a dentist in the ghetto (Hull), services will be "ghetto".
Yes 5 star to Dr. Knight, Bridgette, and Jennifer. The clinic itself is spotless and well-organized. I have been informed every step of the way. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered at the best of their ability. The service is unbelievably great. Your teeth are well taken cared of and in good hands. Plus they offer FREE teeth whitening. Pricing is reasonable. Everything was covered by my insurance which is great. Keep up the good work! ???? im very very satisfied up to this point.

Elle n'a pas hésité à utiliser trois techniques différentes pour essayer d'améliorer l'état d'une tache sur une dent, donc vraiment très perfectionniste dans son travail. La clinique utilise des outils à la fine pointe de la technologie, incluant une petite caméra qui permet de prendre des photos du travail fait, ou d'éléments à surveiller ou nécessitant une intervention. Ces images peuvent être partagées sur un grand écran visible par le client de sa chaise afin que celui-ci puisse voir et poser des questions au besoin. Donc on est en mesure de justifier toutes interventions nécessaires (si on vous dit que vous avez une carie à réparer, vous pourrez le voir sur l'écran), avec preuve à l'appui. De la même façon, la dentiste est toute aussi professionnelle et dit les choses telles qu'elles le sont. J'avais des inquiétudes en lien avec un peu d'usure sur les dents causée par des serrements de dents la nuit. Je lui ai demandé s'il était nécessaire que je porte des protecteurs buccaux la nuit. Elle m'a dit que l'usure était vraiment minime et qu'elle ne recommandait pas cette mesure à ce-moment, entre autres à cause du prix élevé des protecteurs et du temps que ça prend pour s'habituer à ceux-ci. Elle aurait pu profiter de l'occasion pour me dire le contraire et faire plus d'argent avec moi, mais ça n'a pas été le cas. Aussi, elle a dénoté une rougeur anormale au palais et m'a offert de la réexaminer gratuitement d'ici 2 semaines. Donc très honnête et là pour vraiment répondre aux besoins du client, non pour faire de l'argent.Et la cerise sur le sundae, la clinique a présentement une promo offrant gratuitement une trousse de blanchiment et des produits blanchissant pour 3 mois! Je ne suis pas certaine si les prix sont compétitifs car j'arrive d'une autre province et ne suis pas familière avec les tarifs dans la région, mais ça m'a semblé être dans les normes. Donc en tout et partout, je donne une note de 5 sur 5 et recommande très fortement la clinique du dentiste Knight pour le service super professionnel, la qualité des services offerts, et pour leur honnêteté et franchise.

I've been a patient for the last 20 years and could not be more pleased with the fantastic, professional service. This clinic has thousands of very satisfied customers for a reason. I find it perplexing that anyone would leave a negative review of this place.
After moving from another city and having several Dentists in the past I came across Dr.Knight. She takes tremendous pride in her work and has a great team. Her new clinic uses the latest technologies such as digital x-rays for substantially lower levels of radiation which I appreciate. After viewing my hand through her microscope I now undertand why she uses it. The precision is astounding. I highly recommend her as one of the best Dentists in Gatineau.

I'm sorry I have to write this review, because the service is quite good at this dentist's office. The problem I have is that, at the end of each visit, there is always an extra amount to cover out-of-pocket, despite the coordinated benefits from our two insurance plans. I've been in the region for over 20+ years, and never before have there been out-of-pocket supplemental fees. I'm not exactly sure why this dentist in particular charges above what the insurance covers. It might be to cover her rent in a prime downtown Hull location. But let's be honest, during the pandemic (and likely beyond), this location is not as prime as it used to be given that all the government workers are now working from home. The most recent surcharge is a fee to cover their COVID related expenses ($25 per visit) and they do not tell you this over the phone when you book your appointment. They only tell you when you are settling up after the visit. They'll tell you that it is their "Dentist Association" that is imposing this charge across the board at every dentist office. But I know this to be hogwash as my wife and kids have all had appointments, during the pandemic, at the dentist office down the street, and no surcharge was imposed. So long story short, I will seek services elsewhere - probably down the street where there are no surcharges. Dentistry is not rocket science, and there are quite a few of them. When we know roughly what a dentist makes, when we know that they already charge the max of what our insurance covers, there is certainly no need to price gouge even further.

From the first time that I entered Dr. Knight's dental clinic, I felt great in the relaxing, modern environment where I received the careful attention of Dr. Knight to every detail during my treatments. She uses the latest technology which is amazing and inspires confidence . Really, I couldn't ask for a more professional office and caring dentist than Dr. Knight.

Best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Dr Knight is very professional, warm and friendly. She suggested some follow-up treatments but wasn't in any way pushy about it. I felt like she gave me her honest clinical opinion and left me to decide how I wanted to proceed. The technician's voice was soothing and she talked me through the cleaning step by step, as I had mentioned having had very bad experiences at the dentist in the past. The receptionist was knowledgeable about my insurance plan and very patient as I tried to find the right time and day to schedule my follow-up appointment. The only thing I regret is not trying this place sooner!
First visit: Professional, equipped with the latest and best dental technology, good bedside manners and especially attentive to client comfort. L'assistante dentaire à cependant fait un très bon travail et elle a été la seule personne a essayer de me rassurer.
