I had tooth pain and sensitivity that showed up. My check up from Dr. Di Pietro was thorough, it was gentle, I liked his explanation of what was going on. He understood I didn’t have insurance and did the minimum amount of X-rays and things that were required for safety, so I thought it was a reasonable bill at the end. The entire staff was really great. The X-ray technician ¿Brent? Really gave the place a fun vibe. Great Covid safety too. Would ???? % recommend.

I went in to have a sore tooth looked at as I pretty much knew I had a cavity and needed a filling. No biggy, I have had several throughout my life. This so called Dentist by the name of Dr. Zaid told me that I had a more important tooth that needed fixing first. So, I took his advice. I have been going to the Dentist for over 40 years with all sorts of procedures and have never experienced such a horrible practice. He grinded down my tooth until the root was pretty much exposed and just plopped a cap on top that is still jagged on the sides and just a total painful job. I now cannot chew on that side of my mouth, it has been over a month and still has excruciating pain from the butcher job this 3rd world so called Dentist performed. The odd thing is that when he was done I went to reception and the Woman at he desk said " Thanks, we'll call you soon". I have benefits but they only cover 80%. I thought, That's weird, I'm not paying the difference?? I walked out and never heard from them again. I guess this 3rd world Dentist knows he did a butcher job?? Anyway folks, stay away unless you are like Steve Martin in Little Shop of Horrors and like pain. STAY AWAY!! He will probably comment on my post about how amazing he was but do not be fooled folks. Look at the other ratings. I will go back to the best and REAL dentist Dr Alex Wakter, to which needs work on his staff but have heard it has been rectified.

Doctor Bourji is amazing He was able and willing to spend longer on me in order to do a filling where others wanted to crown it. The work he did was extremely impressive. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. I will be using this office in the future whenever I need dental care.

Everytime I show up for an appointment they make me wait at least 30 minutes. They offer a free tooth whitening but you have to get a cleaning done and cavity repair first. Now I've been waiting for 40 minutes for the whitening. The client services is poor and you never know which dentist you will have. I am cancelling my future appointments and searching for a new dentist. Furthermore, they did not honor their teeth whitening promotion.

Very poor patient service. I went in to have a loose implant repaired back in April. The screw holding the implant needed to be replaced but they didn't have a compatible one in stock. The dentist told me that they would call me to schedule an appointment to complete the work in a couple of days, as soon as the ordered screw was received. Whenever I call to get an update, they're never at fault. It's always the "company" that keep losing their order. I choose this place because of convenience-- I work in the building. However, walking around with a drilled-out crater inside my tooth with an exposed screw for the past 6 months isn't so convenient.
