Great Service for the whole family. Switched from another dentist in gatineau due to insane wait times (usually 1 hour) to this one on Sainte-Joseph. Both my 3 and 7 year old boys have had appointments besides my wife and I. The dentists and dental hygienists are professional and friendly. Definitely a place to keep going back to!

Mes dentistes précédents dans d'autres régions du Québec m'ont suivi depuis l'enfance et les réparations recommandées étaient celles nécessaires à ma santé buccale et non celles superficielles. L'estimation que cette compagnie m'a faite était dans les 5000$ alors que j'ai d'excellentes dents. Des caries inexistantes, des soins préventifs, un blanchiment, un fin morceau de dent absent qu'il fallait absolument réparé alors que le dentiste ne s'en était même pas aperçu avant que je ne le mentionne... Finalement, j'ai seulement fait faire les soins nécessaires et ce pourquoi j'avais pris rdv, c'est-à-dire une couronne. Malheureusement, la première couronne n'avait pas la bonne teinte et n'était pas de la bonne taille (il y avait un grand espace entre mes 2 dents), la 2e n'était pas non plus de la bonne taille, mais on me l'a installée quand même en me disant que c'était normal...Depuis, je dois passer la soie dentaire à chaque fois que je mange. Chaque fois. L'espace entre mes dents est tellement grand que je peux passer une feuille de papier alors imaginez ce qui s'y coince...De la grande dentisterie...Et que dire des nombreux formulaires à signer. Depuis quand fait-on signer le patient (le client chez ce centre dentaire...) pour une estimation de coût ?!? Je m'engage à quoi au juste? À suivre un plan dentaire exagéré? Non merci, je n'ai pas signé. Je veux juste ma couronne. Et on me dit que c'est la première fois que quelqu'un refuse de signer leur estimation. Désolé, par chez nous, on ne signe pas n'importe quoi. Alors merci pour rien Centres dentaires Lapointe. Encourageons plutôt les artisans et les professionnels de la santé dentaire au lieu de cette usine.
