My son had to wait 1.5 hours today for a cleaning (after he left school early because the clinic changed his appointment time)! While this doesn’t normally happen, there has been a great deal of changing times for appointments recently. 1.5 hours is a bit much!

Doesn't feel personal at all. I was shuffled from assistant to assistant and then the dentist popped in for a quick confirmation look. I specified the dentist I wanted to see when booking my appointment, but I was passed to a different dentist with no comments given. Then I asked for a estimate on braces and was told to come back the next day .Went in, got the quote and they billed me $55! Nothing was mentioned about a fee prior to them saying I now owed them more money.

Dr. Zwicker was awesome.... I thought it was going to be a lot of more work done and more time but I was in and out of there in half an hour . She even fixed something that I went to Kelligrews Clinic in CBS twice and they would not listen to me or even fix the problem. I pointed it out to Dr.Zwicker and she fixed it in a minute.... I suffered from it since last June and it’s a relief that someone actually listened and cared I will never go back to Kelligrews Clinic ever again but definitely would come back to Zwicker again.

Dr. Jason Noel is about the best dentist I’ve personally ever dealt with. A dentist you can trust. Very pleased with my visit both today and in the past. Simply the best.

Our hygienist was very nice, and the staff at the front desk are wonderful! My son's experience today with the dentist is a different story. My son has had many dental issues in the past that has left him traumatized when it comes to going to the dentist. His teeth are extremely sensitive and the cleanings, especially the "pick" tool (that they tap on your teeth and poke between them). He was so nervous he wouldn't even consent to getting his cleaning done, he wasn't even fussy on getting the x-ray. When the dentist came in to review his x-ray and check his teeth, my son pointed to the "pick" tool in the dentist's hand and said I don't want you to use that one. The dentist replies "so you don't want me to check your teeth?" My son says no, I just don't want you to use that one. The dentist then says in a sarcastic tone "so you don't use a fork? What do you do, only eat with your hands?" All he had to do was simply ask why? We would have explained his reservations and nervousness. There was no need of talking to my son that way. Children are people too, and they deserve respect. I went back to speak with him once my son was in the vehicle but he was in with another patient. I left a message with the lovely receptionist who assured me she would pass it on, however, I would certainly appreciate the opportunity to tell him myself.

Family of 5, been going to Bay Roberts Dental for quite some time. Have never had an issue. Staff are friendly, service is wonderful. I'm not fussy of dentists & needles but they put me at ease there. Our 3 kids don't mind going & they're great with them. My oldest has Adhd & on the autism spectrum & tends to ask a lot of questions & they have always been patient.
