This is by far the best dental clinic I’ve been to. The team is amazing and extremely professional. They’re very much organized so they’re always on time. And Dr Shoukat is a craftsman… the way he works and talks make you forget you’re at the dentist. I’ve never before met such a gentle and great person. With his soothing character, Dr Shoukat has forever eliminated my fear of visiting a dentist.

A good Dentist is honest, compassionate and educate their patients on their diagnosis, treatment and preventative care. From what I have experienced at this clinic, from the reception team to the doctor, Westdale Dental has won my heart. In this mist of Covid-19 and in general, it has been a tough year with the pandemic going on. It's been really hard to find the right Dentist especially for wisdom teeth removal. I'm very satisfied with the entire procedure I have received at this clinic. I would highly recommend Dr. Ali and his team for their exceptional customer service, and timely managed services.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Ali and his staff. Firstly, his staff are so lovely, responsive, and efficient. His secretary Jessica is amazing and answered all my questions and set up my appointments by text. Dr. Ali was able to fix a restorative issue that other dentists told me was "the best they could do" and completely changed my smile for the better. On top of that, I always felt like he, his hygienists, and his reception staff had my best interests at heart and took their time to make sure I had and knew everything I needed. If you're looking for anything from cleaning to major restorative work, I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Very nice establishment. Great staff. Great referral program and they take into consideration any possible coverage. They were also understanding about rescheduling(as long as you call ahead of time) and leading up to the appointment I had reminders sent to me. 10/10 experience

I have had great experiences with dental examinations, cleanings, and wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Ali is very knowledgable, confident, kind and patient (haha) with his patients. He removed my wisdom teeth and I am healing very well and the pain has been very modest compared to anecdotes from my friends. I was able to resume normal activities by the next day and did not need heavy painkillers like T3's, just Advil. Overall I would highly recommend getting your wisdom teeth removed here! They also offer student discounts which is pretty great.

Failed to keep the appointment they made and then tryed to schedule me with someone with no experience that the secretary specificlly said the other dentist could not do my extraction. They have been blowing up my phone for 6 weeks trying to get me to come back. Nah you made it clear how you treat patients. I went else where.

The wait time was very quick when I went in. I have been wanting my metal fillings out for awhile, and he removed it the same day I was there. I didn’t have to beg. The fillings he did came out looking very natural. The dentist did a really good job. Also was very honest. Another dentist told me I had 8 cavities I didn’t even have. This dentist told me I only had two. Good thing I switched dentists. I will be returning soon when I need a cleaning and anything else

I used to have a 4 star review for this place because their hygienist was so great. But she is gone now and the new hygienist is really rough on your teeth. I actually really like dental cleanings and look forward to my yearly check in… but this wasn’t a good experience. My teeth still hurt after the cleaning since she used so much force to scrape my teeth. The hygienist’s nails also kept digging into my gums which hurt and was unpleasant. On top of it all she didn’t even floss my teeth. Call me weird for being so enthusiastic about dental cleanings, but this was a disappointing experience.

Dr. Ali and his staff are amazing. I referred my brother to him for treatment. My brother is quite nervous but he said he was very happy with the experience , Dr. Ali explained in detail the procedure and what all the costs and how many visits it would take to finish the work. I was quite impressed at the filling he did on his front tooth , he did a great job. I would highly recommend this dentist and his wonderful team. I have also referred other people to him for wisdom teeth extractions and have only hear back great experiences.

Great dentist Great staff ..call about a chiped front tooth around 1oclock had the tooth fixed and looking better then before by 6 o'clock...I explained I didn't need x-rays and exams and all that extra cost stuff every other dentist office I called tried to force me into paying and the dentist informed me it wasn't a problem payed to have the tooth fixed and was on my way within and hour Great dentist and good business..will be returning

Doctor Ali is the only dentist I trust. I tried going to other dental clinics and they were just about making money. This is not the case with this clinic. Here, they actually care about the patient. They take the time to explain the procedure to you and they don't begin until you feel 100% at ease. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed in total (2 separate occasions). Now I am good and have no more issues with my teeth. This is the only dentist I will go to.

This office is unbelievable having an rude condescending office staff makes the food dentists look bad. After calling 2 days in a row and being told they would call me back didn’t hear from them only to be met with a condescending receptionist with attitude. Perhaps a better office staff would be a positive change but as it is you have to get the morons on the phones to understand how to deal with customers respectfully.

I wish I could give them more than 5 Stars****************:) The entire Team of this Westdale Dental Care is amazing and problem solving until one get satisfied. Dr Ali I believe is the BEST in Hamilton, his international practice experience along with his Canadian experience make him the best. You name any procedure such as filling, Denture, Wisdom Tooth extraction to name a few Dr Ali is God's gifted professional. I highly recommend Dr Ali and his Team for all your Dental issues esp. I indicated above. To mention one more thing he did for me is that he waived one time 2 fillings because my insurance refused to pay me later. So keep it up Westdale Dental Care!!!!!!

Dr. Kim was very extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She correctly diagnosed that my tooth needed a root canal treatment when I was skeptical due to a lack of pain in the affected tooth. Afterwards, she was patient enough to see me on two occasions to adjust my bites ensuring that the top and bottom teeth are matching. Would definitely recommend to all Mac students. Disclaimer: Since June, the dental office switched owners. I cannot give a review on the current owner due to a lack of experience.
