I'm glad I came to write a review of this new dental office. I am extremely confused by the reviews so far. That said, I do know that people are more likely to write about poor experiences and everyone has an off day. My experience has been incredible. I have been raving to friends and family about Dr. Raj and team. I have had excellent care at every touchpoint. I've been twice. The hygienist did an amazing job on my cleaning and I really like Dr. Raj. I am generally very anxious around dentists but I feel completely at ease with him. Expect some happy humming while he works. Today, I had a cavity filled and it was another excellent experience. I will be a long time patient for sure!

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team is very professional and providing with solutions by priority. Dr.Kapoor is the best Dentist I have ever met! My extraction was painless and post operative care was taken beyond excellent.She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. My filling keep broken. After they do the work. Only last two or 4 weeks. One after another broken. This is the most bad dental office Im have never been in for 55years. ..quality are bad. ..price are expensive . in not going back. Went in yesterday . now another tooth. Broken. That they did the work.on month ago.

I didn’t have a good experience at this location particularly the lack of client service excellence, however the dentist was very kind and he made the experience of going to the dentist a lot more comfortable. Arriving to this office, the receptionist broke to me they couldn’t find my documents that I signed two weeks ago just the save the hassle from signing it during the official appointment, which I had to re-sign everything but wasn’t the bad part. The office manager initially promised things she couldn’t uphold during their second week of grand opening and told me I would have to come into the appointment first in order to discuss more. After the appointment she was insisting she could not do anything at all and said it takes it from their tuition, pay, etc - which I don’t think that’s the case for even giving away a good toothbrush.. anyways upon checking out the receptionist was going to submit my claims to the insurance but the office manager said since I wasn’t going to be returning, to make me pay upfront. That same day I had them to transfer my files back to my main dental office where they value their clients - you’re best looking at another dental office as well.

This new location is super clean, extremely friendly and has superior service. The doctors are excellent at what they do. All staff and doctors are very kind. Everything went smoothly and they did the best they could. There was no need for us to ask for any additional work or even explanation. Everything was done before we even ask for it. Superior service !!!! They were clear about the procedures and expenses. They are treating the OW patients the same as others, with outmost respect :) We will definitely go back when we need dental care. We highly recommend this dental office.

THEY HELPED WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD!!! My 10yr old daughter had life threatening kidney problems for 7yrs so as a single mother I never left her side.I did not matter but even when I did take some time I was left dealing with non stop dentist offices saying they won’t help me or I’m not approved.NOBODY would help me even through crying and begging for help until Martindale Dental! In a little over a mth I had a entire new smile and a new love for myself.I have never had a group of women make me feel so accepted when I’m bullied daily by women.I can’t tell you how much they have changed my life

I had the best experience I have EVER HAD with the staff at Martindale in Jackson Square - everyone there is wonderful, so supportive and friendly.. questions were answered completely and if something was not known, an answer was found right away and answered with courtesy and respect. Dr. Kapoor puts you right at ease and is very gentle and respectful with her work while you are under her care. No matter what your concerns, the staff take the time to address them and deal with them directly in a professional manner which leaves you feeling good about your care in every way. I give the staff a 5 star rating and would go much higher if possible!!! TWO VERY ENTHUSIASTIC THUMBS UP for everyone there.. you can expect to be treated professionally and look forward to coming back!

I have to say that my experience at Martindale Dental was an excellent one. The doctors are friendly and made me feel at ease. My son is very anxious at most dental offices and they treated him with compassion. The front desk staff are very nice and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office.

The dentist was very nice, and accommodating. However after the fill i was left with a tooth ache, I called to rebook and left a message. I did not receive a response for a week and decided to call again, again with no response all the while left with a tooth ache from the "fixed" tooth. I called a third time with no response until my regularly scheduled cleaning was approaching. I didn't stay with them to have it fixed again. Also as a side note while being worked on, I noticed over 3 visits that the dentist would ask for a certain type of tool or material and the hygienist would almost always inform the dentist that they were out of stock. Maybe it was because of covid, and I am sure there were work arounds but it was a bit uncomfortable as a patient to have the dentist working on your teeth ask for something and be told no we are all out of 2 different things before settling on a third that would suffice. Update: The Dentist who did the work kindly called me and advised she has transfered to another location since and would be happy to have me come in and fix any issues I had. New management has now taken over at Matrindale in Jackson and is seeking out payment for services very nearly a year old! The lady that called was incredibly rude over the phone and refused to take any ownership for their mistake. I have benefits so the money is not the issue, the issue is a complete lack of organization both financially and in stock. Good luck if you choose to attend this location
