well Ive been there more then a few time for work done and clean and going for next cleaning everyone there is Awsome gentle caring and makes every visit warming Dr Mazin been doing all my work and his assistant Christine and Jennifer very sweet and everyone else that i met are very kind to great work keep it up

This is definitely an older office with older equipment. The hygienists and dentists are not overly nice, but aren't completely unpleasant. I'm not happy because I went in for x-rays and a cleaning and found out I needed some wisdom teeth removed. They charged me $530 for the x-rays and cleaning then told me it would be $1000 to remove 2 teeth. I didn't like the practice enough for them to take teeth, so I went to a family referral instead and had a good experience. I paid $407 for the pulling of two wisdom teeth. I feel ripped off and considering that office was pretty dumpy and no one should or would want to pay a premium to go there. Find somewhere else if you can.

I go regularly .. I like to take care of hygiene in my mouth.. especially since I have benefits.. i ALWAYS have great treatments cleanings etc .. i even got braces to fix a couple crooked teeth that ive wanted done forever and now i have straight white teeth.. Jen is so helpful with billing and calling to remind me of my appointments. always a pleasure . at first I was reluctant because I hated the dentist but they have always been great and now i have no problem going there.. also helpful with scheduling!

Terrible experience. Insisted on trying to pull an infected tooth without antibiotic treatment. Hurt like hell. Went back a week later. Charged me 800 for 3 extractions. Took them 2 mins to pull them. They never told me of the extra charges in person, instead billed my insurance while I was not there. Didn't even do a good job, there is still a piece of tooth left, also hurts like hell. He seemed to enjoy watching me scream in pain.

I switched to Lily Dental after the dentist I'd been using for 20 years switched owners and quality of service went downhill. The staff at Lily Dental are nice and friendly, helpful and caring. I've been very happy with all the services I've received here, and have recommended them to many people!

Dr. Adouri is great! He replaced 2 of my fillings and performed a root canal. He was gentle and always made sure I was comfortable. I have had no problems with my teeth after seeing him and the procedures were painless! I have horrible anxiety, and he and his team did an excellent job at making sure I was okay. His hygienist does a great job at explaining after care. And the receptionist, Jennifer, is wonderful as well with answering any questions.

I would not recommend being a patient of Lily Dental. My first experience at this place was awful. A simple teeth cleaning led to increasingly painful and swollen gums. The dental assistant must have been in her "practitioner" phase, as she was very uncertain of what she was doing and was very irresponsible with the entire process, causing unbearable pain to my teeth and gums. My gums bled uncontrollably, yet she continued digging and scaling into my gums with zero regard to my body and facial spasms. After leaving, I viewed my teeth in the mirror and noticed my front tooth had been deeply scratched leaving skid like marks on the surface of my tooth enamel. I am not sure why or when that happened.. But I must have been too occupied with the pain to realize she had made her way into scratching my front tooth. Followed by that, I noticed she had created a hole on the side of my lower tooth. Altogether, a terrible experience, all simply due to what I imagined was going to be a "simple" teeth cleaning. Keep in mind I was never informed or agreed to "gum scaling" but once I read my pay statement it had been included and I was charged for an amount I never agreed to.

"Doctor" Israa acts like she is an orthodontist but will leave your teeth in a worse state after "treatment". Go elsewhere for treatment, like to an actual orthodontist, and not to some general dentist masquerading as an orthodontist who in actuality probably can't tie her own shoestrings. One thing she is good at is needlessly shaving down your teeth after she fails to correctly straighten them with her "ortho" skills. What a joke.

The staff at lily dental are very welcoming and helpful. The clinic is very clean and sanitary. They follow all covid procedures and make you feel at ease. I have never had an issue with booking an appointment and have never waited more than 10 minutes upon arrival. Overall, a great experience with each appointment.

They seem fine for most however I haven't really be happy with their service. I waited at least 3 months and multiple request to get my 6 year old to the sleep dentistry since she has a few cavities we had decided to get her put to sleep to fix them as I think its would be too much for her to take the local for them (she doesnt do well with needles) and after all this time the dentist I requested still doesnt have a file, her xrays, or even a request put in. I called myself to make the appointment and now I am either paying for new xrays or hoping they finally send them. It's been almost 3 months -.- I don't find they are on top of things the way they should be and I dont think I will ever go back again.

The office supervisor Jennifer is the most ignorant person that I have had to deal with in the dentist industry, my son was treated with so much disrespect on his first visit that when I called in to complain she felt that she was just in treating him that was cause he chose not to get work done on that day and return for another appointment to get the work done. Well congratulations Jennifer cause not only did you loose 1 patient but you lost myself as well as anyone and everyone who asked me about your office. If the dentist was smart he or she would get rid of you before they loose all their patients as you are very rude.

I had cleaning by the hygienist Amanda and she was great. I have also checked out the sterilization area and it is very modern and immaculate! Dr Sam did a crown for me and was very fast and gentle. I have also seen Dr Wid fillings and really like her and her assistant. The receptionist is my favorite - she is awesome!! I highly recommend this office.

To Jill Kippling. Are you sure you're writing about the right office? I am the office manager at Lily Dental and I know all of our patients by name and was unable to find you. I would however, like to clarify a couple things that concerned you. A 'simple teeth cleaning' as you said you requested is actually called 'periodontal scaling'. It is the same at every office in Ontario and we all use the same procedure codes so that would explain the term used on your statement. We do not have dental assistants perform scaling but I assure you, our hygienist is very gentle and experienced and has not received a complaint before. She is very conscious of patient comfort and would have offered you alternatives if she was made aware of your discomfort. Sometimes, if it has been 3 or 4 years since your last cleaning, there would be some sensitivity during or afterwards as your gums and teeth are not used to being cleaned. As far as creating a hole in the tooth as you described, I would suggest that is extremely unlikely as the hygienist uses only cleaning instruments. It is possible that you had a cavity which was underneath calculus and went unnoticed until the teeth were cleaned, but without seeing you it is hard to say. Took me in on somewhat short notice as a new patient. Where great dealing with my insurance and some issues I had after not being to a dentist in years. Fixed two teeth and all around was a great place to deal with.

This dentist is not great at all I had my son in their yesterday they said he has two abscess teeth and he should be on antibiotics and they did not give it to him and he has had a fever for three days now from it I had to go their and aggure with them for them to give it to him not happy at all

This place is awful at first they will welcome you and everything but after the appointment they will start ruining your teeth i had my kids going there to fix there teeth and they ruined there teeth my kids cant even drink cold water anymore ????????
