Absolute worst. Rudest staff...they could not care less about you! A whole bunch of people behind the counter (who knows what they do?) travelling to an fro IGNORING YOU. It's all about THEM -not the patient. The people actually dealing with arriving patients not even courteous enough to get off the PHONE to talk properly with any patient. They told me twice that they could take a post dated cheque on arrival said "entire amount for cleaning due immediately. SAD excuse for a dental office or business model.

Good prices, friendly staff ,they understand and accommodate your financial situation and come up with a proper treatment and payment plan that fit your budget if you’re not covered. I recommend Dr.Akkad because he’s very professional and skilled ,he performed a root canal through an existing crown successfully. I had dental implants done with him as well and couldn’t be happier with the results.

As someone who is typically not fond of visiting the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised with how good an experience I had here yesterday. From the front desk greeting to the time I walked out the door, I felt like the staff cared. Their Covid protocols were well thought out, which aided in relaxing me. Vee was excellent at explaining all of the procedures taking place, listened to ensure my comfort, and offered helpful tips on continuing my dental care. It was a great experience, and I'm glad I chose this office.

Dental care is very good but denture service is very bad. After 3 months from the first fitting, I thought it was ready, instead I was asked to fix another tooth and moved my appointment for another 2 more months. My experience is beyond ridiculous. It took 4 0r 5 months from the my first appointment and nothing was achieved. The worst I ever experienced yet. Definitely avoid denture service in this location.

Only my first appointment however so far I love it. Place is clean N they are very friendly n polite. . I love love love this place. Went back for teeth extractions td and had Dr Alnahas. He did an amazing pain free job. I literally hate needles and he made sure I didnt feel it at all. Amazing place to go for extractions if you're afraid of needles like I am. Everyone in this dentist I've met so far are all wonderful.

The receptionists at Jackson Square dentals were all amazing. I forgot to ask the name of the person that helped me with my insurance but she was super patient and helpful. All of the desk staff and most of the dental staff are excellent. The assistant(s) and hygienist I have visited were very compassionate and gentle for those with issues about dental surgery. There are a couple of rough Drs to avoid if you have anxious conditions, but there are plenty more staff available to rub an arm or gently reassure you that you're strong and things are going great!!!

To McMaster student: Honestly i really want to rate 0 if i can for this extremely unprofessional dental office. first time they can't figure out my insurance coverage by given my student number and group insurance #, seriously it's that hard? i took a day off for that and end up waste. Doctors are very clear with how procedures will go, and are empathetic and not judgemental to the state of your teeth. They won't add hidden costs and will be open and understanding to how much a procedure will cost. Waiting times are fairly short in my experience, and I have only had a positive experience during my appointments there.

went in to get a cavity filled and a loose tooth pulled,because of the massive pain in my head,they decided i needed full plate so wont fix the existing problem told me was gonna take 3 weeks for the process to start ,gave me a lousy 3 days of pain meds,right after they said would be 3weeks,something definately wrong here,lazy is all i can figure out why would they not want the money and stop my suffering until they start the plate,all it would mean is 2 teeth less to pull then,also left me in the dentist chair for an hour before dentist even showed up in the room,i would not choose the this dentist,i hear fenworth dental are the people to see,to bad i had to go here at jackson square dental if your smart you wont..........update 2months later,had piece of bone sticking out of gum wouldnt pull it out when got my stitches out which was 1 and a half weeks after extraction ,made me make an appointment and when i got there it was simply pulling bone out with forcepts,could have done when stitches came out he had them in his hand then but he wanted another appointment to grab more money,i am going to need surgery to fix the bone he bent outward when pulling my teeth i have 1 part of bone creating huge lump on side of gum he wouldnt fix when mentioned to him when other piece of bone taken out,he told me straight out if he knew it was going to be so hard because of my roots and bone structure that he would have passed me onto someone else,well he had the damn xrays before hand so he knew what he was up against,these people deal mostly with children as they have told me so,they can NOT handle adults here and i feel sorry for the children that cant stand up for themselves because this office is brutal,they are pushing for dentures 6 weeks after extraction,called 7 other offices have been told to wait 5 to 6 months because gums and bone will shrink up to that point,so once again this office is trying for a money grab,if i had listened and done them at 6 weeks it would have been another 300 per plate for adjustment at 5 months which he was hoping for...once again another money grab just a brutal experience ,even sent me home all covered in blood didnt clean me up ,person that picked me up said i looked like had been in a fight blood all over my face and cuts half inch from corner of my eyes and on my cheeks from finger nails biting into my cheeks,and have photo of those ,no reason in the world for me to have these marks from teeth being pulled,the other dentists were appalled said should be no marks up there at all.

Not the best experience I had. I went in to have my tooth looked at. Turned out the tooth I asked them to look at wasn't the problem. It was the one behind it. I had a cavity. They wanted to pull it. When I know they could of filled it in, I left and said no. A few months later I went back in bcuz I started to feel pain to the point I was crying and couldn't sleep. It turned into a root canal. They wanted to pull it. I use my right side to eat. If I don't have my back teeth how am I going to chew my food. It's been a few months since then and now I have no choice but to have it pulled. They should of done their job probably right from the beginning. Very disappointed with this place. I don't recommend them.

Rough work of the doctor and assistant. Fake cavity diagnose. Infection after simple filling, which they don't want to even fix. On first day they did x-ray of whole jaw, when I didn't need it at all. Just put me under radiation for fun, I guess. It is cheep, but it doesn't worth sacrificing your health. Run away.

A positive dental experience here! I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and they took me right away. The office was clean and Covid precautions were everywhere. The entire office employees were masked and distanced. My procedure was explained fully to me and I was able to ask any questions. I was asked during if I was comfortable..which I was. Upon completion, I was told about the after care. I finished up at the desk regarding insurance coverage and left. Everything was great.

I really don't know why people are giving this place a bad review. The front desk staff is really nice and easy to deal with (my guess is the people complaining about rude service are in fact the rude ones just getting back what they give these people). Dr Akkad is fantastic and a really friendly guy. Granted he's busy and doesn't have time to hand hold you like a doctor in a hospital but he was smiling and conversed to a point that I felt at ease and welcome. The hygienist and the restorative workers where also fantastic, the main hygienist that assists Dr Akkad was beyond amazing at keeping me calm (she's also funny as hell). In less then a month I had a check up, three fillings, and a root canal. All done well and in a very comforting manner. They bill based on Ontario Price guides so their costs are fair and their wait times are reasonable when booking an appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Akkad for dental work.

Dr. Akaad has been my dentist for about 2 and a half years and i have only stayed with him for that long because of him telling me he was going to give me a free 300$ whitening treatment for spending thousands and thousands of dollars. (Which i still have not recieved :))) anyways .. i wrote a review awhile ago.. a very truthful one and the next time when i went into the office .. the dental assistent with blonde hair pulled me into the backroom and bullied me into taking my review down and changing it ( for the sake of my my teeth i did) but then i thought what dental office does that? This dentist does not care about his patients.. he cares about the money he is getting. His office is always over packed , everyones unorganized and doesnt know what they are doing. I have been booked for appts and went in for them to send me home or tell me it was a different day. He lets unproffessional students finish the job. One dentist he let finish me off burnt my lip and then told me it was all in my head and i went home with a fat blister for 2 weeks . The last time i went, some student who clearly didnt know what she was doing was trying to finish me off and i told her i did NOT feel comfortable with her finishing it .. so she got dr. Akkad... and he was so angry (probly becauee he was overpacked and rushing LIKE USUALL) HE DIDNT even finish my filling . Its all bumpy uneven and chippy. I have never veen so uncomfortable being at a dentist and its crazy how i even stayed 2 years or longer. Good luck and god bless anyone who vomes here. This is your warning .

I went for a cleaning at Jackson Square Dental today, which I usually dread specifically because of the scratching at my teeth, but Sarah (The Hygienist) was super awesome! They filled my 4yrs old 12 teeth and after 3 month when they checked up in JK they send a letter all of them need to be fixed. Shame on you. The receptionists are very friendly and professional. They get you seen quickly. I have never waited more than 10 mins for my appointment. The dentists are good at what they do. I had a bad infection and they gave me medicine to take it away and then i went back to have it extracted. The dental assistant was so nice. She let me hold her hand and kept telling me i was doing good and it will be fine. The dentist got my back molar tooth out with no problems at all and didn't feel a thing. Very good place. I love Jackson Square dental because they truly care about your teeth and gum health. Every time I go in they are supper friendly and don't mind explaining what they are doing. Today I went in for a regular check up and cleaning. I had the honor of having Vee as my lady (I don't know her title, but she cleans the teeth). Her energy was so calming and relaxing. I could fearlessly tell her I'm bad at flawsing. She recommended a different toothbrush and mouthwash, and explained why I should make the switch. 10/10 would recommend ????

Very excellent service and staff. I do believe they're The best Dentistry in Hamilton. (Like most dentistries though they will take your wisdom teeth for no apparent reason other than "you don't need them". I later learned that You only need to get impacted or defective teeth removed because they are like spare tires in case you need good teeth; you have some that work just as good in the back)

I was really skeptical bringing my 2 year old here after reading the reviews but i did anyways and they did so good with him his first appointment very patient with him even tho they couldn't do much besides look inside his mouth he then needed sleep dentistry they made his appointment for super early 7:15am which worked wonders as he had no time to ask for food... Reassured me everything was gonna be ok as i was nervous he ended up getting 4 teeth pulled a baby root canal and some fillings he woke up snapping i wanted to cry just trying to hold him down as he was completly freaking out the whole time after he woke up the nurse kept telling me i was doing a great job which felt good in the middle of me feeling like i was gonna break down... Absolutly wondeful experience .. Only thing is i had to find out he had a stitch on my own no clue when it will fall out...but deff reccomend for nervous mamas like me..:)

They have been nothing but polite and very, very friendly. The hygenists are wonderful and the dentists are great. I had 2 teeth removed by Dr. Subha (not certain of spelling), who was very kind, and attentive to my needs. All 3 of the hygienists I’ve worked with (most recently Victoria), have been courteous, professional, yet also kind and down to earth. They explain exactly what will happen, and what you can expect. During procedures they take the time to ask how you’re doing, and inquire if you need anything. *Edit. The administrative assistants could use more training. I have had problems understanding their English. They have repeatedly contacted me in order to make appointments for scaling/cleaning only to cancel the day before stating that I had no more coverage. If I had canceled any of my appointments less than 24 hours previous I would have to pay. Not cool

Today was my first visit to jackson dental i cant say first impressions were the greatest for them. Theyre employees are rude and look absolutely misserable. I was waiting in the waiting area and I seen two receptionists come in to go behind the desk and as they passed me one by the name of heather was talking rudly about a lady (patient) on the other side of the room calling her a crazy lady and giving her dirty looks imitating something the woman had said to her earlier or from a different visit. I thought that was very unprofessional of her. When the person i was with came out from getting a tooth extracted he had blood all over his mouth and splatters of blood on his face they didn't even make him look at least half decent to make it to the bathroom to freshen up. They gave him no tips on how to care for his open mouth wound nothing. We had to look it up when we got home. I do not recommend this place. Even the dentists looked like they hated their job. I don't understand why people continue to work in a field they do not like or a place of business that they do not enjoy. This business is a mess.

The dentist and her assistant we're two of the nicest people I had met. They made me feel relaxed. They would stop what they were doing and ask me how I was doing. If I had questions, they would take the time to explain what was happening. The front desk staff are also very pleasant and professional. The Covid-19 safety protocols that are in place are effective. I was anxious because I really didn't know what to expect but after my second visit, I felt quite safe.

The service is excellent. I have used this dentist office for sleep dentistry, where I had multiple cavities filled and a wisdom tooth removed. They were totally professional and they got an anesthesiologist to put you under. There was no compactions at all. I also use them for their teeth cleaning services every few months for the last couple years and I have no complaints at all. They do a thorough job. They normally use a buffing machine to clean the teeth but because of covid-19 they are not using that machine. So you get a dental hygienist that cleans your teeth with dentistry tools. I have sent many of my friends and family to this office and they all had a good experience.

Turns out I am very afraid of dentists. We found out when I panicked and freaked out in the chair during wisdom tooth extraction. They all managed to calm me down and work around me breathing and flailing around like walrus. Been back twice now with no incident everyone is honestly amazing and they take their time to make you comfortable and to do quality work and really make a connection with people. I was looking for a new dentist with good hours that would work around my schedule. Thankfully, I found one! They were able to book me in the day I called, and got me into the chair as soon as I arrived at the clinic. Vee, one of the hygienists was super friendly, and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The staff made my experience worth it. When I couldn't get my benifits sorted they worked with me and followed up and were able to reschedule my appointment for the next day once everything was resolved. I could not possibly give this dental practice a positive review after my experience under their care. As a patient undergoing a root canal surgical procedure, I participated in their "sleep dentistry" program. Following my surgery as I was being awoken, I had a significant reaction and became quite verbal and confused. As a longtime suffer of post-traumatic stress disorder (a disorder I gave full disclose about prior to my procedure), I fell victim to a violent assault when security officers were summoned to "restrain" me. My nose was broken in 3 places as I lay defenseless on the floor of Jackson Square Dental Center. The whole time, my wife who had came to accompany me home following my surgery begged security to stop hitting me. Horrible experience.

Since google will not allow me to update my previous post under (Tam DD) i had to use a different email for the update. I finally got my crown. It looks good. Sunny from Horse dental waited late for me at 5:30pm to do my colour match and i also forwarded him pictures b4 my tooth chipped. And he matched it perfectly. He has good eyes for details. If i had more money now at this moment i would redo the other front tooth right away. But i will eventually redo it. Thanks P.S. I am not contradicting my previous post under TAM Dd. I do not get what a lot of reviewers are complaining about. I've had a fear of the dentist since I was 7 and recieved low dosages of freezing in my mouth resulting in no freezing and a lot of screaming with drilling. I got 6 needles and 6 attempts at drilling. I've been to multiple dentists even walked out on one. Here is what I like about Jackson Square Dental I just wanted everything fixed with my teeth, I had many issues and just wanted it really with. People complain they rush you there, well in response to that, have you seen how busy they are? Do you know how many appointments they have and how late they work? They knew my fears and offered what they could, I only wanted to be put out. The dr that puts you under is a great guy that talks you through everything and is very knowledgable. Explained each process as it was happening. I have been in for 3 dental surgeries there. Each time I get a call the next day asking how I am doing and if there's any complications?. They all of you want to book next appointment and take care of all of it. I go for my last appointment after having all fixed next week and I'm so excited to be done and have had a great dentist fix my teeth I thought were beyond repair. Keep up the good work, don't let the rumors get you down guys....

Early in July/2019 we were referred to Jackson Square Dental for our grandson who at the age of only 18 was told he needed 3 root canals, 6 fillings and one tooth extracted. Suffering with severe anxiety as well as being in so much pain in his mouth, he would only agree to do this if he could be put to sleep which was not available in our area (Crystal Beach, Ontario). We travelled almost 100 kms to Hamilton for our initial consultation where we met Corina and Dr. Akkad. Corina, sensing Christophe's anxiety immediately, took him under her wing, led him to an outside courtyard wherein she explained the procedures he would be having. Although not exactly as explained in our initial consultation, we were all pleased with how well he/we were treated. Shortly after our first meeting, we got a call from Jody letting us know that she was working on getting all of Christopher's teeth done in one 4 hour surgery to alleviate his anxiety but would be over what his Greenshield would pay by about $2,700.00 and would have to be approved by his Guardians, FACS Niagara, so our family would not have to pay. His "worker" at FACS was on holidays and all this had to go through his worker's NEW Supervisor!! This was done completely on Jody's own initiative, over several days - right up to the day before the scheduled procedure. The TEAM, from the girls at the front desk to the Dentists we came in contact with at Jackson Square Dental were absolutely amazing! THANK YOU EVERYONE for making a horrible situation turn into a very happy young man. We appreciate all you did for our family and would recommend you highly.

You’d be better off pulling out your own tooth. Went there for a clean up and the only thing they cleaned up was my wallet and tried charging me for a root canal. After arguing they finally agreed and said they’re doing me a favour by only charging me for a clean up when I got a root canal...I was in and out in 45 minutes... Take your business else where. Plenty of other dentists in the city that offer better service and care.

Update #2: tried to call me to schedule impressions for a night guard three months after this visit. Did not ask if I still wanted or need one, just called to book the appointment. I feel sorry for the receptionist who is forced to send links to have people fill this page with positive reviews and make pointless phone calls like this. I will not be returning to this clinic and they can remove me from all call lists, thanks. Update: Mohammad could probably negotiate peace between Biden and Trump. If he could also work customer service for Virgin Mobile my life would be much easier. The dentist who fixed my teeth had an attention to detail and artistry I feel is necessary in this line of work and he made sure I was happy with things. He also correctly identified why I felt weird about the teeth (too long) and after taking some time to chat, had a real sense of humanity missing from the previous appointment. I would recommend this clinic now and if anyone ever has issues to bring them directly to Mohammad. Thanks for making things right :) Original review: Came for composite veneers. The dentist made a point that I was choosing a cheaper option. On the day of the appointment, he showed up 30 minutes late. Then he claimed not to change the shape of my teeth but filled in two gaps, making a third gap the only one I have in my mouth and very prominent. When I left I immediately felt several areas of the teeth that had composite still left on from sanding and could chip pieces away in order to create a smooth surface. Some of these small sharp pieces also went into my gums irritating them. I just watched someone go through this process at a professional clinic and had beautiful results. I waited twenty years in order to have the ability to fix my teeth and left feeling disappointed and that the end result was "at least" better than my previously broken and stained teeth. I would request that Jackson Square Dental contact me in order to fix this issue but otherwise I will not be returning nor would I suggest anyone visit this clinic.

Today I went in for a root canal, but the dentist decided after I signed a form saying she could do the canal, she went and did three cavities on my upper front teeth. The assistant was very rude to me as well. I was wearing shades and she kept pushing on them as she was working on my teeth. I kept trying to tell her she was hurting me but she basically yelled she isn't. Then after the procedure my partner said my lip looked funny which made me feel really self conscious and my one tooth needed to be polished down more because it felt sharp and my jaw would not close. She went ahead and polished it more and afterwards I asked for a dental mask to hide the bloating in my lip. The assistant was really upset and she ended up giving it to me anyways and she said okay by a really rude tone which upset at me even more I left and tears. I would not recommend going to this dentist.

I, as well as many people are i would assume are not big on dental visits and since i have been going to dentists for many years, more than i would like to admit lol, my visit today was the best visit i have ever had. My hygenist, i believe her name was Vee ( Please forgive me if i got name or spelling wrong) was extremely bright, cheerfull and friendly. Really made me feel relaxed with conversation about things which helped since i am not big on dental visit's. Even when computer for my charts was acting up it did not deter her or frustrate her, she was worried computer glitch bothering me ( which it did not ) and she retained her good cheer and let me know what was going on at all times. She gave me some advise about caring for my gums and teeth and even showed me in x-rays what to do and what was beneficial.I will sure take her advice. I sure wish every visits go the same as time die not drag on, almost made me want appointment to go on longer. I just wanted to get a message to the dentist who did a wisdom tooth extraction for me on April 25th,2014. I think his name was Dr. Sam Akkad. This was my second time extracting a wisdom tooth. Compared to my first wisdom tooth extraction, there was such a difference for the better. When the other dentist extracted my first, I was screaming in pain for six or more hours after the local anesthesia wore off. In hindsight, I think something went wrong that time. This time, there was absolutely no pain at all! No swelling either. Also, the other dentist told me to remove all four wisdom teeth, whereas I was told to only worry about the upper two this time around, which makes a lot more sense to me as a patient. There was a big difference in the procedure itself as well. The doctor did the procedure very quickly and painlessly, whereas the first time took much longer and there was a struggle to get it out. Also, my last dentist never prescribed any pain meds when I really needed it and Dr. Akkad did prescribe me pain meds even though this time around, it was much painless. So, I just wanted to take the time to thank Dr. Akkad for the painless procedure, amazing recovery without pain, suggesting an alternate opinion on which wisdom teeth to remove, and overall competency. Thank you again!

I took my step kids to jackson dental and honestly they were so well taken care of! The dentists were great. This practice would deserve a 5 star but i’m only giving 3. The reason being, one of the front desk lady is absolutely rude. White, short, dark brown ponytail. Name starts with S I believe but could be mistaken. She was talking on the phone with such bad attitude, if you treat your customers like this, no one would come to you. I was observing her while my step kids were having their cleaning. Shes even rude to her coworkers! A manager sure needs to manage her. She just talks about random non-work related topics which is so unprofessional! After, there were some refugees that came in and without even giving them a chance to explain their situation she was showing them attitute like shes so annoyed to serve them. Never seen such disrespect! Anyways, other than that the hygenists were very friendly, the dentists and other staff were great as well. The kids were happy to receive toys

Checked in to the clinic twice & both of those experiences were terrible. Appointments were always 15-30 mins late and the staff, ohhh god was very rude. They book appointments for different time then what they write and give it to you on the card. Never clear the confusion, when we walk in and be as rude as possible. My new dentist office requested my x-rays a week before they didn't send them, and my office sent another request and was told it would take them 2-3 weeks which any other place can send them instantly. Jackson Square dental smells bad and long wait times as well. I would avoid it if you have any other options.

The last time I was there they kept booking extra, unnecessary appointments. Then they charged me individually for each visit, making me pay way more out of pocket. They could've done everything in one appointment! I realized too late they were looking to charge extra any way they can. If you decide to go with them, please make sure you specify and document exactly what will take place during the appointment and see if they can give you an estimate of costs. That way they won't book extra appointments to charge you extra money. I felt their main priority was money rather than service, so just be careful.

Absolutely no concept of customer service treating individuals with a clique attitude that one expects from adolescents. They are rude and inconsiderate. Samer has some high TEMPER issues. He screams and yells at patients and his own staff. I had an appointment to do my RCt with Dr Suba. I trust his work but he only works in Jackson Square. I ended up having the worst experience. The worst possible place to go i went there and they wanted me to pull a molar because my coverage covered the emergency stuff. So I walked out. I went to my dentist today in Dundas. I really don’t know how this office is so highly rated. This will be a long one from me. To begin, I really did love coming here for my oral health when I was about 17-18. At that age they told me I had to have my wisdoms removed, they were still in my gums not yet erupted. I had student insurance that was scheduled to end, which Dr. Akkad was aware of. Moving forward, they fixed cavities and reception sent the bills to the wrong insurance (my sisters). Was told I could not attend wisdom tooth removal appointment until previous payments have gone through. By time everything was fixed my student insurance ended. Thankfully SunLife still ended up paying since the appointments were within my insurance period. Fast forward to this year, I’m 22 now, I still don’t have my wisdom teeth out. I returned with OW insurance (blah), and was then treated like a charity case. They informed me gas is not covered by OW so I can’t be put under unless I can pay $1100. Obviously I can not do that, they book my appointment for my wisdoms without the gas… I was mentally prepared, it had already been long enough. Turns out they decided to call my MOM… I’m 22…. Why are they calling my mom? I have an email address on file… why not use it (oh wait am I really questioning that)….. anyways they call her 2 days in advance to confirm I would still be coming for the appointment but ended up changing it since my mom obviously didn’t know if I would forsure be available… like what??????? So basically my mom had to tell me of this “new appointment”… they didn’t even speak with me… I’m 22, an adult. I forgot about this “new appointment” since I didn’t set it… I missed it…. Why didn’t they call again 2 days in advance of that appointment!?!?! Now I’m just 100000% annoyed with this office and would rather and will go anywhere else once I receive my approved status card. Had their reception done their job right in the very beginning, I could’ve had my wisdom teeth out years ago.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!! I SIGNED release form papers two weeks ago from THIS office to get my X-rays from another dental office in Hamilton...and when the Jackson Square office called me to remind me of my appointment next week, the HALF DEAD receptionist on the phone told me it would cost a WHOPPING $300 to do my X-rays...I told her that her office was SUPPOSED TO get the X-rays from my former dental office in the SAME city...this DOPEY Receptionist said that they LOST the piece of paper. I said “did you throw it in the garbage?”and she claimed it was most likely “SHREDDED”. This place IS SOOOO INCOMPETENT..AND UNPROFESSIONAL..it is HARD TO BELIEVE that they are STILL IN BUSINESS!!!!! I HUNG UP ON HER...then I called them back...I was put on their voicemail..which then I just CANCELLED my appointment. The ratings here speaks VOLUMES!!! Get RID of YOUR INCOMPETENT STAFF!!! You WILL BE LOSING MORE CUSTOMERS..before they EVEN SEE the dentist!!!!

Came in this dental clinic for a dental cleaning. 30min cleaning for $90.00. The dental hygienist literally took 15 mins and said she was done. I mentioned that I am schedule in for a 30 minute cleaning and she told me it was bc I didn’t have mich to clean. I haven’t had a cleaning in years so assumed I needed a to get them cleaned. Left not satisfied. Very disappointment. In my past experience in other dental clinic I’ve always been satisfied. Plus, they didn’t even give you a toothbrush or floss to take home.

Omg i wish i read this earlier b4 i used their service. I work in the same building so decided to use them to replace my broken crown. Keep in mind this is my very 1st time visit to the office. There was an asian girl who i was asking questions she totally ignored me and passed me on to another girl to make me an appointment. But there was only one nice girl who i have never seen again. she answered some of my questions and i was not even talking to her. While i was waiting for the other girl to make me my 1st initial consultation appointment the asian girl now telling me she will make the appointment. Smh. It was also hard to understand the english. So i come back to do an xray of one tooth $150. Overpriced according to the CDA. They then passed me on to Jodi(y)(e) to setup up payment for the crowm $1300. She initally was nice and told me it will take about 30-45mins to remove old crown. So i used my lunch break for that. They do not have evening or weekend appointments and are very inflexible. The day when i went in to get my old crown pulled out, i got there at 12:30. But i sat there for 20mins. The dental assistant was unprepared with the tools they need to do the work. She is difficult to understand and rude. She kept on arguing with me about how long it was going to take. Also b4 they started the procedure she then told me it will take more than 1hr. Liars. The dentist when it passed my lunch break i told him i had to go upstairs and inform my manager about being late, it seems he got angry. (Keep in mind i am paying attention to their tone and body language.) Now the rude bossy lady that came in to do the impressions was telling the assistant get this, run and am like omg this might be why they are unprossional and treat patients bad cos they get treated bad. My gum was bleeding. She made a comment you need to floss. How she said it. Well woman listen, you are not talking to your one year old. You lucky my mouth was swollen and felt uncomfortable talking. "Mi would a cuss you one bad word you know". If you guys were not cutting into my gum and blaming it on the previous dentist and inflammation. I use natural products in my mouth. What about you? Want to prescribe me antibiotics and presxription mouthwash? Lol. So Jodi calls me on monday or tuesday to schedule an appt. For this thursday dec 20 . I asked her do you have another appointment in the evening because if i use my lunch time and its up i am leaving. And i do not want this to be a rush if its going to be the final crown. She kept on going back and forth saying your appointment took long because your gum was bleeding. Lmao. I told her i gaggled salt water in my mouth it stopped right away with no pain, the traditional way. She is like no its because the lady put a thread in my mouth. Lol. It was still bleeding when i went back to work. Yea you live in the same house with me so you know more Jodi. "My appoinment took long because i sat there for 20 mins and for yout ineffienciency" And instead of them giving me the so called financial paper to sign while sottong there they did after the 20mins b4 i went in to the dental office." So regardless they do not respect peoples time and people in general. I then asked her what if the crown does not fit, so obviously i will not get it b4 friday. She tells me the dentist is going out of the country so therefore i am at a lost. What a shame. Even though i indicated my preferred method was email, they run down my phone the whole day. And one simple email would have just solved the problem. I have a feeling they will purposely do something to mess up my crown or delay me.My life does not revolve around your dental office schedule and i have things and other appointments to attend. I was very clear to her when we spoke on monday to ask if there was any evening appointments, she said no. So why you guys running down my phone for? You guys have no manners?. Not even a single email.i got from them. I agree to all the comments in the review about unprofessionalism, roughness and insensitivity.
