Update : Wow it actually took you almost 3 months to reply eh. Better late than never I suppose. I got my dental work done else where but let me give you a few suggestions going forward 1 - Always be aware of what your staff is doing and how they are treating your patients. When the cat is away, the mice will play so always be at your office/business. 2- Be selective when hiring, just because they know how to do a certain job doesn't necessarily mean they have empathy and treat patients with respect and dignity. You will have more patients in the long run instead of less. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Called twice during the day, either busy or unclear vague answers. I went in person as I live across the street, tried to get some answers about simple cosmetic filling but again vague unclear answers. Pretty rude receptionist with an attitude, asks me to show my teeth and tells me to put the mask on at the same time, it was quite awkward honestly. Didn't even bother getting up from her seat. Showed very little interest other than try to book an appointment. Too bad lost a neighbor business. Terrible experience. Not good, stay away.

Dr. Chithalen is wonderful with kids! My 8 year old needed to have his first cavity filled and I was nervous, Dr. Chithalen was wonderful with him and my son left the dentist's office not afraid of fillings. That is a big deal! The hygienists are also great, very friendly and professional. I can't recommend this place enough!
