Just got back from a cleaning at centre mall dental....this time I used carol (hygienist)...she was absolutely fantastic!. Extremely patient as I probably annoyed her asking a million questions and moaning about certain teeth that were sensitive but she was cool,relaxed and respectful. Overall a great experience for someone like me who is insanely afraid of dentists and have had super uncomfortable experiences with dentists in the past. Thanks again!!!

Just recently came back to this dental office to see my dentist from growing up.. Dr Milroy! He is amazing! Always explains everything and try’s his best to make you feel comfortable. I also brought all 3 of my kids here and they as well felt comfortable. All the ladies at the front are very friendly and always willing to try and accommodate. Dr Milroy hygentist is amazing as well. Over all a great place and amazing staff so happy we came back here!!

WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!! NOT ONLY DID THEY REFUSE TO KEEP ME INFORMED OF MY BILLING AND WHATS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE PLAN AFTER ASKING SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEN GAVE ME A HUGE BILL AFTERWARDS. I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO INFORM ME IF I MIGHT BE GOING OVER MY INSURERS LIMIT ...THEIR REPLY EACH TIME WAS "DONT WORRY WE WILL" WHEN I WAS DONE THEY HANDED ME A BIG BILL. HAD I BEEN PROPERLY INFORMED AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKING I WLD HAVE HAD THEM DO SOME THEN AND THE REST AT A LATER DATE SO IT ALL WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED. SECONDLY THEY INSISTED I HAD NO CAVITIES WHEN CLEARLY I HAD SEVERAL. I WENT TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST DUE TO SEVERE PAIN ...13 CAVATIES AND MANY WERE DEEMED "WELL OVER A YEAR OLD" NOT ONLY DID THEY REFUSE TO SUPPLY ME WITH INFO I REQUESTED BUT IN MY OPINION THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE SHAPE OF MY TEETH..I TOLD THE DENTIST THERE MY TOOTH HURTS WHEN EATING SWEETS...ARE THEY CERTAIN I HAVE NO CAVATIES....GOT A SECOND OPINION AND FOUND OUT I DEFINATELY HAD CAVATIES VERY LARGE ONES WHERE MY TEETH HURT. AS FOR THE DENTIST AND ASSISTANTS THEY WERE VERY GENTAL AND CAREFUL. BUT THE FACT THEY REFUSED TO INFORM ME AND HANDED ME A VERY SURPRISED BILL AT THE END I WAS QUITE ANGRY. MOST DENTISITS WILL SIT DOWN AND INFORM YOU OF A PLAN WITHOUT YOU EVEN ASKING. THIS PLACE 4 TIMES WHEN I INSISTED ON KNOWING TOLD ME "DONT WORRY IT WILL ALL BE COVERED WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF ITS NOT. THEY LET ME KNOW WITH A BIG BILL. VERY BAD. MOST OFFICES WILL MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET A SURPRISE BILL. VERY UPSET WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WLDNT EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Great experience! Dr. Pogoda and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I've always been petrified of the dentist but since switching to Dr. Pogoda my fears have slowly faded. He's understanding of my fears, kind, and able to answer any questions or concerns I may have. The staff are also amazing and always willing to help!

Dr Nafie has been the best dentist I have had since moving to Hamilton! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to discuss her treatment plan. The office staff are super friendly, very well run clinic.

My family member went here, and when she returned she had red bruises on her chin and lower lip area. A day after it is now purple and large. I am not sure how dentistry works but I know for sure anywhere you go your not supposed to have bruising and pain like this. She is supposed to go back and I am not sure if I want her too. Also, the staff could be a bit nicer, they make you feel like your their enemy or something. Like we are coming to you for service and could go else where, your in a customer service environment so you need to cater to, understand and communicate well. Thank you

I have been a patient of Dr. Pogoda' since I was 3 years old, he has the x-rays to prove it, and throughout the 25 years of appointments the service has remained outstanding. I went from colouring books at their old location, to fumbling around with the tablets at their new modern building. Quick wait times, excellent dental work and a friendly staff. Highly recommended!

However, the lady that took my X-ray was so rude and Ruff…she chipped my bottom tooth trying to force the piece into my mouth for the X-ray as I told her many times I was in serious pain and couldn’t exactly open my mouth to the extent she wanted. So I cancelled my further appointment and went elsewhere

I've been a patient of Dr. Pogoda for 20+ years and have had great service. I really enjoy the iPads in the waiting room which allow me to browse the internet and play games. I also really like the text message reminder for upcoming appointments. My cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc, have all been outstanding and I've never had an issue with them - Dr. Pogoda does awesome work!

I said great, she said ok , what is your insurance ..I said O.D.S.P it for a family member ..then they say, OH , sorry were not taking O.D.S.P right now!???????? WOW ???? I came to this dentist based on it's many positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. Going to the dentist isn't really an enjoyable experience but the staff makes it much more pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and polite. Dr. Pogoda was exceptional, from his beside manner to his quick and relatively pain-free cleaning. The dental hygienist was also extremely friendly and they both made conversation with me throughout the entire experience, making me feel much more comfortable. I would highly recommend this dentist office!

Dr. Pogoda is incredibly rude. I cannot believe he is still working. He needs to retire or get with the times. He is rude to the staff, does not like explaining things to patients, and is stuck in his old ways.

Dr. Peter Milroy has been my dentist for more than 30 years and I can't say enough good things about him and the Centre Mall Dental Office. Dr. Milroy came highly recommended to me by a classmate of his when I moved from Amherstburg and needed to find a dentist. I have had numerous procedures performed - cleanings, crowns, extractions, referrals to specialists. I am highly pleased with all services and staff. I feel well taken care of and Dr. Milroy is, without exception, the most gentle dentist ever.

Office is modern with digital xrays and ipads available for us while you wait in the waiting room. Love the convenience of being able to confirm my appointment via text or email now too. Office is always clean on our visits and always shows their patient that instruments are freshly opened just before they start. Front staff are nice and always friendly, specially the asian lady and office manager Julia. Dr Milroy has done great work for me and my family. Procedures are always explained to me and what my total cost. They also helped me sort out my insurance coverage so i know what my out of pocket is if its not fully covered. Easy to set up financial arrangement. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
