As someone who is afraid of the dentist, I’m so thankful that I have found such a beautiful, clean and welcoming office. From Jessie at the front who is extremely kind, the manager Monique who is always so thoughtful and such a delight! And my lovely hygienist Ashely who always does an amazing job, to Dr. Istabraq who’s work is nothing short of impressive. I am beyond grateful that this team works hard to make me feel comfortable. If you are looking for a dentist I definitely recommend this office as you will not be disappointed!!!

It was recommended to me by a really great friend and it's changed my perspective a little bit. My last visit was an extraction and it was very easy, they explained my options to me, agreed with what I wanted to do and then just did it on the spot. It was painless and quick! Two things I never expect from the dentist. I'll be back. <3

Been to a lot of dentists and this is the by far the best I have had jaw issues for 15 years no one could fix it this dentist identified the problem within 5 min and provided solutions. Also had Emily for the cleaning she was great very helpful polite and I wasn't choking from lack of suction like at my old dentist. Lisa was great with my younger daughter very patient caring my daughter really liked her. .all the staff have been great. Dr sabeem was first dentist I have not been on pain with the entire time always asking me if I need a break to so glad I found this place.

Had a traumatic experience as a child with dentists so I've always been anxious but this clinic goes above and beyond for their patients. This is by far the best dental service I've ever received. The dentists are incredibly skilled and kind. I had my wisdom teeth removed today and the experience was 10/10. No pain and great care. If you're worried about getting your wisdom teeth removed, I strongly recommend getting it done here. The experience was enjoyable and I already feel perfectly fine a few hours after. The staff at the front desk is also fantastic - they create a very positive atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

They are very organized and on time, I was referred to them by a friend. I called the practice to book an appointment, the reception was very friendly on the phone. The first visit there was very comfortable and I was happy to meet the dentist , he was very gentle and informative. . I ended up completing all my filling i was scared to do and removed my wisdom teeth there. The hygienist there Lisa was very thorough and I will never miss an appointment with her. Though I had to drive for 15 minutes ,but I really feel that I am going to the right place .highly recommended,

I recently switched to here after previously going to another dental clinic, an it's night and day difference. They greet you by name when you walk in before your even tell them your name, the hygienists are very friendly and the dentist listened to all my questions. Only issue I had was they had to retake my impressions for whitening trays twice(!!) because they lost them before giving them to me. I got them in the end but it was after a very long wait.

Absolutely the best dental facility in Hamilton. I moved here 2 yrs ago and tried out a few dentists and ended up keeping my dentist in Cornwall. I would travel the 5 hrs there and 5 hrs back just because i was comfortable there. Im blind so I require a bit more time and patience. My teeth are horrible from all the medication i take and not once did the hygienist or dentist make me feel uncomfortable. The reception staff are wonderful. After the first visit they remembered my name and were so helpful getting me seated. You honestly will not find a better dental office in Hamilton.

I have an anxiety disorder and have had terrible experiences with dentists my whole life, so the fact that the good people here understand that and do all they can to make you feel comfortable is very much appreciated. They also don’t force treatments on you and make it clear it’s up to you to decide what you’re comfortable with and can afford. Highly recommend. Update: I just went for fillings which historically have been the worst experiences for me, and I can honestly say it was as close to a pleasant experience as I've ever had at the dentist. The whole staff are great, If I could give 6 stars I would.

Best dentist I've been to in the hamilton area. Even better since the change in ownership a couple years back and it was great already. Awesome atmosphere and amazing and friendly people. The Drs and hygienists make a wonderful team (the dentists rarely needs to say which tool they require, the hygienists just know) television in every room which works great to distract you and from what I noticed they were great with children as one room was plastered in drawings and home made cards. They can be serious if need be but they were very positive and not judgemental. Also they have a great sense of humor and laughed at all my jokes. I've made the mistake of going to an other dentist before and will not make that mistake again. I love you guys!! Thanks for helping me to fix my teeth and giving me great advice ???? I'll see you again asap!

Unforgettable experience. I was in Ontario for a business trip and needed to see a dentist because of a sudden toothache. They accommodated me the same day and were very friendly and professional regardless of their busy schedule. They contacted my insurance provider back in the United States and explained all financials to me in details. If you have benefits they will add mystery charges to you, and deny that they did. And charge you extra out of your povket. They play scams on there billing practices. I went there twice first time they said i owed 41 dollars so i paid it. The second time i went there was an 86 dollar charge forwarded to my account, with no exclamation as of why. They just get mad and hang up on you.

I had my first appointment as a new client cancelled because the dental hygienist could not attend my dental cleaning that was scheduled a few days away. The caller on the phone did not even say sorry for the inconvenience. When I asked, they told me no other minor incentive could be offered. I can not start a long-term business relationship with a company that does not want to say a basic apology for cancelling an appointment. Not treating a new client with common decency is a great way for them to never come in the first place. Five stars.

Just had my first experience at Barton Dental after moving to Hamilton. The hygienist Lisa was very friendly and gentle but thorough. Dr Istabraq was very knowledgeable and talked through the problems that needed fixing while my xrays were up on the display screen so I could see for myself the problem areas. Always a bit nerve wracking finding a new dentist but I was pleasantly surprised.

Friendly, talkative staff. However for those of you who have insurance the pricing seems marked up. If you can travel 45 mins south you can get invisiline for $1,600 all appointments and trays included... They quoted my boyfriend $6,100. The cleaning felt rushed and they didn't provide a fluoride rinse or foam. Also I was seen at the same time as my boyfriend and there was a $200 difference even though we both had x-rays and a cleaning. Not sure where the difference in the total amount came about, we asked but didn't get a clear response.

I have had some pretty terrible dentists some who didn't even know what they were doing, one even filled my teeth closed during a filling, making it impossible to floss. He had also told me my wisdom teeth did not need to be removed. Since being with Barton dental I have recieved excellent dental care, the staff are great, very friendly and are excellent with the care of their patients. I have just recently gotten my wisdom teeth removed here this week and they offered sleep dentistry for me and it went extremely well. They made me feel comfortable and explained well what would happen. Couldn't be happier with this dental office. My entire family goes here now, and we appreciate all the great work. Ornina is fantastic!!!!!!! If everyone had Ornina working for them than this world would be a better and brighter place!!. I made an app’t because I had awful pain in my tooth and Ornina got me in right away. When I was at the app’t the first time I was not pleased with the dentist I saw and I was already having a bad day so I rebooked a couple days later and Ornina apologized over and over and went above and beyond her job!. When I went in the second time I saw my dentist I usually see and she made me feel much better and was great, the hygenist was amazing too!. I was in such a hurry leaving work that day and when I got to the dentist they took me in almost right away, when I was finished I was going to night school and forgot my brand new iPad at the dentist. I was panicking because it was new and it had all my assignments. When I called, Ornina answered and eventually she found the iPad!!. I was of course a mess and thanked her, but she stayed at work to make sure I recieved the iPad even though they were closed. I wish everyone was so understanding and calm, because Ornina made my day and I will never forget how she treated me and the other staff as well!. Thank you Ornina!!. Sincerely, Georgia

I have been in agony for almost 3 weeks. none of the dentists at this place of business have any care in the world. they don't even care enough to listen to their patience. I have an infection have had it for almost 2 weeks. was in there just last week and despite blood and puss running from big bubbles in my mouth the dentist had the nerve to tell me there was no infection. would really like to know where I can send a formal complaint aboiut this establishment. their service sucks all around. I wontr even give them 1 star. screw them!

I found Barton Dental after an old bridge kept falling out. Seeing they offer same day service was my main reason to choose them. I am so happy I did. The bridge needing replaced was in the front leaving me feeling insecure and not smiling. I found the staff friendly and welcoming. I had my dental bridge work all done in 1 day. This was amazing. In the end I was so excited and beyond thrilled with my new bridge and now can smile. I will be doing some more work done here for sure. The staff at Barton Dental are amazing! Everyone is happy, all of the girls there are incredibly nice. They have a clean establishment, great set up, azong location, the patient orthodontic chairs are suuuuppeer comfy, I mean I don't know what the material is, but I want all my furniture in the house to be covered in it lol. Even while I was filling out the paperwork, anyone who was leaving was laughing and joking with the staff at the front desk, it just has a very calming and friendly atmosphere which is something I've never really experienced at a dentists office not a big fan of doctor surroundings. So if you are looking for local dentists office I would highly recommend Barton Dental, I will definitely be using them from now on

I recently started going to their office after moving to Hamilton, and my experience with them has been grea. They were very flexible with appointment windows, the staff are very friendly and make the experience as comfortable as they can. I had a tooth that I was sure would need to be removed which I thought would cost me a lot for a implant, but they were able to save the tooth and were even very fair, generous, and straight forward about the costs to get it completed. My dentist legitimately cared about helping me correct it and keeping my tooth. Definitely would reccomend this office to anyone looking for a dentist!

I cracked a tooth and they took me in on short notice. After examination, they gave me my options and I decided to extract the Broken tooth. It was brittle and broke apart like a candy cane. Amazingly, he got it out pain free and before the freezing ran out. Very friendly staff, make me feel like it wasn't my first visit. I'm going back in 2 weeks, and I live in the Falls.

It was terrible before the new dentist came in and its just as terrible now. The old dentist was rude and always hurried, on one occasion not polishing my teeth properly, leaving the nerves exposed causing severe pain til i made another appointment to go back. No matter how many times you ask the clerical staff to remove you from their call list, they continue to call and call and call you trying to get you to come back now that "they are under new management". Well today i made the mistake of going back after enough phone calls, primarily because of the convenience of the location. My appt was for 3:20 and it is now 4:45 and here we still sit. After going for a bite to eat to kill some time and coming back, they were still unprepared. Apparently because i only booked an appointment with them this morning, my son and i were scheduled as "emergencies" thus this wait is justified. The women who work here have absolutely zero people skills to boot. Dont waste your time.

Can not recommend. The fillings they have done have chipped twice now, and they do not know how to apply anesthesia. I've sat in their chair for about 45 minutes while the dentist came in each 15~ minutes to try to anesthetize a tooth, filling the area with countless needle shots before sending me back home due to it being too late, setting up another appointment. Second appointment, I was in the chair for over an hour instead, before I finally decided to lie and said it worked due to it becoming late again, sitting through the pain as they drill into the tooth. This is on top of already sitting in their lobby for about 30 minutes past my appointment time before being sent in, even though I come in about 15 minutes early each time to ensure that they do not send in another client during my reserved appointment time. When it became clear that I had no intentions of coming back to their location, they changed the type of tooth cleaning they did during my final appointment from one that was covered for 80% previously to one that was covered for only 50% by my insurance. The cleaning performed was exactly the same in both cases. I ended up paying it just to break free from their business, however a few months later I receive a letter in the mail saying I have still have somehow not payed everything. Bad dentistry work, bad clerical work, bad business work. Dirty business, stay away.

This place rocks! I never thought a dental office could be so accommodating. I was so comfortable, I hesitate to say I didn't want to leave, but seriously. I can't believe it. My teeth are so embarrassingly messed up. I have a lot of medical issues right now and I spend a lot of time in the hospital. The last thing I wanted to do was to be judged or poked and prodded. The staff at Barton Dental was amazing. Not once did they make me feel uncomfortable. There was no judgement at all. They got to work right away and scheduled me back on the very following business day. I was given some expensive gear to help me take proper care of my teeth from here on out. I have so much work to get done I'll be going here for a while. I'll write up an update in short time. Just stop looking for a dentist. This is it folks!

We registered with this dentist after attending the walk in clinic next door. All the staff we have encountered so far have been friendly and helpful. They have been patient as we try to organize appointments for our whole family, so each child can be accompanied by a parent. They phone and remind us of appointments a day ahead, which is amazing for any busy family. On Monday, December 3, 2019 I made a same day dental appointment at Barton Street dental in Hamilton . I have been battling depression anxiety PTSD and severe panic disorder for my entire life. I’ve never had much confidence and my teeth were one of my biggest insecurities . The appointment I made was with Dr. Ali to fix a couple cavity marks I was extremely embarrassed about, It was extremely hard for me to get out of bed that day I almost didn’t even go and I am so thankful that I drag myself out of bed and I went to this appointment Because it changed my entire life. Dr. Ali Had an opening and He asked if I “wanted to change my smile? He was extremely kind and did my top theeth with some type of veneers. Not only did he change my smile he gave me a smile, He gave me confidence and He changed my life. Does good work. Had some fillings done and and a few crowns done. They felt strange as if I had something stuck to my teeth but after a few days felt as if they were my natural teeth. Just had my wisdom tooth removed and I felt no pain during the removal process. It was mainly just pressure and was better than the pain I felt before coming to get it fixed.

Super sweet and friendly staff, not my regular dentist but I needed emergency care and they got me in super fast and took care of my incredibly painful wisdom tooth. Dr. Ali was quick and efficient and put all my worries at ease. After my tooth extraction I also got a cavity filled but the material they used had a strange smell and was different from what I am used to with my regular dentist. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to come back, or to call them in an emergency.

Can't say enough about this place! The office is extremely clean. The staff is so accommodating and really nice. My teeth cleaning was painless and easy. After years of going to sub par dentists I finally found one I actually enjoy going to. 10/10 would recommend

No teething around here folks. This place know their teeth. Lisa was amazing and the knowledge and professionalism was 2nd to none. Best oral hygienist in town folks!
