My son had extensive dental work at Pinnacle Dental and it went superbly! The dentist told my husband about everything that would be happening and the staff was fantastic with our son. He was so comfortable about his first procedure he had absolutely no issues returning for the rest of the dental work he needed. Highly recommend Pinnacle!

I want to say that I took my daughter to have work done at Pinnacle and I thought the staff and the dentist were really good with my daughter. They told me I could come in an peek at my daughter through the window and I didn't see her at all being in distress!!

My 4 year old son has been here twice and this dental team honestly was an answer to our prayers. I HIGHLY recommend them. Here's what happened. Our family dentist found a couple small cavities in my son's molars. We booked an appointment to fill them, but my son wouldn't sit still in the chair and it became clear as he freaked out that he'd need sedation in order to have the teeth filled. We got bounced from dental office to dental office as no one wanted to do the sedation. The wait times at each office combined with the need for each to book a 'consultation' meant that months went by and our son's tooth pain intensified. We were starting to look at offices down in the states as the tooth pain was becoming unbearable for him, but he was still extremely fearful of the filling procedure. Fortunately for us, someone recommended Pinnacle Dental. I called the office and the team at reception was helpful, kind, understanding, and quick to help us out. They got us in on a last minute cancellation and we were able to do the most painful filling right away. DId our son enjoy the whole experience? No. He cried a lot. But we were honestly terrified at what would happen if his gums continued to swell with infection since no one was willing to deal with a crying kid during the filling experience. So we were happy that Pinnacle was willing to work with our family and provide such important medical care for our kiddo. The team at Pinnacle was gentle, professional, and completed the procedure quickly. I highly recommend this dental office. They are saints and we are so grateful for them!!

Avoid at all costs. This dentist should not be trusted with your children. She yelled at my five year old daughter because she was crying for me because the dentist hurt her during the x-ray. She then proceeded to talk horribly about my daughter ( nfront of her) cause she was upset. They sedate children because they are too upset to have it done at a regular dentistry clinic. Please don't take your kids here if they need dental work. Dr. Ghiabi is rough and not good with kids. We took our son (4 years old) to have teeth fixed in January 2017 and it was the worst experience of my life. For starters, they immediately try to separate you from your child and they have little to no patience for a terrified child. Thankfully my son doesn't remember going at all thanks to the sedation. He had one tooth that was bothering him and several others that needed work. We agreed to tackle the one that was bothering him first under sedation and, depending on how he handled that, we would decide whether or not to continue with the rest. After 30 mins of him strapped down and screaming while they worked, the dental assistant came out to say they had fixed DIFFERENT teeth than what we agreed on and not the one that had bothered him. The poor kid had to endure another 20 minutes while they did what they were supposed to do in the first place. Then, to top it all off, they capped a tooth that didn't need capping (that tooth now causes him pain) and filled two other teeth together without a space between them so we have to go to another dentist to have the work they did fixed. All the appointment with Pinnacle did was damage our child's teeth, cause a lot of stress and cost us money. If you get referred here, know there are other options and check around. I wouldn't let these people near my son again. Also, the sedation they use doesn't make your child nap lightly as they told us it would. In our case, our son fought and screamed and cried and once they started he had to be wrapped up so he couldn't fight for treatment. It was terrible.

I completely recommend this dental clinic. My 5 yo daughter had an awful cavity in a back tooth, she was really nervous. The dentist assistant was wonderful and very patience with her. She took her time to explain to my daughter what was going to happen and described everything to her. The dentist explained to me the procedure. I wasn't with her in the room but I could go and check on her when I wanted to.

The staff were amazing. My son is 3 and will be 4 in January, and they were so good with him. I was nervous about bringing him, after remembering when I was a kid and had to have caps and having a horrible experience. The staff at pinnacle dental were amazing! They told me exactly everything that was going on, And I was allowed to peak in the door to see how my son was doing, whenever I wanted. We won’t have any issues going back!

Dr.Negin Ghiabi is excellent! I was told from another dentist that my son should go for 4 tooth extraction!! And Dr. Negin was able to save them all and gave him a perfect smile ???? Also, they don’t ask you to keep your little one fasting over night which is really difficult ????. The only thing they ask you to do is to avoid milk which doable ????????. Great nurses as well! Thank you staff for your great help

Wonderful experience for both me and my son. They made us feel safe and secure and and supported both of us the entire time. (This was his first time with sedation) they explained everything that would be done and made my son very comfortable. I highly recommend them. Very professional and personable team.

not a kid friendly place. They didn't take time to talk to my child (4) before going near him, tried to force him using their hands to sit back and threatened to have me leave the room if he didn't listen. He didn't want the bib on and when I asked her why he had to wear it the assistant told me it was procedure and if he wasn't going to listen they wouldn't be able to do their job. I tried to speak to them about their lack of communication and bonding with my son before attempting to come near him and they said it was my fault because I was in the room and so they couldn't talk to him. The second I brought my concerns up with the dentist she literally started walking backwards towards the door and told me she was busy and didn't want to talk about it... I'm flabbergasted... highly inappropriate behaviour in general but when working with children I would expect much much more.

The staff at Pinnacle are wonderful; my daughter needed pretty extensive dental work. The staff are all very aware that dentists can be scary for little ones and they go over and above in making sure they're comfortable and in no pain or discomfort. Highly recommend to any one needing a pediatric dentist!

The negative reviews on this office made me very nervous to take my young child here but I'm so glad that I did. Major dental work for kids must be difficult on a staff as it's a difficult process to make super positive. I thought their approach to the entire process was refreshing, professional and effective. Their confidence made me feel better and got my son through the entire process quickly which in the end was incredible positive for him.

Referred to here a while ago as they specialized in children. Restrained my daughter to the chair and when I walked in a lady was sitting across my 4 year old daughters chest working on her mouth. Left traumatized. Don’t recommend for children.
