I have been with them almost 7 years. I never thought to switch to another dental office because they are amazing. They are doing their job professionally and perfectly. They are well organized for the appointments. They remind you by text and email to confirm your appointment. I like their service. I strongly recommend them .

One of the few dental practices in the HRM that feels, I guess I'll say, 'genuine'. You get the sense they fundamentally care about their patients - from the receptionist, to the incredible hygienests, to Dr. Kim herself. The staff here are wonderful; they all seem to value and buy into the concept of teamwork and the spin-offs of this are evident in the personable and professional way the practice is run.

Went to get a filling done and came back a week later for a follow up. Initially I was charged full fee but I inquired and they fixed it and was offered a full refund. They are always professional and courteous. The doctors and hygienists are always ready to help.

I have always had problems with cavities in my life, but thank you to the staff for coaching me on the right techniques on my dental health. When I did have to get fillings they were always so quick, the needle ( yes needle) was quick and surprisingly pretty painless. Dr Eunnie Kim takes her time and really rubs in the pre-numbing gel (? I believe it's gel) the whole time! Like I said Iv had a lot of cavities, so previous doctors would give the gel on the stick and walk away and trust me you feel that needle. There at park west that small gesture of really rubbing in that gel makes the whole experience less stressful and pretty much painless. And, if you have read through my mini story I am now Cavity Free after my last check up with Park West Dental!

I'm going to be honest and say I hate going to the dentist, always have. This was a different experience for me. Dr. Kim was amazing, very personable and patient, not trying to rush at all. Misty was an amazing hygienist, I'm usually quite horrible with having my teeth cleaned and I was oddly relaxed the entire time lol. I would highly recommended this office to anyone but especially ones who have anxiety issues with going to the dentist. I had both my kids to in for appointments and they were awesome with them as well. My 4 year old had to have a filling and he pranced out of the office, he loved everyone in there he wasn't even bothered by the procedure, which was super quick! Highly recommend!!!!

i don't recommend this clinic at all and here is what happened with me : 1- i had a pain in my tooth and i called in and took an appointment and they made me x-ray for around 70 $ ( which i paid right away )and asked me to come back ( after a week of antibiotic treatment for infection ) for extraction of that tooth .. 2- i asked how much it cost for the extraction of that tooth and they told me around 130 $ 3- i came back after a week and had that tooth extracted in a professional way ( to be honest ) but when i asked how much my bill they said 260 $ and i didn't argued or asked why because i just had my tooth extracted so i paid and left 4- i came back after two or three month because i had a pain a tooth which was just the same position as the previous tooth but in the lower jaw .. so they extracted for me and when i was about to pay they told me my bill is 130 $ so i paid and didn't argued BUT i came after a few days and i asked for explanation why it was a difference in payment although it was the same job ( same amount of time and work exactly ) and i had the bills on me that time .. so the dental assistant was trying to escape an answer by saying no it was a little harder for the first toot than the second one .. however i didn't argued and just let it go again ... 5- i had an appointment for checking up the other teeth like three months ago but i had a family matter so i called one week before my appointment time and cancel it . 6- one month after that i received a call from the clinic asking me if i want come next Thursday ( i didn't have any appointment so it was a kind of promotional or pushing you to come ) so i said NO thank you .... when i feel its a good time i will call for an appointment 7- two months after that i received another call from the clinic asking me if i want to schedule an appointment ; i was noooooooo and please don't call me again offering me to schedule an appointment because i am a mature guy and when i feel i need it i will call for an appointment 8 - yesterday i received a call from the clinic asking me to pay 50 $ for an emergency check up ( which i never had because simply i was paying momenterally for the previous extractions ) SO .... clearly they are trying to get money using many ways and that is totally not professional ... SO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE !
