Dr. Lozowski is an excellent dentist and his staff are great too. I have the tendency to be quite nervous when it comes to any type of dental work, but they are all very calming and understanding which goes a long way.

Dr Haddad drained my dental coverage for the year (and it's February!!) by overcharging for fillings I'm not convinced that I needed, and didn't even do the root canal I originally asked for (I had an abcessed tooth) and kept saying that we'll do the root canal next time and it never happened. Now I have to find another dentist and probably save up to get my tooth fixed and hope it doesn't get infected again in the meantime... Definitely do not recommend!

Decided since the pandemic to start charging an above and beyond fee that is not covered by Insurance because it's a bogus charge. Said first it was for recouping costs of being down during COVID (Not sure why it's taken out on the client so obviously) . Few weeks later it was for "PPE" Sorry that's cost of doing business. Wife has been charged exam fees for things, she came back to have things dealt with and charged more fees that were already paid for. No more info was given, just another charge for something already seen. Family won't be going back here. Greedy and self centered.

I've been a patient for awhile now. First thing Dr. G lozowski is the best I've had very nice and friendly but more importantly he does great work. Possibly the most important information is they are affordable, using the provincial cost guide means no surprise charges when using insurance.

I have been going here my entire life as well as all my family members. I would literally never trust another dentist with my teeth other than Greg Lozowski and his team. It sincerely is the best environment you could ever want in a doctors office, right down to Carol at the front desk who always greets with you with a big smile and remembers your name. I have had various procedures done to my teeth over the years starting from a young age. Root canal,cavities and most recently crowns and everything was done to 1000% satisfaction. Greg is truly a perfectionist and it shows in his work every time. He truly treats your teeth as if they are his own and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done 110%. The staff are always so happy and willing to answer any and all questions you could possibly come up with regarding your teeth or prodcedures, as wel as taking the time to explain each step along the way to make sure you're comfortable. I had a root canal as a 12 year old and can tell you it was the easiest and worry-free and pain free experience I could ask for. I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you have the pleasure of being able to score Greg as your dentist you will never look back!

I am 51 yrs old and visited many dentists over the years in several provinces, and have settled here in Nova Scotia. Dr. Lozowski's work is, by far, the best that I have received, and wish I had found him many years ago. He did a rebuild on my teeth that turned out perfect, much better than I expected. He and his assistant Sherri are truly fine representatives of dental excellence.

Dr. Hadad is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I had a terrible experience in the past with a wisdom tooth extraction elsewhere but I had one done by her recently and it was a breeze. My family and I have been under Dr Hadad for a few years now and every job she does is impeccable. She also has an excellent demeanour and is very caring indeed both in her practice and what she does for the community. Other reviewers who wanted to put her down have referred to her as ‘he’ meaning that they don’t even know who they are talking about!

Dr Hadad destroyed my teeth. I went to fix a miner problem in one tooth and she said Oh you need lots of work in your teeth, her assistant broke one of my tooth when she was trying to install a supporting filling frame and I did not feel it because almost all my teeth were frozen. She did not tell me about it. One week later I got 4 teeth hurt and lots of pain, I went to another Dentist and he asked me about the broken one which I was not aware of it. Plus the others Dr Hadad destroyed them. Long story is short I do not recommend her and she is dishonest All she cares about is getting your money

I am puzzled by all the reviews suggesting Dr. Hadad is a bad dentist. She has been mine for many years and I have not had a single bad experience. On the contrary: I feel like I am always in good hands and trust her completely. One person commented on her being greedy and maxing out his dental coverage. I find this hard to believe and ask anyone reading negative comments to take them with a grain of salt because there are always 2 sides to a story. Dr Hadad and staff are awesome and I recommend them highly.

Dr. Haddad is by far the worst dentist I've ever had. To him dentistry is a business, he will destroy your teeth so that you can keep coming back. He did a root canal on me many years ago and it recently festered into a full blown, puss-filled issue. I had to go to a specialist and pay $800 to fix it. The specialist asked if the root canal was performed in Canada or some third world country, that's how bad it was. I can go on with other issues but I think you get the picture.

I had cracked filling in my tooth and dr Haddad just closed it with new one, without proper cleaning, when l asked her how does it look she said it doesn't look healthy, than why did you close it, now l have to go again to do it, maybe even to do extraction, all because someone is greedy for money.
