I have been seeing Dr. Creaser at Halifax Dental over the past year. Perhaps what I like most of all about Dr. Creaser and his team is that they are willing to work with you to make an educated and appropriate plan, and then act on it. I have seen quite a few dentists (some good, some bad), but this is the first time that I feel I am making progress toward a goal of better oral health. I have also learned a lot from this team. They are willing to take the time to educate patients about the finer details so that patients can make better decisions.

I used to see Dr Gillis at this clinic and when he left I started seeing Dr Creaser. Dr Gillis was an excellent doctor, very professional. Dr Creaser is even better. Really explains the problem and is caring. I never had to go after hours so can't say anything about that. Front staff is professional and courteous. Highly recommend Dr Creaser.

In the few visits I have had here my experience has been incredible. I am so glad I was recommended to Dr. Logan as this is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. I just had to have four fillings, and as I have a very busy schedule I requested we have them all done at once. The Halifax Dental Group team was very accommodating, and through the two-hour process, Dr. Logan was friendly, patient, and efficient. My favourite thing about Dr. Logan is he always explains what he is doing step by step, taking photos to show you the before and after. He is very detail-oriented and never takes shortcuts. I am continuously impressed with the service provided by him and his team.

WORST DOCTOR AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR I have been suffering from agonizing toothache from last night and couldnot sleep. So after a little research on Google and going to their website actually gave me hope to feel better when i read about their after hour emergency support. So prirotizing my well being i decided to make a call at 7 55 am in the morning waiting for someone to help me. Office starts at 8 am..But unfortunately because it was after hours (20 mins before office hours) the answering machine directed me to call a number and i made the call. It was the doctor he was very rude telling me to call later its 7 am in the morning bla bla and call the office. I told him that i did and the office gave me his number for after hours emergency. He roughly repeated the same words asking me to call later and slammed the phone on my face even after telling him abt my condition. This is very silly and doctors shouldnt behave like that to patients. I am an international student here first time going to a dentist here.. but never have i ever faced such rudeness from someone honorable like a doctor. Your service is called AFTER HOUR EMERGENCY for a reason. You should not put something up in ur website and then be unable to provide even good attitude. let alone service..

This was an extremely pleasant experience! The office is modern, clean and well equipped, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and Dr. Logan was excellent. In addition to reviewing the dental x-rays he also showed me exactly what he was talking about with actual photos of the teeth and dental work in question. I've never had a doctor do that before and it was much more informative than just seeing the x-ray shots.

I have been to many dentists over the years but Dr.Creaser and his team are by and far my favorites. Dr.Creaser takes great pains to describe what you need done and why....often with digital and photographic support to show you how he has determined your needs. Any question you ask is answered promptly and succinctly in terms you can understand. I think it all boils down to the fact they care about what they do, and they care about who they are doing it on. Pricing is reasonable considering the fantastic quality of the work. Great job!

Dr. Creaser has been my dentist for the last 9 years. In that time I've never had more than a 5 minute wait to be seen for a scheduled appointment, and he's gone above and beyond in terms of service and giving advice and tips for future care instead of just treating current issues. I can't recommend him highly enough. Staff is also phenomenal - long term, professional and friendly. I haven't had much occasion to use the afterhour service, but in at least one case received email advice directly from Dr. Creaser within an hour or two. 5 stars.
