Worst customer service ever. I just experienced my first episode of medical discrimination - at its absolute worst. I was refused service for having had covid-19 and not being able to show proof of a negative test. Even though I finished my quarantine 2 weeks ago! I was told specifically by public health not to get another test - that I would be wasting resources. The reasoning is that after your first symptoms and a positive test you are shedding the virus and are contagious for no more than 10 days - I was told I was no longer contagious 2 weeks ago...but still refused service? - even after passing the screening tests of taking my temperature and checking my oxygen levels and pulse? I tried to support my local dentist office - but I won't be returning there...ever. I am trying to figure out how to file my first human rights complaint to the Ontario Tribunal.

Friendly and always happy to accommodate to your schedule, the Dr and staff are very professional and they know what they are doing. I had to come in to refill a cavity I had done 1 year ago in another dentist office where I didn't feel like they knew what they where doing, but here everything felt different and I felt comfortable. Great place.

Amazing staff! My family was met with lots of smiles and warmth. We all feel cared for at starwood. There is a gentleness there that is important to me when visiting a dentist. Appointment making is quick and easy. Bonus: they have direct billing.

Came as a new patient to Starwood dental March this year. I feel that finding a new dentist can be somewhat of an anxious process - entrusting your oral care to new providers after being with another for quite some time. Right off the get go I was made at ease. The receptionist Narcisz was very warm and friendly. My hygienist, Kate, then welcomed me by giving me a tour of the offices and an introduction to the staff and dentists. Kate was very thorough and meticulous with her examination and cleaning - I really felt that everything was covered. There was no rush to see me through. She had taken her time to explain everything. As a bonus, the exam chairs massage your back while you are being looked after, making the experience that much more relaxing. Dr. Lee was also incredibly pleasant and thorough with his examination. One thing that I like about Starwood is that all of the Radiographs and Photographs of your mouth are displayed on big screen in your room - this allows the dentist to show and explain any issues that are happening. I am very happy that I managed to find a great practice so close to home.

Just wanted a cleaning and the Scumbags tried to tell me I need to pay for a new patient exam when I was already an existing patient. I went to a new dentist in Guelph and they only charged me for the cleaning! Beware scammers.

The entire team is so welcoming and are great with kids! Admittedly, my kids are usually very nervous around dentists and the team here go above and beyond to make them comfortable, answer their questions and they're very direct which helps them understand what's coming up and deal with the procedures taking place. Would definitely recommend!

My son and I have had a wonderful experience here. We had not been to the dentist for some time and the dentist and staff make us feel very comfortable. My son and I are deaf and the staff went the extra mile to ensure our communication was clear. I have terminal cancer lung liver bone cancer. The dentist is trying hard to get me a appointment fast so I can get my teeth pulled so I can start my bone treatment. Hopefully with the medicine I will be here a little longer for my son. Was referred by a friend to try starwood dental for a cleaning. And I can honestly say they won't dissapoint. I had kayla as my dental hygienist, she did a great cleaning, very gentle when scaling, It's usually a white knuckle visit when I usually go see a dentist. But that's not the case at starwood. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I like the free drinks fridge too. And it's always stocked.

I would like to start with Brenda at the front desk very professional polite and a beautiful smile. All the staff in the back starting with the dental hygienist and the dental technicians really make you feel at home. Dr. Sanmartin is tops in my book. Doctor Sanmartin understood I do not like needles and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and I did not feel much more than a little pinch. Highly recommend Starwood dental. Out of all the dentists I have encountered in my life Starwood dental is by far the best in fact they are 10 out of 10 Stars.

Absolutely the best dentist appointment I have EVER had !! I filling and 1 tooth extraction, never felt a thing and all done in half an hour . Dr Michael Bull is amazing and highly recommend him to everyone. On a scale of 1 -10 , I would definitely give him a 20

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Impeccable service! Amazing staff. Super friendly. Incredibly accommodating. Everyone was friendly & welcoming. Jordon the hygienist was AMAZING at settling my daughter's nerves, accommodating her sensory needs related to Autism, great about the OCD & germ-a-phobia. We had two last minute appointments & they were incredible about it. They even got a complete break down from my insurance company so I could understand what was and wasn't covered! Hands down the most incredible experience we've had at ANY Guelph dentist!

The entire staff are friendly and warm and welcoming from the receptionist to the dentist. I especially felt so comfortable with Jasmine she is a gem. I went there feeling very nervous and they did everything possible to make me feel relaxed. Dr. Kim was so gentle and professional. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

This is my go to place for all my dental work & cleanings. I’ve been a patient here for a couple years. I trust the staff here and I love their energetic positive energy. Narcisz is very kind at the front desk - it’s a nice place to walk into. The back team are terrific as well. Lindsay the assistant is very friendly. Kayla & Kate are both knowledgeable hygienists in their field and make you feel welcome and relaxed. It’s a fun time while you are in the chair and not all serious like your average dental office. Awesome bonus is the massage rollers built in the chair. I’ve seen both dentists at this location - Dr. Kim & Dr. Kwak and both are gentle and I am always beyond satisfied when I leave the office. You gotta come check them out. Hands down best dental office in Guelph!
