It was clear Dr. Rudik and his team care about giving patients a terrific experience. Dentists can cause a lot of anxiety and they do everything possible to mitigate it. Ive never understood what dentists are actually doing, but they take the time to explain each step and why its done so youre not stuck there woth your mouth open wondering what the hell is going on. The staff is friendly, there's tvs in the ceiling so you can watch planet earth and your teeth are being cleaned, and what's more a got a free cheek massage when they were freezing my mouth. High quality dentistry right here! I'm coming back and happy to be the newest camper.

If you are looking for a dentist in Guelph area, do not go further, Moose Lake Dental is the place that you are looking for. Dr Rudik is doing his job very well. I had and still have problematic teeth which Dr fixes one by one and I feel better every time. I have seen other dentists for one of the teeth that I had and been told that It is not fixable and needs to be removed. But Dr Rudik and root canal specialist fixed it and so far I don't have any issues. In addition clinic is very relaxing and staff is also friendly. I really advise this place.

Really great staff! An all around wonderful experience. I had heard the place was nice, but was honestly floored. It's REALLY nice! There is also some cool areas for the kids to stay busy. UPDATE: Just took my son for his first filling. I was worried that it was going to be too much for him. Dr. Rudik and Kirsten did an amazing job of keeping him calm. So good in fact that it seemed he didn't even realise he had gotten a filling! Amazing! Thanks guys!

Dr. Rudik and his team are AMAZING. The atmosphere is relaxing and he knows what he’s doing. I love how he explains every step and informs you throughout the process. I am terrified of needles but I didn’t even feel a poke when he used the needle to numb my tooth. They also work around your schedule to find an appointment that works for you, which is always a PLUS. Highly recommended!!

Let's start with the lobby and entrance way. As I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by the two secretaries, both of whom were absolutely lovely. The lobby is well designed and promotes an active space for waiting, including a fridge stocked full of drinks. Dr. Rudovan retrieved me from the lobby when it was my time of appointment. Right away I noticed his stylish dress shirt and thought, wow this guy is actually very handsome. He walked me around touring the facility and sparing no details onto the effort put into creating such a caring environment. I have never had such an in depth analysis of my oral system before. We took many x rays, which allowed Dr. Rudovan to really build a full understanding of my mouth structures. The cleaning was very professional and thorough. Attending moose lake dental, makes me never want to floss or brush again, so I can come back every month to have them work on my mouth.

My experience with Moose Lake Dental has been nothing but positive. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the environment is is warm, relaxing and not at all clinical. As someone who has made less than regular visits to the dentist in recent years I was appreciative of the non-judgmental, "let's move forward" approach Dr Rudik and his staff took toward getting my regular dental care back on track. I ended up having to get a problem tooth extracted and the procedure was both painless and quick. I was also amazed the the relative low level of bleeding and discomfort i experienced after the freezing wore off, surely a testament to the commitment of Dr Rudik and his staff to keeping up with the latest techniques in dentistry. If you have and fears or anxieties from past dental care experiences toss them out the window and visit Moose Lake Dental. You'll be pleasantly surprised. :-)

I found Moose Lake Dental via a Google search since it was close to home. Saying I was apprehensive to go would an understatement however, the need to go was greater than the fear. The folks at Moose made me feel at ease right at the first interaction. Their professionalism further made me comfortable as I explained my state of mind. The dentist kept me up to date as the initial exam progressed. At the end, we had a good conversation on what to do and when to get it done. No pressure , no hassle, great information and a very successful visit. I have some work to get done but now i know what needs to be done, how it’s going to be done and when... perfect!! Thanks Moose for making me feel at home... (and yea, there are TVs on the ceiling!)

As a teacher, I was very impressed at Dr. Rudik office. He thought of everything in regards to keeping his clients engaged, entertained and comfortable. Even for families with kids, he had a wide range of activities for children to do while adults are getting their cleaning. By far the Best Dental Experience I've ever had!! First time patient, Its been over 8 years visiting a dentist.... My experience started as soon as I walk through the door Warm and inviting . Internet stations and wifi available to all patients, if you have little ones a great little area set up too entertain them. I was given a fantastic tour of the office before starting my treatment from a fabulous dental hygienist Alisha. I also had Nikki work on me as well she did my polish after my cleaning she was so caring . Thank you Moose Lake Dental I look forward to actually visiting again!!

I have been going to Moose Lake Dental for a couple years now and have never taken the time to put a review until today. I really wanted to express the professionalism, the integrity and customer service I get every-time I visit. I just changed my insurance policy and needed to get things up to date so called Moose Lake and they took care of everything, no kidding, on a Saturday, Kim their lovely receptionist got back to me with results within 5 minutes. The process was seamless. The customer service provided matched the dental hygienists quality and all around I'm lucky to say I'm a happy Moose Lake client!

I honestly can't properly describe the amazing customer service I received. From the moment you walk in you see beautiful decor, a little coffee station and mini fridge, even a little internet cafe station if you are waiting or just want to relax and be distracted before going in. Dr. Rudik came out, introduced himself sat down and talked with me for a few minuets before giving me a tour. For someone who may be anxious or afraid this is a great touch to make you feel a little at ease. Everything is new and state of the art, TV's in the ceiling, lots of room for his team. Everything is so clean and is tested twice a day. I love the personal touches like how the TV's in the ceiling are of to the left so you can actually see them. Something else I've never seen is a separate area when you are paying your bill, it is so much more comfortable and private! These are the things that Dr. Rudik thinks about to make the experience more enjoyable and relaxing for his customers. This dentist is a rare breed who cares about your health and not your money. You can sense that in the pride, innovation and cleanliness of the office and his amazing team that works with him! I have never left a dentist after a cleaning with my gums not throbbing/bleeding AND honestly probably the most important thing I was not lectured about flossing and left feeling guilty! Thank you Moose Lake Dental!

At moose lake dental the work was good! Everything else not so much! We were told no problem to submit the claim to odsp and were not informed ahead of time about anything regarding the claim! Moose lake dental had lied to us about odsp being able to reimburse the claim! I have since spoken to odsp and they said the dental office needs to submit the claim to insurance and mooe lake dental is completely rude and not willing to help! Extremely dissapointed with this Dental office's transparency and willingingess to be honest up front! Now Im stuck with a huge bill and nothing can be done about it! This is terrible!

On a coworker's recommendation I went in to book an appointment after work and they were able to take me in immediately if I wanted. Everyone was welcoming and they gave a tour and explained some of the many improvements and accommodations, from the welcoming lounge to the private areas for discussing the visit. I no longer dread going to the dentist, compared to the past when I was only going for issues instead of being proactive. Moose Lake Dental was overwhelmingly recommended to me so I tried it out. They are friendly enough but they are first and foremost a business. Several staff, including Dr. Rudik, were pushing unnecessary x-rays and examinations on me even after I said no I’m only here for a cleaning. Finally they let it go after saying no a few times. Reconsidering my next appointment in 6 months.

At 35, I figured I'd already experienced the best dentistry I was going to. Decided to try Moose Lake Dental on a recommendation, because why not? As it turns out, I hadn't experienced the best dentistry. I usually get a topical anesthetic to deal with the pain of cleaning. Didn't need it this time. The hygienist was friggin incredible! My chats with dentists are amicable, but usually not that informative. Dr. Rudik was not only affable, but did an incredible job of educating me not only on the health of my own mouth, but the state of dentistry in general which, to my surprise, I found interesting! I attribute it to how he presented the information.

It's a great facility, but what makes it that much better is the heart of the dentist's office--the people. Thanks for taking care of my 2 year old with such kindness. I went to Moose Lake Dental for the first time yesterday after not visiting a dentist for quite a while. I was nervous because of past experiences at other dental offices, but Moose Lake Dental was completely different. From start to finish the entire visit was very pleasant and I didn't feel anxious at all. Dr Rudik really focused on proper education and making me and the other patients in the office feel comfortable. I was a patient for a few years and recently left. Dr. Rudik is friendly, but he recommended SIX fillings all at once to "maximize my plan". A family member of mine is a retired dentist and said that Dr Rudik was wrong. Because my family member is retired, I saw a new dentist in Guelph who said the same thing: I needed ZERO fillings, not six. It's not about cost - it's about trust. And I no longer trust Dr Rudik's opinion after two dentists disagreed with his aggressive and unnecessary treatment plan. Dr. Rudik "co-diagnoses" cavities by using photos and asking the patients what they think. First, you can't diagnose cavities from photos - stains are not always cavities. Second, I as a patient should have no input on diagnosis as I am not a dentist. This is why I see a dentist. 2/5 stars because his staff are fantastic and the office environment is clean.

Moose Lake has made such an effort making my kids feel comfortable. Before my kids were not excited about going to the dentist, but since going to Moose Lake, they feel less anxious and seem to enjoy the process. Dr. Rudik's office has a very unique, user-friendly and stylistic atmosphere. All of the things done in the office are done keeping the end user experience in mind. Things such as Netflix for kids area, camping tips area, areas for customers to sit and pay bills instead of standing in lines and of-course the big TV on the ceiling when your teeth is getting a makeover. I watched the entire first episode of Stranger Things during one of my appointments. Dr. Rudik is very professional, tries to educate and share his knowledge with his clients. He constantly strives for perfection in analyzing how to make your entire dental experience the best it can be and thinking about the experiences for him and his staff as well. Moose Lake Dental is by far the best dental office in the industry. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful both at the front desk and the hygienists. The atmosphere is extremely cozy and relaxing, making you feel like you're away at the cottage! Dr Rudik and his team take the time to listen and understand your needs and dental goals, while also helping to educate you on best practices and the WHY behind their recommendations. I went in to say hello and, during some casual discussion, mentioned that I had a very sharp tip on one of my teeth that had been cutting into my tongue for months. On several occasions, I had actually tried filing it with different size files to try to smooth it out. Dr. Rudik took a look at it and determined that it was a steel pin that was part of a previous filling. That certainly explained why even my big files didn't work. He fixed the situation in a matter of seconds. I was extremely impressed with his manner and ability to put me at my ease as I expected the worst.

I'am so happy to have met Dr. Rudik.. as he was the first Dentist that took his time to educate me, by showing me my x-rays first hand and explaining what has happened as the result of having two missing molars, and what will continue to happen if not addressed. I recently when to Moosewood dental for a check-up, cleaning and X-rays. I had not been to the dentist in 2 years, so of course there was some anxiety. I had a great first experience. I received a tour and dental assistant and dentist explained all procedures in detail. I felt staff listened to what I wanted to achieve with dental care and made me feel comfortable. Moose Lake Dental is the most professional and nicest dentist office I have ever seen. The dentist explains everything with detail and works with customers to assist them with what work they need. I went in with what I thought was a tooth ache from a cavity but he did testings which showed I didn't need any work on any of my teeth but instead have face spasms from stress or possibly other related causes. I think any other dentist would have just pulled my tooth out to be honest but this dentist instead took his time to do the testing and make sure my needs were met. The receptionist is also really nice and loves chatting with patients while they wait. This is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office my whole life. They are also very kid friendly. I've already booked my next cleaning appointment. An advertisement for Moose Lake Dental arrived in my mailbox a couple of years ago and I set it aside. I liked the ad and decided that it was the place I would call next time I "needed" a dentist. I had become disillusioned with dentistry many years ago and was not seeing a dentist regularly. Two weeks ago a filling fell out and I found the ad for Moose Lake Dental that I had saved and called for an emergency appointment. Making the appointment was easy. The dental office is not like any other. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is positive and relaxed. I had my lost filling replaced and a small problem with the adjoining tooth was also fixed - saving a second visit and a second freezing. The visit was painless and not at all stressful. Everything that was being done was explained, step by step. This first visit was so positive that I made an appointment for cleaning and a check up, which was done today. The exam found one small cavity that will be fixed in a couple of weeks. This experience was also positive, nd there was no pressure to do anything more. I would not hesitate to recommend Moose Lake Dental.

Best experience ever going to the dentist today!! Walked in today at Moose Lake Dental and Dr Rudik had an availability that second to give me the package 2 deal!! Best money spent!! Dr Rudik explains everything ,,had X-rays done on each tooth and cleaned and polished and "varnished" also!! They have also this "camera" that takes pictures of each tooth "a selfie of each tooth!!" And when app't almost over you can see what each tooth looks like and what problems need to be fixed!! Can only imagine how a child would like to see this as I couldn't wait myself!!! There are so many things for kids to do here there's a tv room with a teepee to play in ,,another room that you can dress up and have pictures taken in with the Moose theme like throwing some antlers on etc etc.. The Camp Counsellors are amazing here too!! You'll be greeted warmly by Rachel when you walk in and Kersti is working alongside Dr Rudik!!! I would recommend anyone wanting to try a new dentist to come on over to the "Muskoka" themed office for a tour and check up and selfie pics!!

What a beautiful Dental Office! The first two things I noticed when I stepped inside is that it’s is very modern/clean and also, how friendly and attentive the staff is. I’ve had a few different dentists over the years and this is by far my favourite. Dr. Rudik and his staff are great to deal with, very professional and make you feel super comfortable from the moment you walk in. Love the design of the place and you can tell by how clean and well kept it is inside that they take great pride in their work. I’ve already recommended Moose Lake Dental to my parents and they will be switching over soon. The easy payment structures they offer is a huge bonus too!

My family recently switched to Moose Lake Dental. We made a switch, because we were looking for a dentist that our whole family could go to. When we went for a tour, our 16 month old just loved the play space in the waiting room and Dr. Rudik was great with her. The office is extremely clean and all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I had my first cleaning this week with Debra and was very impressed. Debra explained every step before she did anything, she made sure that I was comfortable and educated me on a few things that I was not aware of. I was looking for a new dentist a year ago. Wanted to find someone who was young, enthusiastic, and not afraid to look at new approaches. Luckily I did a search and found the reviews for Dr Moose to be very good. As a person who unfortunately has not looked after my teeth over the years I am now in a situation where I need a ton of work done and I am so thankful I have found this practice. The staff are very welcoming and thorough and Dr Ruddick is great to deal with. From the first minute I have always felt welcomed and that they truly care about your health. I’m not really a review guy but I felt it was necessary this time to let everyone know how truly happy I have been with my experiences with Dr Ruddick and his staff. He also likes to talk about fishing which is a plus in my eyes????. Would give 6 stars if I could!

I had a horrible toothache this past week went into Moose Lake Dental and they immediately got me in for xrays and told me it was my wisdom teeth. Dr. Rudik was great as he couldn't do the extraction of my wisdom teeth that day due to the swelling he prescribed antibiotics and set up the extraction for the day after. The next day the swelling was down and he proceeded with the extraction. It went very well the office is clean the staff members are very knowledge and helpful and the billing options they offer are great. Thanks again and we def be back

I normally don't write many reviews on google, but after my amazing experience at Moose Lake Dental I knew I need to write a review to show my appreciation. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even have a minifridge with beverages! Dr. Rudik was great, and not only worked on my teeth but educated me on the procedures throughout the whole process. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and catered to my needs. Customer service was honestly spot on. I also wanted to mention how the office has new and high-end equipment that did not compare to my old dentists office. For the last few weeks I had been having the most intense tooth pain imaginable. . I couldn't get anyone near me in Northern Ontario to take me seriously and get me into an office to take a look. Then I had remembered about moose dental from when I lived in the city. So I thought I'd give them a call. Dr Rudik fit me in on one days notice. So I drove 3 hours to come see him and I'm so so glad I did! He was amazing! I got my xray quickly done and hopped in a chair. He came in and took a look. Put some freezing gel on my gums and said he'd be right back. While I was waiting I could hear him speaking to a toddler who was there for his first dental visit. He was so wonderful with this toddler it made me so happy as a mother to hear how patient and loving he sounded towards this little guy. It makes me want to make the drive down to bring my own two children to see him. Because it would be more than worth the long drive to have them see Dr. Rudik. I think they'd really like him too! Once I was given the needles for freezing, he put some music on for me to enjoy. And I waited. Then he came in and removed the tooth that had been giving me immense pain. I didn't feel a thing! He did such an amazing job! And today (one day post tooth extraction) I feel amazing. My wisdom tooth is no longer there to cause pain and I hardly feel like he did 3 needles and pulled a tooth. I've never had a better dental experience! I've had lots of dental work done and this was my absolute favorite visit. I wish I lived closer because I would come see him every chance I got. I highly recommend Dr. Rudik and his team. I cant express enough how truly wonderful they all are and how grateful I am to him. Thank you so much again Dr. Rudik! Cheers!

I don’t understand how Dr. Rudik has so many good reviews. While the staff are friendly enough, I underwent the most painful hygiene appointment and X-rays of my life. Dr. Rudik himself WAS friendly, as may reviewers say. However, as someone who is studying gum health in graduate school, I can tell you his dental knowledge and “expertise” is subpar. He did try and explain his dental philosophy to me, and educate me on dental health- however many of the things he told me just weren’t true. He tried to convince me I needed 6 fillings- this was a red flag to me as I had never had a filling before. I brush and floss regularly. I had just seen a dentist a year ago. So, I went to get a second opinion from a trusted dental colleague. Turns out, I needed 0 of the 6 fillings Dr. Rudik recommended. In fact, getting these unnecessary fillings would do much more harm than good. While you may think perhaps he made a mistake, maybe this is a one off? I started seeing Dr. Rudik because my boyfriend and his family have been seeing him for years. After my experience, my boyfriend has also gone to see a new dentist. This dentist told him that the work Dr. Rudik had done in his mouth was not up to standard. This dentist will now have to redo many of the fillings Dr. Rudik gave him. Who knows what else we will find when the rest of my boyfriend’s family goes and sees our new dentist? If you want a friendly dentist, Dr. Rudik might be what you’re looking for. But if you want the best dental care and expertise for you family, to minimize expensive dental bills, and preserve your dental health? This dentist is not for you. Wondering why he has so many good reviews? He pays for them. There’s a handful of signs in his clinic saying clients who leave a review online will get a Starbucks gift card. I would really like to caution anyone from seeing this dentist. He’s a good business man and nothing more.

Future of Dentistry! Let me begin by saying that finding a dentist is easy, but finding a great one is rare. Before finding Dr, Rudik, I had been to many different dental offices. In my experience, many dentists (particularly older one) have had their methods and ways of doing things for quite some time. And although new methods have been proven to work better or cause less issues, they remain "old school" without really caring about continuously being on the forefront of new technology or practices. Dr. Rudik is the prime example of being ahead of technology in dentistry, starting by "setting the mood" (or should I say Moose) as soon you arrive in the waiting room. Transparency is the key word in his practice. He has several TV's on which he will show you your teeth and the issues he needs to address. A game plan for treatment is devised, while keeping you constantly informed about the progress. If you are curious enough, you have a little tool with a camera the size of an electric tooth brush that allows you to look into your mouth while he is working and watch on one of the 3 screens in the room! Personally, I prefer to tune out and watch Netflix on the other screen, but what an option to have. The office staff is also very friendly, and you can tell that they genuinely enjoy working for Dr. Rudik. Keep up the good work Moose Lake Dental team, and thanks for the great treatment!

Absolutely, by far the most wonderful dentist I have ever been to. I honestly can't say enough about Dr. Rudik and his staff. I called Moose Lake Dental after losing a filling this morning and even though I wasn't a patient I was seen this evening. Being someone who suffers from Dental anxiety I didn't know what to expect and dreaded not only going but even more so going to a brand new dentist as mine retired. Five minutes....that's all it took after meeting Dr. Rudik. He is genuine, real, professional and knows his stuff. He and Alexis curbed my anxiety and made an otherwise uncomfortable situation rather painless which I absolutely appreciate. The facility is beautiful and welcoming and the staff is top notch. Today I had my first root canal and I am not a fan of pain like many, but Dr. Rudik managed to to make My freezing discomfort free! I had also never had freezing done before so as a first timer receiving freezing I must say a 10/10 ! I felt nothing and was super impressed with the gentleness and caution that was taken while doing so. The process was lengthily and I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and was reassured of everything that was going on. The end result was amazing and even when the freezing Wore off I felt no discomfort. Working alongside Dr. Rudik and watching his work is a privellage and seeing the differences he makes in peoples lives everyday is inspiring. And today I got the chance to experience being a patient and It was just as phenomenal receiving the best treatment; I got a blanket for when I was cold and I got to watch my favourite show on Netflix throughout the whole procedure, offered a warm towel and he made sure the procedure was done perfectly. The assistant Kersti translated all my concerns and communicated with me for my comfort at all times. Thank you times a million for being a great dentist for everyone to trust!

Recently had my wisdom teeth extracted here, and the entire experience was top notch, and I can't recommend them enough, especially to people that may be nervous about dentists. To begin everything, from the waiting room, to reception, to the actual exam rooms are bright, clean, and tidy. The waiting room provides a comfortable and relaxing place for patients to wait; comfortable arm chairs, a fireplace, and even a set of computers on which to pass the time (though these probably more useful for those that are accompanying actual patients). In the exam room that I ended up in, they had a TV screen on the ceiling equipped with Netflix, which provided a welcome distraction while the procedure was being carried out (they put on The Office for me when I asked). In terms of the actual patient care, I really couldn't have asked for better. I had put off getting my wisdom teeth out for nearly 10 years, because like many people, I've always had an aversion to dentists, and my dentist in my teens did not have the greatest bedside manner.... Both Dr. Rudik and his assistant very much the opposite: patient, caring, and very personable. They explained every step of the procedure so that I would know what was going on, what was going to happen next, and answered all my questions very clearly. I tend to have an overactive gag reflex at the dentist, and they were very patient and helpful in coaching me through an x-ray, the freezing process, and biting on the gauze afterwards. In terms of the extraction process itself, it took about 6 minutes to get out all three teeth, including the time it took for some supplementary freezing; they had 2 done and were ready to move to the third before I even thought they'd done the first! (I think it took longer to freeze me up than to take the teeth out!) Granted, my teeth were all erupted and not impacted, but I was still impressed with the speed, skill, and coordination between Dr. Rudik and his assistant, something great for those who don't want to be in the chair longer than necessary. I also think the quick and clean extraction has contributed to what seems like a relatively easy recovery (so far...). As an aside, they were immensely accommodating in squeezing me in on extremely short notice after my appointment at another dental practice had been cancelled due to inclement April weather. This was despite the fact that I wasn't an existing patient, and had never been there before (I had taken the day off and come in from out of town, so was keen on still getting my teeth out, and had called around to several places that all required an initial exam before they would do an extraction). However, this was probably a more one-off case; my other dental practice provided me with x-rays to bring with me, and my extractions were considered to be fairly straightforward.

I really am a fan of this place - and I don't historically particularly like dentists. You can tell that their strategy in creating this fantastic dental office was extremely client-focused. From the TV screens in the ceiling to the amount of effort they take in getting to know you. Also, everything feels fresh new and modern - because it is. Loving the tooth-selfies - i've never seen my teeth so up close and personal. The staff is unmatched. Everyone is super lovely and welcoming. They're also great at explaining everything they are doing - there is a strong educational/informative component to how they do things - which I appreciate. I was kind of neglecting the dentist for a bit (they scare me lol), but this crew really put me at ease. I also appreciate the emphasis they put on being proactive about everything going on in your mouth. Dr Rudik and his team are amazing! I was always terrified about going to the dentist because no matter what it seemed like the cleanings were uncomfortable and I seem to have bad luck with procedural pain. I expressed these concerns, and right away I could tell they were doing everything they could to make my experience tailored and comfortable. Dr Rudik is all about prevention. He went over the xrays and digital images in a incredibly detailed manner. It was so interesting ! I felt like every decision was made as a team and completely informed. I did not feel pressured to do anything in the moment, and he made a treatment plan that worked for me in a way that not only improved my oral health but also worked within my budget since I do not have health insurance. When I asked questions, he had sincere answers that were evidence based. I have also had horrible experiences with inadequate freezing and poor extractions. Dr Rudik is not only amazing at this, but also makes himself available after hours for his patients who have dental emergencies/concerns following procedures. It was such a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell that the team enjoys their job and that they work well together. You can tell that feedback is welcomed in the moment so that improvements can be made in the moment. The clinic also has a warming aesthetic appeal unlike any other dental clinic I have visited. The go above and beyond here!!! 5 + starts for sure.

I had previously met Dr. Rudik at a practice he was working at while I lived in another city. I remember going in for a filling, having him come out and simply talk to me about work, school, and a number of things as the holidays that year approached. Turns out he was 20 minutes late for his last appointment, which happened to be me. I almost forgot what I had going into the office to have done. This same level of care, concern, or interest in the lives of his patients is something that he brings with him to his own practice at Moose Lake. This attitude towards his patients carries over into his own philosophy about dental health and hygiene. With new technology and resources, he is able to show, and help children and adult co-discover the source of problems or issues, which makes it easier to develop a suitable program to help maintain your overall oral health. His office is also something to behold as well. It is a reflection of his own life and interests, and will certainly put you at ease just walking through the door. It is tough to describe and you should come in and see for yourself. I assure you you won't be disappointed. I can't say enough about Dr. Rudik's practice, and those that work within it. This is coming from someone who didn't like going initially, but I certainly feel more at ease, and comfortable going into the office. It's also important to note that unlike other dentists, Dr. Rudik is only happy to explain the work he is doing and the costs associated with them. He will not pressure you, and is able to make having critical dental work accessible for all, by making it affordable for all. The reception staff are wonderful and use integrated technology to make it a breeze to fill out forms, confirm appointments or communicate about services. Claiming against private health insurance is transparent and they are great with making me aware of what will and won't be covered. The hygienists my family have seen here are some of the best hygienists I have seen. I was unhappy at my last dentist but was concerned about moving away from our beloved hygienist, and I'm happy to say I worried for nothing. Dr Rudik is thorough and explains treatment plans clearly with the help of photos and televisions to display clear visuals. If you have vision issues this makes it much clearer to see than pointing at a tooth while looking in a handheld mirror like most other dentists do. He even helped to correct an issue caused by another dentist at no charge to me. His skill at "tooth carpentry", as he calls it, is exceptional. My teeth haven't looked or felt so good in years. He takes patient concerns to heart so if there is ever a problem or question reaching out is easy. The best part about this office is the set up. It is clean, has an open feel and is well organized. Staff don't have to go running between rooms to find things since they have a centralized storage/supply area which is a thing of beauty for anyone with a type A personality. Private waiting rooms with arcade video games are a lifesaver for me and my 4 kids. I know I can bring them while I have an appointment and they wait for theirs and they will be safe and entertained. During appointments you get to watch YouTube or Netflix on their ceiling mounted TVs. Needless to say my kids love going to Moose Lake!
