Like nah past 2 times ive gone i had to get double the eamount of freezing stuff and they didnt seem to understand that seeing the next apointment i ha we went htreww the same long 1 hour and a hlaf othem freezing me leaving and working coming back only ot have to freeze me again and ealk away and work on others and then im pr confident my dad had to pay more because it took so long whe really thyew just idd the apoointment ahead of me and i waited in a chair for 33mins my mouht hurts like a ton rn im gonna call off work

My dental hygiene assistant was amazing! She made me feel so welcomed and was so gentle with my cleaning (usually they're very harsh). The receptionists are always so nice, friendly and non-judgemental. I've been going there since I was a kid and they've always done their best to make sure I've been welcomed.

Went in for an abcess tooth removal and they made me sit through a cleaning instead and didn't attend to my abcess issue at all and only talked about further cleanings with me.

Following my first cleaning with Jain Dental after I moved to the city I required a couple of fillings at a follow-up appointment. In short, I did not receive enough freezing and could feel the whole process, and the filling were not properly filed down. I had to come back on two separate occasions for the dentist to try to fix the fillings which were causing jaw pain and headaches since I couldn't close my jaw properly. The facility itself is fairly nice and new, but I quickly changed dentists. Not entirely because of the issue with the work, but also due to the service I received as I was trying to resolve it. Poor customer service for an issue which was their fault.

went there for a wisdom tooth infection. first off, the main dentist barely even explained what was going on, seemed like she barely knew anything also. gave me a prescription for amoxicillin for the infection, didn't work. called back when i was finished the antibiotics was told that if it didn't work there was nothing she could do about it??? first off an infection can seriously harm a person and second of all i'm not able to get my teeth out if they're infected so idk what she was saying. went to dawson road dental for the first time ever, got me in right away, gave me another prescription of a different antibiotic also gave me this antibiotic mouth wash and what do you know, infection was gone.

I have been a patient of Jain Dental Care since the practice began, and knew Maneesh prior to that from the time he came in partnership with Tom Cox, and then eventually took over the practice when Tom retired. Maneesh sets the tone for a wonderful team of dentists (Rose Rizek is who I regularly see), a great group of dental hygienists, and dental assistants. The front desk staff is incomparable - all medical practices should take lessons from the way patients are handled just as soon as they set foot in the door. I would recommend Jain Dental Care to everybody! There's an adage that says "The customer will return to the place where they have been well treated" - that's what happens when you go there...it's a personal pleasure. Not only that, it's fun! Jain Dental Care is a meticulous and thorough group. They are somewhat higher priced, but they provide an incredibly complete service for that. The dental hygienists show great adeptness and enjoyment in their work, while the dentists prove very knowledgeable in answering questions and identifying any potential problems areas you might have. The office staff make it simple to breeze in and out, taking care of all the processing. Strongly recommended.

After having issues with how they billed my insurance company, I was assured by the dentist that they would pre-request to ensure all would be covered as our insurance says they asked my kids to be in the chair for far too long. Once again, as my child is crying in the chair, hygienist keeps working, and charges beyond what my insurance will cover. Then act surprised by the whole issue. We have gone here for over 10 years, and it now feels like an assembly line to get your money and get you out as fast as possible. Long gone is the friendly atmosphere and relationship that used to be developed between hygienist/dentist and patient. Would definitely not recommend coming here.

Top notch service at Jain dental care! Such a great experience. The front end staff at Jain Dental are warm and welcoming when you enter the office. You are always greeted with a great big smile. The back staff make you feel at ease and comfortable being ready to answer any questions that you may have. They really do have a great team that work together well and you can really sense that when you are in the chair it truly feels like one big “dental family.” If you are looking for a positive pain free dental experience then this is the office to check out. Had a crown installed this visit. Brianna explained the procedure carefully and helped me through the dreaded freezing needle. Dr.Jain explained what he was doing and even showed me the cool machines that scanned my tooth and machined the crown right on the spot. I wouldn’t say that a trip to the dentist is fun exactly, but the Jain Dental team make it as comfortable as possible.
