I recently moved to downtown Guelph and on one of my walks I noticed Bisson dentistry. Other than having the same last name in common with my sister, the house itself was breathtaking. Only to discover it's the best choice i've made for a long time. I was greeted with kindness and patience. Then going over the x-rays in detail and explaining the process, procedures and steps I would be going through. I also appreciate how quickly they were to fix all my dental problems with such heartfelt care and concern, in and out of the office. I would have never believed in my wildest dreams that i would get over the fear of going to the dentist. Now my visits are like going to a good friends house for a cup of tea. What an amazing team. I searched for a dentist after moving to the Guelph area and had a few that were booked up with no available appointments. When Bisson had an opening that was my only requirement, its a dentist right, everyone hates going to the dentist, they're all the same. After the first appointment I bragged at work to my co-workers how incredible my experience was. Taking a overtly accomodating and friendly approach to their profession, Bisson has changed the old saying. They've created a place where I want to book my next appointment right away, and I always look forward to it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has high anxiety going, people with kids especially. But really, its for everyone who cares for their oral health and wants to be pro-active in making sure their mouth stays healthy and their stress levels stay low. Thank you very much

Not often do you hear a shout out for a dentist. Typically it is an appointment dreaded by most of the population. But I am giving the biggest one I can to Dr. Ipe and the whole Bisson Dentistry team! It's an experience not an appointment. And I have no idea how to convey that in words so can only highly recommend you make your own visit and be left speechless to. This is a gorgeous old Guelph home renovated/restored in such a luxurious manner that its like stepping into a spa not an office. Speaking of that, a free (yes, I said "free") comfort menu of spa services is offered to clients so you get spoiled right off the start as you snuggle into your massage chair and have your choice of tv show turned on overhead. Top that off with state of the art equipment, avant-garde procedures with professional,informed staff and you may forget at this point why you are there. Then, voila, you'll also have a dental experience you will have no idea to convey. Bonus for me is, besides her impeccable technique and obvious top notch skill level, Dr. Ipe is one of those "joy bubble" type personalities that makes a pretty great experience just over the top!

I was recommend to give Bisson Dentistry a try, after a lot of frustration where I live in Brantford with my current dentist. My first visit to Bisson was a complete evaluation , followed up by a cleaning and an immediate recommendation to change my flossing technique (wrapping the tooth). They also requested I use an oral rinse. When I went back 3 months later, there was a noticeable improvement in my gum health. I had been getting regular dental care for 30 years and only at Bisson did I finally see what I was missing all these years!

I went in for my first visit to the office today and for going to the Dentist my experience was amazing! I could not believe I walked out feeling so impressed by my entire experience! I was greeted right away, given a tour around and was handed a welcome bag and personalized card! My entire experience with Rachel was amazing, she got to know me and did a full scan and x-ray of my teeth and gums, they also checked my jaw alignment as well. I loved that I never felt pressured to get any services done that were not needed going forward, and the complimentary services (hand massage, foot massage) are such a treat! The whole team makes you feel at ease, the office is over the top clean and everything used is modern and again..SO clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist office and anyone nervous going this is definitely the place!

Incredible experience! If you're looking for a new dentist, please call and ask for Dr. Chiu! Dr. Chiu is amazing at what she does. I wasn't scared while I was in her chair and I didn't feel a single ounce of pain while I was having my wisdom teeth removed. In addition to the painless and professional tooth extraction, I was handed a menu of spa services and an aesthetician did my nails! I didn't know you could enjoy going to the dentist so much. We came from Niagara and did not like our last dentist office. I googled Dentists in the Guelph area near our summer trailer to try somewhere new and Dr Bisson came up. I noticed The 5 star ratings and decided that we would try them. We were able to get in quite quickly considering we were brand new patients. From the moment you walk in the front door until you leave, everything is a smooth transition. The office is absolutely gorgeous inside. Very calm energy. My 8 year old daughter went first, who had a traumatic experience at our last office, was actually not scared at all. They did not rush her or make her feel anxious. She was given a tour of the building and got to ride the elevator. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Bisson himself was very personable. He asks questions, makes you feel heard, and genuinely seems to care. They deserve well over a 5 star rating. And i would 100% recommend them.

Bisson Dentistry, the staff, and Dr. Bisson especially are all excellent. For reference I have distrusted dentists for most of my life since having a root canal with only topical anesthetic when I was younger. Back then, during that operation, I was crying from pain as a dentist drilled apart a nerve in my tooth to make room for a filling. However Dr. Bisson asked me if I was okay every time he started drilling a tooth. His insistence on making sure I was alright reassured me greatly. You would be hard-pressed to find a better dentist's office. 10/10 would get cavities removed from here again.

My experience here was amazing. I don’t like going to the dentist and have been to many shady places. The office is beautiful and welcoming. All staff were super friendly. I received a complimentary hand and arm massage while getting my teeth cleaned while listening to calm music and watching beautiful pictures flash by. Everyone is so friendly and they have a lot of great equipment that a lot of other dental offices don’t have. Many of us don’t like going to the dentist … surprise! I’m one of those people. Today I can say I had the pleasure of visiting Bisson Dentistry in Guelph. Maddy showed me around the advanced interior explaining the rooms and equipment. I was already impressed. After some discussion Maddy got to work on X-rays and cleaning - explaining everything as she went. She was truly genuine, and kind, which set me at ease throughout. Dr Chui came in towards the end of my cleaning and left me feeling equally at ease throughout her examination and discussions after. At the end I was Introduced to Cindy, their office Manager, who walked me through billing and future appointments. The entire atmosphere was designed to be relaxing and comfortable (as relaxing and comfortable as a dentist can be). Each person I met as nice as the next - from the moment I walked in the door, until I left. I left feeling so happy I went (and my teeth better for it ????). Looking for a dentist? … Bisson Dentistry easily earned my endorsement.

I’m going to hit you with the tooth, the whole tooth and nothing but the tooth. It was around tooth hurty, I came here to brush up on my dental hygiene and had an outstainding addenture. The service was whitening fast and shed light on the cavity of my situation. I had such an amazing first appointment at Bisson Dentistry yesterday, which is really saying something as I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because I am such a scaredy cat. Not only was I afraid of the dentist, but I had added safety concerns due to covid. Dr. Bisson, hygienist Maggie and team were all so lovely and made me feel very comfortable and safe. I was so impressed with the personalized welcome note I received and a donation made to the Guelph Humane Society with every new patient. I couldn’t believe it when I met their esthetician Jana who gave me a relaxing foot massage during my exam to help calm my nerves. I was blown away when Dr. Bisson explained different heath issues I may be experiencing as a result of what he could see with my teeth - a real holistic approach. The practice is gorgeous and inviting, and this team goes above and beyond with their customer service. We were given a tour of the building and everyone we met was so friendly and took the time to ensure we were happy. Even with COVID I knew we were safe with all the safety measures they had in place. It didn't feel like your typical dentist appointment, no "dentist smell", it was welcoming and comfortable, there was netflix to watch, and complimentary spa treatments. There's nothing to complain about. We will always be using Bisson and recommend them to all our friends and family!!

Great atmosphere, kind and focused on best care. Now my entire family has the team looking after us. I've also referred individuals new to our community that needed urgent care and others that work in Guelph but commute. Each told me that they felt cared about and the concerns addressed quickly. Both my kids were happy with the fillings. What they used to numb the area worked quickly. If you are looking for an excellent practice for all your dental needs, you should consider.

It's been about 9 days since getting my top left molar removed, and I haven't even swollen up or felt any pain once.This probably varies from person to person but I believe the expertise of the staff played a big part in this. I think they took the tooth out with such precision that nothing else was disturbed.. I'm no dentist though! Definitely recommend! 5/5

I went in for my first visit to the office today and for going to the Dentist my experience was amazing! I could not believe I walked out feeling so impressed by my entire experience! I was greeted right away, given a tour around and was handed a welcome bag and personalized card! My entire experience with Rachel was amazing, she got to know me and did a full scan and x-ray of my teeth and gums, they also checked my jaw alignment as well. I loved that I never felt pressured to get any services done that were not needed going forward, and the complimentary services (hand massage, foot massage) are such a treat! The whole team makes you feel at ease, the office is over the top clean and everything used is modern and again..SO clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist office and anyone nervous going this is definitely the place!

When I had a crown done it was actually a mini retreat. It was a longer appointment. I could have gone home for a couple of hours while I waited for the crown to be made, but I chose to stay. I sat in a massage chair, with a cozy blanket and watched a movie on Netflix. They put in my crown and off I went. No more waiting for couple of days and two appointments.

Despite some challenges, he was very patient and kind to her.. as was Stephanie the technician... and all the staff. This is an amazing dental office it's like your at a spa. From the massage chair, being offered a beverage and a snack feels very nice when you are used to cold offices.
