Made us wait until 6pm on a Friday to have a long enough appointment to fill cavities for my daughter. Then they wouldn’t even do it or do any work not even a temp filling to stop the horrendous pain she was having. Would rather push pain meds on a 14 year old girl then do their job Then they lied over and over why they wouldn’t though another dentist that we thought we were seeing did it last time he ran out of time. They have always been cold and focusing on my insurance instead of my daughter I have 100% coverage and after all that they tried to charge me 75% of the bill to pay cash right then. I’m a good person and would never write this unless it’s true and have had problems more then once Save yourself the pain of rude cold lazy money hungry unprofessional drug pushers Shame * if they try to explain this away. Look it up. It not only doesn’t make sense they have done what they should have this time. Before. Lol.

I've had a terrible experience at this office. I have had root canals done when I should of been referred to a specialist because they couldn't get all the root. So now I have lost 3 mollars on my left side and suffered a jaw infection. Wil never go back. They have had some good dentists but some who just want quick cash. I do not recommend this place.

Do dental appointments stress you out? Try Atlantis in Guelph. Dr.Behrooz Zangooei runs a warm, accommodating, competent, efficient, thorough practice - they ran half a dozen tests/procedures to better gauge and rectify my situation swiftly. The appointments start and end onetime as promised. Unlike many, Atlantis accepts ODSP coverage. Run errands before and/or after. Banking, shopping, restaurants. All that the heart of Guelph offers.

Don't go there. The morons gave me a filling in my bottom molar that was way too big and ended up smashing my top teeth. I'm going to sure them.

Staff have always been friendly and the dentists have always been informative regarding steps to be done, explain what’s wrong and very reassuring of the whole process. I will trust no other than Dr.Zangooei when it comes to my dental concerns. Thank you for the comfort you provide especially that one of my biggest fears are dentists.

Clean, professional and modern clinic with state of the art technology and machines. The dentist is friendly and does a great job looking after my family's teeth. Very flexible hours with once a month Saturdays! Great downtown location for walkers and cheap parking in the mall parkade :) The free teeth whitening was fantastic - can't get anything close to this in the drug store!

Incompetent, prices change from original quotes, dentist performed work without anesthetic, when told it hurt he replied "were almost done." Minor issues turned into major issues as they did not deal with issues in a proper way/order. Keep doing half jobs, allowing the issue to progress, and charging a large amount each time. If the only other dentist in gielph was a monkey with a screwdriver I would feel I was in better hands.

I had to re-do a 5-years old filling that came off and the staff, doctorand the assistant were very professional and friendly. They took a lot of precautions due to Covid and so far my filling is good. I recommend the clinic for sure.

Miscommunication sometimes but vary Good they have always corrected and fixed any problems I have had with my teeth and over the phone, would recommended them if you are on a buget they will go over and beyond to find away to help you thank you Atlantis dental team.

Amazing!!! They are great with our family and my kids love them! Camilla (dental hygenist) is fantastic with little ones. Update (2019-03-06): My husband is very nervous about going to the dentist, but he actually looks forward to going now that Dr. Nourein and the dental assistant Theresa (her attention to detail blows my husband away!) are helping him with his teeth. Dr. Nourein really puts patients at ease by explaining everything in detail, using a gentle approach (my husband swears he can't even feel the needle!) and humming gently throughout the appointment. What a competent and capable dentist! She is absolutely wonderful. I've been to many dentists in 2 provinces and she is the best! If you hate the dentist, go see them!
