There is a real lack of professionalism going on here. My last visit i waited close to 40 minutes after my scheduled time before anyone mentioned why. The worst part was the constant jokes regarding my very comprehensive dental benefits. The last 2 visits, they told me i needed a bunch of work, without explaining why or showing me xrays. I switched dentist clinics recently, and my new dentist showed me in detail on clear digital photo and xray, every tooth in my mouth. Guess what, all the work that was claimed to be needed on my last visit was not. Be carefull you dont get taken advantage of at this clinic.

A great experience from front end booking you in checking up to make sure you have no pain or discomfort to the dentist for a normally painful and expensive experience, the team went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable environment to get some much needed oral health care. If you find yourself in the same position unsure of where to go can't recommend them enough.

Had a cleaning yesterday, the hygienist Meg was very helpful with tips for maintenance and was quick and had a great attitude. I also saw Dr. Singh briefly and he was excellent and professional with his assessment. Great job everyone.

I got treated a few Times for some Cavities that I had lingering around... I knew that the process to get them fixed was not going to be pleasant but the Staff and Doctor's at G.P. Family Dental Clinic always made me Feel relax and well taken Care of.. Never Felt Anxious or afraid to keep going in there to Finish Up the rest of the treatment. Now I have healthy Teeth and whenever I must go get them checked and treated this is the Place where I'll go ????

It was because I live next to this clinic that I selected it, in my first visit, I was not handled well by the front desk when they did not find my booking and was abruptly asked to come back on my time, however, when I was at the main door, I was called by Diane (I think) older lady but really nice who asked me to wait for few seconds as she will try to fit me in which she did in no time with a big smile. I was then handled by Donna White and I do not know what magic she used but she made me came back twice to that clinic and I am not intending to change it in future, she was fantastic in her explanations and detailed answers to each and every question I asked, in addition I never felt worried nor bored. I would definitely recommend this clinic for their services in both front desk and inside too. She has also done a great job treating my teeth

If you miss appointments they won’t see you Quoted me for 6 teeth when 4 only needed to be fixed and only gave me part of a cleaning? How do you find another place to clean the other half of your mouth 6 months after the fact? Dr Suki did one extraction and it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting for the pain to subside. I feel like my mouth was handled by a butcher!

I switched to GPFD from South 40 dental about 2 years a go and it was the best decision I have ever made. Highly reccomend them thier transparency and professionalism is above and beyond Dr Wood Dr Kali and Dr Roy are phenomenal and the girls in the office are so amazing! We will be lifers :)

Very pleased with the Botox injections I had for my jaw pain - I went from constant grinding and headaches to no pain! Very quick procedure and results were quick. All the staff are so friendly as well, especially the front desk ladies.

The staff at this dental clinic are very kind, incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Never had a dull moment. Passion to work is there, I could feel it. They always work on clients desire and schedule. Dr. Kali herself clearly care a great deal about her clients. It is very important to use the new technology and keep up with the latest research. I had a mercury fillings, but Dr. Kali replaced with the newer safer compound. I had two root canals with Dr. Kali and it was calmer and painless. Crowns were sized, created, fitted, and installed in a short time. She went above and beyond in concern for my comfort. The staff is always explained every procedure in detail and care is always taken to make sure that I am comfortable and confident in the work that is about to be done. Very straight forward with prices, work on different plans, open to talk with patients' concerns, and did not overcharge me for my services. I would highly recommend to visit Dr. Kali and her team. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent place to get tooth cleaning I go through Marla, she gives me as many breaks as I need to get the procedure done. If you have tmjd or limited jaw opening great hygienist to go through. Because of my experience, I have encouraged my family members to go here as well, and recently had a family member get some teeth pulled this last week or so. They also are very happy with their experience.

We absolutely love going here. I have back and neck issues and they work hard to ensure I am comfortable and always follow up on me the next day. My husband is in a wheel chair and the ladies always help him with what ever he needs. They have also gone above and beyond to accommodate my husband when his medical issues pop up and restrict him. We have been with them now for at least 5 years and will keep coming back over and over

This has got to be the worst place in Grande Prairie to go. During my visit the male dentist did nothing but talk down to me, making fun that I was claustrophobic and that I did not want to wear the dental dam.. he also continued to make fun of my cleft lip and palate, something I was born with. Something that is out of my control. I kept my temper under control.. However the amount of unprofessionalism this man displayed is ridiculous...if I were to meet him outside of his office I will surely let him know exactly what I think of him, and his practice.. I encourage you all not to go here..

They really made a big effort from the first time I took my family there when I had no insurance with more than fair prices for the work they do. I have been going to the Grande Prairie Family Dental clinic for the past 10 years because their standard of care, service and professionalism is exceptional. Being in my 60s I have had plenty of experience of dental clinics and going to GP Family dental clinic is always an extremely pleasant experience insofar as a dental visit can be pleasant ! Unlike some clinics I have been to in the past, GP Family dental clinic has never pressurized me into getting anything done that I didn't want and that in itself speaks volumes about the ethical way in which the practice is run.

I recently had extensive dental work done at the GP Family Dental Clinic. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled based on the level of professionalism, care and thoroughness I experienced. Right from the genuine concern shown by the office staff to the amazing dental hygienist that helped me feel more relaxed to Dr. Kali who worked to ensure I was completely satisfied. I had a lot of anxiety going into the whole thing but it ended up being so positive and I am thrilled with my new smile. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Grande Prairie Family Dental clinic is my most recommended dentist office in the Grande prairie area. The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. The hygienist’s are patient and resourceful. Dr. Kali is the most amazing dentist. She is kind, caring, and professional. Dr. Kali always puts her patients comfort and needs first, and she is always so patient. The whole staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I have been a patient at Grande Prairie Family Dental for over 16 years and I could not imagine going to any other dental clinic.

This is one of the best dental clinics I have been too. They have been wonderful to deal with, easy to get appointments and make changes to appointments. Very accommodating. They have been great with the whole family especially the kids, who have been there for numerous procedures including, fillings, teeth removal, x-rays and first check up appointments. My kids enjoy going here because of the friendly atmosphere and the Dr's, Hygienists and Dental Assistants explain every step of what they are doing in order for the kids not to be scared. I'd highly recommend this clinic.

I've been going to GP Family Dental for several years now, and have had a lot of major dental work done. They are always kind and gentle while doing the work and have always been able to squeeze me in for an emergency or for a bite adjustment. Friendly and helpful staff, they always call a couple days after my appointment to check and make sure all is well.

Went in with pain from a tooth needing to be pulled and they said they could they could squeeze me in. Got in there and had X-rays done and then they said can't pull it until next week. Now pay for the X-rays and live with the pain for a week.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted at the same time, Dr Woods was very professional along with Danielle and the other woman (sorry I forgot her name) All of them were great at making sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. They were very thorough with the freezing and were willing to stop and add more freezing whenever I needed it. I would seriously recommend this dental office to anyone who asked. They made a procedure that I was anxious about go by like it was nothing. and were amazing at answering any questions I had

I had called a few places to find out about emergency dental appointment after my son crashed on his bike and they were able to get him in the same day and offered a payment plan as I'm a single father which extremely helped me out. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking.
