My schedule is not flexible with time so I require my appointments to adhere to the time booked for me. Dental Care Centre, with Dr. McMurdo and Dr. Cymbaluk, have always accommodate for my time which allows me to go in and come out as expected. Overall my experience with them over the number of years has always been great - Amanda, the hygenist is super friendly and provides painless cleanings for me every six months. I believe they use some sort of ultrasonic water cleaner to remove the hard calculus build up around my teeth which allows for the painless experience. Both doctors there are friendly and trustworthy, which really helps alleviate any anxiety over my dental needs. I already have my next appointment booked in 6 months. Grade A dentistry.

I recently had a cracked filing from a different dentist in town. Didn't know that at the time, thought I cracked my tooth in half. Dr. Cymbaluk was able to see me the day I called and fixed it fairly quick, he also used something I don't think other dentists use which is a guard that saves little bits from hitting the back of your throat. Really happy, wont be going anywhere else.

Wow. This place is amazing! When you walk in, your kids have a mini tv that they can play on, and a table that has a drawer that has lots of legos. There is a mini fridge with water, orange juice boxes, and apple juice boxes, and if you want a coffee, you can make one! Once you wait long enough, one of the dentists call your name, then you get welcomed to the working room. Once you get into your little hut, you sit down and the dentist welcomes you to some questions, then after that, she reclines you’re chair, and are welcome to watch tv while your dentist is working on your teeth. After the appointment, you get a bag full of floss, toothpaste, and even a toothbrush! For the kids, you get the same little bag, but you get to pick 3 toys from the drawers! Overall all the dentists are very nice and helpful, the front desk welcomes you every time, and this is the best dental place I have been to, you you should definitely go here.

I requested an appointment for next day, first thing in the morning over the internet. I received a call a couple hours later and confirmed the availability. The next day was greeted warmly by reception. She promptly verified my info, and I immediately was brought into the cleaning section. The hygienist was extremely skilled and professional. As was the dentist who quickly but thoroughly inspected the finished product afterwards. To top it all off , my insurance covers the entire bill. This is shocking to me because my other dental provider bills are way higher and I usually end up paying 200$ more for the same service Very pleased with, the entire staff and business as a whole. Recommend anyone to book with this amazing team.

In the last month, I had experienced such excruciating teeth pain, that I had to find a dentist. (I hadn't been to one in over 12 years, and to be honest was quite nervous/fearful of going to one.) I called the office and was able to get in the next day. Dr. McMurdo's staff was very helpful, and his assistant professional and kind. The dentist himself was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done without being pushy. When he examined my mouth, he was efficient, yet gentle, and best of all, the freezing worked :D He spoke quietly and in a reassuring tone, and my nerves weren't quite as frazzled. In what seemed like seconds, the offending tooth was out, and he told me what to expect and how to take care of my mouth as well as give me written instructions. I thought the whole experience not near as bad as I thought and would recommend Dr. McMurdo to anyone and everyone.

Top-notch service and friendly staff! Lovely ambiance - the waiting area is very clean and has a great layout. The front desk lady is very friendly and professional. This was my first cleaning and routine checkup at this clinic in GP and I was very impressed with the service I received compared to other clinics here in GP. The hygienist named Amanda did an excellent job with x-rays, teeth cleaning, and my examination. Dr. Cymbaluk and Dr. McMurdo are a pleasure to chat with and are both very professional. I am thankful to both Doctors for providing me with options/solutions on some questions I had about my teeth and how to go about it. The Doctors also disclosed both the pros and cons of each option - I can make a better-informed decision going forward. Overall – great clinic with friendly staff - will be going back for routine checkups and any other work to be done in the future.

Unfortunately the replacement of the previous dentist is not what I’d hoped for. ☹️ we will not be returning. Previous dentist set the bar pretty high. The staff however is amazing. They deserve a full 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dentist did not provide the treatment I had booked for. He provided no explanation given for why, he rushed through the exam and I didn’t get a conversation about why he wasn’t giving me the sealants I had asked for. I walked away with the same pain I came in with and even tho the hygienist provided me some stuff to paint on my teeth, I paid over 400 and still no sealants. ???? Hopefully in a few months I will find somewhere I can get the service I booked for.

Dr. Cymbaluk knows what he is doing with root canals and did a great job with no lingering pain for my husband a few weeks ago. I had an awful experience with Glen. I have very healthy teeth with Only one or two small fillings. I went to see him for a cleaning/check up and he assessed me with having a cavity on one of my wisdom teeth. He wanted to pull my tooth out. I was unsure and scared, and tried to speak with him about my importance of keeping my wisdom teeth as I chew on them with my molars. He was very rude, saying 'you do not use them for chewing' and 'it's difficult and too far back to do a small filling'. I was upset but agreed and said we could go ahead with pulling my tooth. He showed no care and displayed how displeased he was, saying he 'maybe didn't have time to pull it now'. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, I had to brace against him for him to pull my healthy wisdom tooth from my mouth. It came out in two pieces. When the tooth was out, I looked at it and because it had split in half lengthways, I could see the penetration of the small, small cavity that could have easily been filled. For days, months and years I have suffered discomfort as I chew my food because my wisdom teeth are/were healthy and I used them to chew my food. My top wisdom tooth will now need to be pulled one day as it no longer has the other tooth to bite against. So because this man was lazy, arrogant and showed no concern for a patient I will have this discomfort for the rest of my life. I DO NOT recommend this 'dentist'.

They got TVs set up so no matter what angle the chair is in there's something to look at. The thing that impressed me the most is though, is I needed a filling done. They did a before and after picture and it honestly just looks like they put in a brand new tooth. Much, much better look than the chunks of metal that most dentists put in your teeth.

A truly excellent clinic! I got all of my wisdom teeth taken out and it was actually a good experience. Dr. Cymbaluk was accommodating to my initial fear and did everything he could to make the procedure simple and painless.
