TL:dr Patches rules, go shop there! Friendly staff, huge selection. My dogs favorite food which I'd been buying him from Walmart for years suddenly was never in store locally. I tried him on other flavors of the same brand to no avail. When I told the staff at patches they gave me a huge selection of samples of their recommendations. My fussy boy only ate one but one was all I needed. The bag is the same size as what I had been buying him, twice as expensive, but it lasts over twice as long. My guys coat is better, and he had been growing fat lumps which all shrank on the new food.

This place was great. Fish, turtles, different lizards and birds like any normal pet store but what I enjoyed was the selection of different foods and treats and grooming supplies. This place has alot and I was told if they dont have it they can definitely get it in. Friendly service and very informative. 5 stars in my book!

The only pet store I shop at, a very helpful owner & staff. My dog has problems with all things containing wheat & grains...owner & his Mom helped with grain free food & treats. I am not a resident of the GFW area so it would be good to have one on the West coast of the Island as well, more options for those of us who live in between. Highly recommend this pet supply store.

Don't know how this place has so many good reviews. Go to this store very often, and the customer service is actually awful. Most of the staff know nothing at all about pets. The fish section is just awful, loads of tanks that need matinence and cleaning but never seem to be done. Also have have things for just "looks" and not for sale which don't make sense. Sadly this is the only pet store in the area and it's my only option to getting my pet supplies, otherwise I would not shop here.
