Excellent dentist. Service was very good. He was attentive to my anxiety and really took his time. He made sure i was numbed correctly and i felt literally nothing from the injections to the extraction. He even offered implant services which i will most deffinetly be looking into ! Great place. Took me as an emergency walk in. Im very content with the service and the staff :)

(Original) le dentiste qui a pris soins de mes dents était très gentil, le problème avec eux autres c'est l'abus de confiance. j'ai été arnaqué si je peux m'exprimer ainsi. j'ai une assurance qui couvre à 100%, avant même de me présenté, j'ai appelé au secrétariat pour me rassurer la dame m'a confirmer et reconfirmé que j'avais rien à payer, à ma grande surprise après mon traitement on me sort une grosse facture, c'est vraiment du vol en live, ca fait la deuxième fois que je me suis fait arnaqué dans ce coin ; je ne rêve même plus passé devant le centre moins rentré là-bas. Je déconseillerai ce centre à mes proches. Les dentistes sont très gentil et correct, c'est les dames qui sont au secrétariat qui ont besoins d'un peu de formation. il faut former vos employés afin qu'elles puisse transmettre les bonnes informations aux patients; vous êtes entrain de perdre vos clients et si vous vous réveiller pas, vous risquez de perdre tous vos clients, c'est grâce aux clients que vous continuez d'exister. Réveillez-vous et arrêter d'arnaquer les clients c'est pas bon pour l'image de votre clinique. Mme la directrice, si vous êtes honnête et que vous voulez sauver cette clinique et que vous voulez savoir ce qui se passe réellement dans votre clinique, installer un système qui va enregistrer les conversations entres les clients et vos employés. Pour protéger leur chèque à elles, elles ne vont jamais vous dire ce qui se passe, qu'elles n'ont pas donner les bonnes informations. Merci de former bien vos employés.

I just moved in Gatineau and there are lots of dental clinics. I didn’t know which dental clinic is good so I tried this clinic and I am very satisfied! I’ve had always bad experience with rough treatment with other dental clinics but Dr. Zhao and staff are super gentle and careful and very reasonable price super reliable :) I highly recommend

We booked an appointment at this clinic for tooth filling, and changed our usual dentist due to his unavailability at the time we requested, we went on time at the clinic, the nurse started working as usual, taking x-ray etc.. ,and cleaning teeth without even asked us what you hear for, anyway spent an hour , then we were waiting around 45 minutes to see the dentist, finally the dentist showed up few minutes check up then he gave us another appointment for the filling, very upsetting, also they apply finger tip fluoride gel and cost us Cad 31.00 wich we have it home it cost us few cents to apply it.
