I went to Dr Mansouri for a cleaning, they told me I had a cavity and needed to get fixed, so we booked an appointment in the future. When it came to my filling appointment, they first injected me with an anesthesia, but they didn't wait long enough for my face to freeze. during the drilling, I was in terrible pain and told the dentist, and he just said "I'm almost done and it'll take too long to re-freeze you". They finished the procedure, and then 5 mins after I left the office, my face finally froze (just didn't wait long enough). A few days after I was having the same pain in my tooth. I need to go get a 2nd opinion. Would not recommend.

It was the first time to visit Dental Clinic Dr.Mansouri today , and they accepted me to be their patient. Front desk clerks were very friendly , kind , and very professional. Since I don't understand French and English is my second language , they explained to me in English and made sure I understood 100%. The dentist was really kind and explained everything to me very well. She told me why my teeth had issues and gave me some options. I will have another appointment with this clinic near the future and I am not afraid of visiting the dentist. Great team work. Very kind. Merci beaucoup.

Today we had a tight tooth removed with odd roothing. This could be done 2 ways. Grab and pull and damage surrounding teeth. We where amazingly impressed by the softness of approach and the delicate calm procedure from Dr Mansouri. If you are looking for a good dentist, hurry, because word is going around of how good he is and there won't be availabilities for new patients soon. Thank for taking good care of my wife Dr Mansouri :)

I am Irina Medvedenko. I came to the Dental Clinic Dr.Mansouri on September 20th, 2021 for recementation of 3-unit bridge. D-r Lilia Damou finished to fix it with an incorrect bite. When I asked why this bridge is higher than the rest of the teeth, she answered this is the maximum as I can twist it. I was paid $280 and I left this clinic crying on the street from her bad work. On the next day from the morning the bridge staggered. I can not eat, because I felt pain when biting. Just drank coffee. I did call to this Dental Clinic and said that I am feeling pain when biting, so I can not eat and the bridge swinging. D-r Damou responded that she did her "maximum" in my situation. She made a fool out of me. My bridge was broken already. That "I told you from the beginning the bridge will keep temporality." Lies- my bridge was whole. I told her "you didn't fixed my issue, so give the money back that I paid for your bad job. I will go to another dentist." She said you can go to any dentist, but I can not return your money back, because I spend material and my time for you. I took XR picture after my work and result was excellent. 1 hour after this conversation the swinging bridge fell and I felt relief! There was no more pain, I started to eat. If dr. Damou assures that she did the maximum that she could, I will never return to such a doctor.

Dr. Mansouri is nice but I am quite unimpressed with his staff. I had to get a lot of work done, and I told the hygienist what my insurance limit was for the year. She checked a book quickly and told me that I didn't need to worry, I would not even come close to that amount. Two appointments later, I checked again with the lady at the reception and I was very close to my insurance limit so I had to cancel my next appointment. Had I not paid attention, the next appointment would have been paid out of pocket (about 500$).
