They require you to have two separate dentist appointments, even for an emergency such as a filling falling out. The first one is just to "check" how long the second appointment will take and they make you pay for it. (Even with recent dental scans of less than a year) Waste of time and money, especially for someone who works during the day and has to bus. Every other dental office could do same day appointments. This is ridiculous.
