I tried to call them since yesterday and no return call despite my 2 messages. So, I have no idea when I can get my $ 450 back! (Original) Hier, j'ai senti que le service n'était pas à la hauteur comme à l'habitude. Malgré le fait que j'avais mal à la mâchoire, on me demandait quand même de continuer. De plus, l'assistante dentaire en question a mis le tube pour rincer ma bouche à l'intérieur de ma gorge ! J'ai dû fermer la bouche pendant les réparations afin qu'elle arrête de faire cela ! Je me suis senti comme un numéro et qu' ils devaient terminer le plus vite possible malgre le mal. Je tente de téléphoner depuis hier apres-midi pour obtenir la bonne facture car on m'a remise une facture globale lors du paiement. De plus, la secretaire n'a pas ete en mesure d'envoyer la soumission à mes assurances car elle ne savait pas comment faire. J'ai donc propose de le faire par moi-meme à la maison mais ce n'est pas la bonne facture qu'on m'a remis ! Je tente de les téléphoner depuis hier et aucun retour d'appel malgré mes 2 messages . Donc, je n'ai aucune idée quand je pourrai me faire rembourser mes 450$!

Such an amazing experience. Dr. Vadeboncoeur and his staff are great to deal with. Someone disliking going to the dentist Dr. Vadeboncoeur and his staff made it easy to deal with and comfortable. Replaced one of my fillings within an hour and had me back at work in no time with no pain at all. Best experience I've received at any dentist's so far. Keep up the excellent work Doctor. I was at his cabinet twice and 500$ later i still had not met the dentist, first time i got a clean and then i was suppose to see him to discuss what needed to be done 3 hours later i left without seeing him, apparently he had problems with with a root canal he was working on. Next appointment was to meet with him because i never met him the first time, so i take time off from work, show up 10 minutes early, they sat me in a chair , 45 minutes waiting in that chair with no one around, so i got up and left, the assistant said he was having problems with the patient before me , i think he just wasn't in the building. Anyways, my time in important in a day , i leave work i don't get paid , he gets paid and has me waiting there at two separate occasions, who does this guy thinks he is!? He's not a cardiologist or neurologist, he's only a dentist and he is not serving the public sector so he should be on top of his game , he is not ! And he only does cereck crowns which don't look natural at all , i found that out on my second visit .

It was my worst dentist experience of my life. In many ways he was very inhuman and in no way understanding. In 1h00, they never asked me if I was okay and if I was in pain when the situation was almost unbearable. The dental hygienist crushed my jaw to the point that I felt my neck straining against his gesture. They install props in your mouth without even asking if it's tolerable. Then finally to tell me that he is too old for a client like me who has a `` small mouth '' and that I should see a younger one (2 weeks before I had a root canal treatment on the same teeth and it was number 1 and hassle-free). He was frustrated, unpleasant. Without mentioning that I initially discussed whether we could postpone the appointment between the reconstruction of my teeth and the crown to maximize my assurances and that he was condescending saying that whatever, it had to be done as soon as possible. On the other hand after the reconstruction, it was the best he could do for the moment! I felt insulted and found this unacceptable. I can understand that some cases are difficult, but there is no reason to be so less amphatic with a client. He explained that he has a shoulder injury and that he risked re-injury if he performed the crown. In summary, If you are doing a cleaning or other minor intervention, I am sure it is going to be great with you. But for other measures, I advise against it. It was by far the worst experience of my life in a dentist. (Original) Par oû commencer, Initialement j'étais suivi par Dre. Lopez, tous allais très bien et puis finalement, elle a quitté. Ensuite on a transférer mon dossier à Dr. Vandeboncoeur. Ce fut ma pire expérience de dentiste de ma vie. Pour plusieurs aspect, il a été très inhumain et aucunement compréhensif. En 1h00 , ils ne m'ont jamais demander si ca allait et si je souffrait alors que la situation était quasi insoutenable. L'hygièniste dentaire écrasait ma machoir au point que je sentais mon cou forcer contre son geste. Ils installent des accessoires dans votre bouche sans même vous demander si c'est tolérable. Puis finalement pour me dire que lui il est trop vieu pour un client comme moi qui a une ''petite bouche'' et que je devrais en voir un plus jeune ( 2 semaines avant j'ai eu un traitement de canal à la même dents et ca été numéro 1 et sans tracas). Il était frustrer ,désagréable. Sans mentionné que j'ai discuter initialement savoir si on pouvait éloigner le rendez vous entre la reconstruction de ma dents et la couronne pour maximiser mes assurances et qu'il a été condescendant disant que peu importe, fallait que ca soit fait le plus vite. Par contre après la reconstruction, c'était le mieux qu'il pouvait faire pour le moment ! Je me suis senti insulter et j'ai trouver ceci inacceptable. Je peut comprendre que certains cas sont dificile mais aucune raisons ne justifie d'être aussi peu amphatique avec un client. Il a expliquer qu'il a une blessure à l'épaule et qu'il risquait de se reblesser s'il effectuait la couronne. En résumé, Si vous faites une nettoyage ou autre intervention mineur, je suis convaincue qu'il va être super avec vous. Mais pour autre mesures, je vous le déconseille. Ca été de loin la pire expérience de ma vie dans un dentiste.
