When they ask you to give a good review make sure you give a honest one.... I will not be paying to correct low quallity work at this office or will i risk leaving with unfilled cleaned out cavities like they are requesting i do never in my life have i had pain for over 2 days from dental work it has now been months of pain and i have had extensive dental surgery before this!! This heavy pain has been months waking me up every night I would also like to note the tooth that was left with a unfilled cavity had zero pain when entering the office ever.now i have to go to my dental surgeon to fix and document this after this dentist was paid to cause a issue he is asking me to pay to correct the issues he caused with his lack of attention and care.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Everyone here is super friendly. And my visit there is by far the best dentist visit I have ever had. I got a wisdom tooth out, and I was nervous going in, but everyone was so good, and I left super happy. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. Thank you Rideau Town team.

Dr.Walid is so great. I had a wisdom tooth pulled today and didn’t even feel it. All the staff are amazing, so kind ! One of my children really struggled with going to the dentist and now with the patience and skills of Rideau town dental he has no issues going. I would recommend 110% to anyone !

I have been going to see mr doctor wallid for long time now. He was taking time away and had another gentleman there excuse me I forgot his name, was not ever as pleasant as seeing the owner of office but never complained as the team there made me feel comfortable every time all the girls Seem to have similar name so sorry I may mix up names. Not been there I little while as no coverage Other day friend went to the office and doctor wallid was back and is there more often now said young lady name Amy brought him to the room greeted by Amber who sat beside doctor during the visit to help him with work needed done both welcoming young women. He was very happy with time spent they’re. No computer he can’t mak rating himself but wanted to thank all staff for making him welcome. Lady at desk he forgot name new lady Sharon? very helpful with what needed for next appointment. Hope doctor wallid there for my next appointment. If not I continue to come as rest of team make it enjoyable Both want to thank for your kindness and patience

Thanks to Dr. Walid, I have a newly restored faith in dentists. Just finished a root canal at the Gananoque location and it was as easy as it could have ever been!! I had a terrible experience getting a root canal done about 8 years ago by another dentist in another town, and it was complete torture. Dr. Walid ensured I was comfortable while performing the procedure, and I came out of the chair feeling better than when I went in. I cannot thank you and your staff enough for such a positive experience!! If I could give you 100 stars I would!!
