Hard to believe how refreshing it is to be able to chew on the other side of my mouth without pain! It was a bit of a drawn out procedure(just the nature of the beast), but they were very patient with me and, as always, explained each step of the process as we came to it. I cannot say enough good things about the Capital Dental Clinic, especially Leo Cain, Spencer Burns, and his staff. They are truly lovely people, flexible and thoughtful with scheduling appointments around school, calm and considerate when dealing with dental issues, and always cheery. As a result I never have had to force my kids to go to the dentist. Having first gone to Leo when I had a crack in my front tooth, I have been nothing but impressed. He has performed gum surgery on me twice, pulled my childrens' teeth when problems arose, and kept their mouths in great health. I trust him to do the right thing.

My 3 children and I each needed check ups and dental work. I researched reviews online and found Capital Dental Clinic had the best reviews by far. I was astounded that they were able to get all 4 of us in the next day for the check ups and the following day for work. They are exceptionally professional and friendly. They make you feel like they've known you for years. I never give 5 stars unless it's legitimately deserved. I'd give 20 in this case if it were possible. Need dental work done? Look no further! Great place. I'm a VeRy nervous person about dental stuff (not Capital Dental's fault - it's just a weird personal thing) but they are so nice and welcoming and understanding.. I've always been as calm as I *can* be when I'm there haha As a side note, I had a tooth come in backwards as a kid and Dr. Burns noticed it looked a little crooked and he just fixed it for me in 5 minutes and it literally CHANGED my smile during my first appointment. Awesome place.

I am a new resident in the city of Fredericton and recently had to embark on the daunting task of searching for a dentist. Fortunately, a friend recommended Dr. Leo Cain’s office. The office staff are very professional and supportive, and I was able to see Dr. Spencer Burns who is an amazing dentist. He is a superb listener and very thorough in his approach, taking great care in responding to your needs. He explains what he is going to do and why. Great service. Out of date billing system. The overall experience was good. The place was bright, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Up until the end I would have likely been more than happy to score this place a 5. However, when I initially made my first appointment with them I had informed them I had two sets of dental coverage and did not have my card for one of them. Neither of which were supposed to be an issue. One of the issues regarding the card was not their fault and I hold nothing against them for that, but the fact that they could then not accept both of the coverage plans was a substantial disappointment. I only carry what money I need for the day, and because both plans would have covered 100% of the cost, I did not carry any extra cash. This left me in a really bad place as I didn't know if I would have enough money on me to pay the difference. This also means I am stuck without that money until I go through the process of contacting the other company and trying to get reimbursed. This may sound like nitpicking, but if a store clearly said "we do not accept cash" but otherwise had great service, I would still not shop there as I generally only deal with cash. They would not meet my needs and I could not give them a perfect score because for my situation, they would not be perfect for me. Same in this instance as while the overall experience was great, I left the dentist with a bad taste in my mouth. If you pay for more than one plan and plan on using them conveniently, I would personally recommend looking elsewhere, unless that service changes.

Such a wonderful practice they established for themselves. The receptionist are very friendly and extremely helpful. They definitely try to work with you, to find the best times. The hygienist I’ve dealt with so far are all very delightful and make you feel comfortable. Plus they constantly check in with you to ensure you are doing okay. I have had Dr. Burns as my dentist and he is so good at what he does. He explains everything thoroughly and is very easy to understand. He also listens very well to issues that you have and does his best to correct them. I couldn’t recommend this office enough, everyone there has be so great!

The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the appointments are always on time or pretty close to it. The dental assistants are always smiling and professional.
