My brother had recommended me to come here for my wisdom tooth extraction. I was really nervous before coming into the clinic because I’ve heard many painful stories. But overall I had a good experience. It wasn’t too bad after the numbing injection and the dentist was very patient with me. Thanks to the team at Signal road dental for a good experience. Highly recommend to anyone that needs their wisdom teeth pulled out! Just made an appointment here for next month to get my teeth cleaned. Can’t wait! :)

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been too. The hygienists are amazing, and Victoria on the front desk is so kind and considerate. They are always able to get me in, even on short notice, and have done everything from fillings to cleanings to installing my permanent retainer. Dr. Sung is incredibly professional, considerate and accommodating. They are so great at working with insurance companies, and truly take all the stress out of going to the dentist. I would highly highly recommend this office to everyone, including children!

I have been going to Signal Road Dental for nearly 18 years, when the practice was started by Dr. Drosu. Dr. Hwang and Dr. Tan purchased the practice several years ago, and have maintained and even expanded upon the excellent services that have always been here. The dentists, hygienists, and office staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and all offer top notch oral care and efficient service. There is a continuity of care offered here that is rare in Fort McMurray, as staff are not only excellent but also tend to stay long term. They keep us current with the most up-to-date information and best technologies for cleaning, digital x-rays, and preventive maintenance of teeth. Highly recommended. I had a cleaning done recently and my experience was excellent! As soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed with a warm atmosphere from the dental team! Very accommodating and made me feel really comfortable!! Siobhan, my dental hygenist, was extremely thorough and detailed during the cleaning which was very gentle, as well she gave great direction and notes through the whole experience! I was really comfortable the whole time. I also got some Xrays done which were quick as their equipment is digital, they do not use film which is usually quite bulky and uncomfortable for my small mouth! Overall excellent team, I appreciated greatly being their client!

I needed an emergency for my broken tooth. I had a quick search and found good reviews for this place. They were very helpful and booked me in a day. From the time I entered till I left, everything was beyond my expectation, cleanness, kind staff, properly fix with no unnecessary extra work, and also fair amount of cost. I'm really happy with their service and will recommend it. Just one thing about the entrance: it is located at the back of building with no sign outside and made me confused. But lots of free parking.

I just recently moved to Fort McMurray and was looking for a dentist, during my search some places quoted me $400-600 for a cleaning, unfortunately with no insurance yet that wasn’t an option. The team at Signal Road Dental were understanding, they assured me they would work with my budget and we booked an appointment! While there everyone was incredibly kind and it’s eveident the work environment is a happy place to be. During my appointment Chantelle, the lovely hygienist, was gentle & cheerful, and Dr. Adrian Mai reassured me about any specific worries I had, they were incredibly informative when I asked any questions and we set up a plan to move forward. I booked the next appointment with the wonderful receptionist, Victoria, while leaving as she checked me out with a kind smile. I felt relaxed and relieved leaving and knowing I am now in good hands. Thank you so much to everyone there! You all honestly made my day (: See you all again soon (:

I'm the most anxious person when it comes to the dentist. This place is THE best place I've ever been too. Like I feel asleep during a root canal! The freezing didn't hurt at all. I have been a patient of Signal Road Dental for a number of years and must say that I have always been impressed with the girls on the reception desk and now the clinic is under new ownership and they have an awesome dentist by the name of Dr. Sung Hwang who worked on my teeth today. He is extremely gentle and he explains everything he is going to do before he does it. Not only is he a fantastic dentist he is also very charitable. When I told him about doing "Operation Christmas Child " boxes he generously donated enough dental supplies to put in my boxes for next Christmas.....Kudos Dr. Hwang you are a star!...I will highly recommend you to anyone who will listen.

Like most, I don't like to make a trip to the dental office if I don't have to (aside from a regular cleaning). With that being said this office has a really friendly and fun atmosphere, making the visit feel a lot less like a chore and comfortable. Dr.Sung and Dr.Tan are both equally great, whether you see one or you see the other you're in great hands. The receptionists are more than welcoming and the girls in the back are hilarious. 5/5. Highly recommend.

This dental office has been amazing and has fixed mistakes done by another dental clinic in town.
