Best dental experience I have had thus far. Typically I need a lot of freezing in my mouth. Past experiences with dentist, I’ve always told them I can still feel it, and they would more or less brush me off. And say thing like “no possible” or “you’ve had enough dosage”. I do not recall the dentist name, but we was a male dentist. But he would stop immediately when I would feel pain and give me more freezing, until it no longer hurt. Great dentist!

My apoligies Wasif Adman for your experience at our dental office. Unfortunately, however, even though we are open on Saturdays & Sundays, insurance companies are not. We will always see our emergency patients, but without any method of verifying their insurances they will be required to pay for the visit upfront. Then we always give the proper paperwork for them to get reimbursed by their insurance. Our hands are tied in these circumstances, but it is always our policy to give the patient an estimate upfront. Then the decision is theirs to proceed or not.

stay away from this scam bags. Stay very far and look for a better dentist. I went there in Saturday I had an infection couldn't open my mouth all the way I have coverage .he started operating on my ny injecting me after that he told me exactly like this I have to pay him 500 bucks upfront to finish his job and I can follow the insurance I told him why should I and I was in pain. He told me like this You are in pain and I'm the only one open. This idiot actually screwed my mouth with a worse infection and the law suit is stil on. Stay away from this scam bags.

The staff at this dental clinic is amazing, my daughter had to get some filling and stuff done, she is however terrified about going to the dentist. Dr. Navid and Caithlyn was very good with her. They worked miracles at this place. I'm so happy with the worked they did for my daughter and myself.

I'm the one you're looking for

I called in regarding an emergency procedure as I was in excruciating pain and couldn't concentrate on anything at work. I showed up to this mall location with the front office open to the mall area, no door, no privacy, peculiar atmosphere. I sat for nearly 2 hours before I was finally seen, by a hygienist who barely spoke English, to the point they didn't understand basic questions regarding what was going on. More on this later... Once numbed up, again, not being told what was going on, I was told to wait outside, drooling for nearly 1.5 hours before being brought back in. At this point my teeth were polished and then for a good 15 minutes the same hygienist struggled to put on some clamp-like device for a filling or root canal procedure. The dentist came in, gave me some more local anesthesia and went to work. The whole while, making fat jokes and laughing with his assistant. In any other instance, it would have ended up with him requiring jaw surgery when I was done with him. I recommend staying away from this shoddy racquet, the seat I was in had a clear shot to the open mall for passer-byes to see in, terrible experience, terrible place.

The Peter Pond dental service was excellent. I had a bad tooth ack and I used the walk-in service and was greeted with concern , filling out a form then to have x-ray. Dentist then got me to go fill prescription and return back to dentist office once penicillin was taken . Next thing I knew I was having root canal and filling completed, all in the same day ????. Thank you again and I will definitely be going back to see Dr. Milan .

Good and Bad I came to this dental office as an emergency. I found that the dentist and his assistants we very professional and helpful. However, an office staff member made me worry about the employees there. She claimed her name was Lori and I have never seen such employee abuse. It seemed to me that she belittles and bullies some employees and favors others. The dentist is amazing at what he does, however, I question his hiring skills as from what I saw, there is workplace harassment. This Lori character claimed to be in management. I pity anyone who works under her as she seems to have no issue in bullying and mistreating people. I have heard stories about this employee as I started to dig a little as someone has to fight for the employees under her. I found out that the only staff members she treats well are those she has been friends with since childhood, or those related to her. I am in a boss position myself, and I would never hire good friends or family members together for that reason. Favoritism is a form of harassment to the other employees. How can you expect those mistreated to succeed and go far if they are constantly put down just because they are not related or been friends for decades. I am sad to write this review, as like I said, the dentist is amazing, but blind to the fact that an employee with no leadership skills other than bullying become part of management. I do hope that something is done about this Lori character as I am this close to contacting labor board anonymously so that she can be dealt with. For the dentist. You have an amazing staff, just don't allow one member of your team ruin it for the rest. I am sorry to write this, but as a boss myself, I could never allow one person, no matter if they are good at what they do or not, mistreat and ruin it for the rest. Please I urge you to either get her to change her attitude or deal with her according.

Hi friends, I have been there for a regular check up and then I got some cleaning done too. I loved the service that they provide. Best part about this clinic is their emergency walk ins with which they try to assist you some way instead of just not being any helpful. Loved the doctors and staff, they are all so professional and polite. They give you one on one time till the patient is satisfied which is again very helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic!

I had my fillings done and the dentist is such in a rush that doesn't even care what the patient feels. I tried to push his hand to let him know its painful but he just kept going .After my fillings and the numbness is gone ,my jaw is in pain and can barely open my mouth. I took some advil and that went on for week. 12 days after my appointment i decided to eat some sandwich as i thought I am healed,but no, my jaw got dislocated and couldn't close my mouth. I had to go to ER to had it reset, and it didn't only happen once but twice in a week. Like, I'd been to the dentist many times but this is definitely my most horrifying experience with a dentist. Till now I am still in pain and this will probably last for 8 weeks or so. The ER dr. told me to follow up with my dentist and so yeah i am booked again hopefully they can give me a better answer whats going on with my jaw.

I went for a cleaning and check-up. I was told that one filling had to be bonded. I told the receptionist to book me with the same dentist to have it done. The day I went I was told that he wasn't working and I was booked with another dentist. After I was administered the anesthetic I asked why he was saying fillings in the plural. He said he was going to replace two other fillings also. I said that's the first I heard about it. He said "I don't know what you were told". Well he should have. I told him to only work on the filling that I had agreed to. I regret not leaving when I found out that I was booked with a different dentist. I regret not leaving when he said he was going to do more work than I agreed to.

I had a root canal procedure about 5 days ago. Wasn't looking forward to it. A bit or a bunch fearful in fact. Doctor Stephanie performed the surgery or procedure, or whatever it should be called. She is an excellent Dentist who I I haven't met until then. I just had a terrible tooth ache. I was very impressed with her explanations and then with her Professional work style and smooth going procedure!!! I was and am very impressed with my experience of my visit there! Would highly recommend going there if needing Dental work.
